Health Room

8:30 a.m

"All right kids, who's ready to learn about drugs and abstinence?" The flamboyantly gay teacher asked.

"Kill me now." Iris muttered. To her left, Trip groaned.

"Agreed." He said. When the two had entered, their teacher Burgh had immediately seated them next to each other (after all, their last names Shaga and Shooti were right next to each other alphabetically). Realizing that they knew no one else in the room, they created a temporary truce. Key word: temporary.

"This year is going to be long, so you kids better buckle up, because we are in for one hell of a ride!" Burgh exclaimed. A girl in front of Iris raised her hand.

"Isn't there a rule against swearing in the school?" The girl asked. Burgh put his hands on his hips.

"While that's a fantastic observation, Miss Georgia," Burgh began, "you should know that I don't like to play by the rules." He flipped his scarf over his shoulder fabulously. "Now to kick off our year, we're going to start with something you teens should learn about. He flipped the lights off, strutted over to an overhead projector, and turned it on. "Now this, ladies and gents, is what a vagina looks like when you get trichomoniasis."

"UGHHH!" The class exclaimed in unison. Iris frantically covered her eyes, and after a moment, covered Trip's. Unamused, he pushed her hand down.

"This is going to be a very long year." He sighed. As Burgh flipped through the pictures shouting out diseases, Trip and Iris slowly sunk farther into their seats. When he finished, Burgh smiled in satisfaction knowing that he had scarred some of his students for life.

Dance Hall

9:30 a.m

Silver was mentally cursing Kenny when he walked into the dance hall. The brunette had been in charge of sending in their application forms, and must have done something to his when they were sent in. He knew for a fact that he hadn't signed up for Dance. When he entered the hall, his bad mood cast a cloud over the other students. The only student who actually seemed happy then was Lyra. Although she hadn't signed up for Dance either, Lyra was excited. She was the most athletic of her friends, and had conquered all kinds of sports. Dancing was one of the few things left she hadn't tried. However, her own cheerful mood instantly darkened when the teacher entered.

"My name is Ariana Storc. You will address me as Mrs. Storc, or Lady Storc, if you feel the need to be proper." Ariana began. The woman surveyed the students, and sent a particularly nasty look at Lyra.

"What did I ever do?" She whispered. Next to her, Silver shrugged.

"You are all here for a reason; most of you have a passion for dance. Some of you," Ariana paused, "are just here because of flukes in the system." She looked at Silver and Lyra. Silver shuddered; the woman reminded him a little too much of his mother. "Either way, you are all going to learn how to dance well. The first assignment of the year is to write a 500 word essay on the history of a dance of your choice." The class groaned. "Oh, don't be like that. You didn't even let me finish. Your first assignment is to write a 500 word essay, OR you can perform a dance of your choice with a partner." The students sighed collectively. "You have the rest of the period to start your project. Presentations are next Monday. Begin!"

"Time to bother Zoey about essay writing." Lyra groaned. She sat on the floor and pulled out a pen and paper from her bag.

"Oh, so you're taking the easy way out." Silver commented. He sat down next to her.

"Well so are you!" She countered as he too pulled out a pencil and a sheet of paper. "What are you even writing about?"

"The waltz." He shrugged. Lyra raised an eyebrow.

"You know about waltzing?" She inquired.

"My, uh mother taught me." He blushed faintly. Looking down, he added, "Why do you even care? Last time we spoke you were ready to choke me."

"Well you pissed me off last time." She said, turning to her own work. "There's a difference."

"Right." He grunted. They sat in silence, until Lyra finally threw her pen down in frustration.

"I can't do this!" She exclaimed. "I know nothing about dance!" Her pen suddenly appeared in front of her. She looked up to see a handsome young man holding it out.

"It seems you dropped this." He said smoothly.

"Uh, yeah. Thanks." She took it gratefully. "I'm Lyra, by the way."

"My name is Proton. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Miss Lyra." He grinned. "I don't suppose you already have a partner for the dance project already. If not, it would be fantastic if you would be mine." Lyra blushed, and was about to respond if it hadn't been for Silver.

"Too bad, she's my partner." He said gruffly. Proton narrowed his eyes.

"Silver Rockett. I didn't see you there." Proton growled. Silver stood up to glare him down. "It's hard to believe that you have scored partnership with a lovely young lady such as Lyra."

"Stop with the fancy talk and get out of here. I don't want things to get ugly." Silver spat.

"Hmph." Proton grunted. "Things can't get any uglier with a face like yours. But whatever." He looked at Lyra. "I'll see you soon, Miss Lyra." Winking, he then walked away. Lyra smiled at him, and then stood up to glare at Silver.

"What was that all about?" She snapped.

"None of your business." He muttered.

"Lyra Soul." Startled, the two turned to see their teacher. "I've heard great things about you. I hope you and Silver will put together a great routine." The woman said before walking off.

"Wait-are we seriously working together?" Lyra asked.

"You obviously aren't the brightest crayon in the box." Silver sighed. "Yes we are, now let's get this over with." He took her hands in his and put them in the proper position, and began to teach her the waltz.

Chemistry Lab

10:30 a.m

Ann April was having a good day. Her first two classes were calm and paid her total attention. While she knew that at least one class would give her trouble, she would have never guessed that her trouble class would also be a blast from the past.

"Miss April?" Kate grinned. "Last time I saw you, you were running away in fear!" She exclaimed. Keith looked from his friend to his teacher.

"You know Miss April too?" He asked, excited.

"Yup! She used to babysit me back in Fiore." Kate explained. "I didn't think that I'd ever see her again!" Miss April looked at her two worst nightmares.

"Oh Arceus. You two are friends too?" She asked. Kate and Keith nodded eagerly. "I'm going to need a drink after this." The woman muttered. Regaining her composure, she looked over her class. "Welcome to Sophomore Chemistry!" She said, putting on a smile. "I hope you guys are as ready as I am!"

"Which isn't much." Kate whispered. Miss April glared at her.

"The person who you are sitting next to is going to be your partner for the rest of the year." The teacher explained. "With the exception of Kate Hitomi and Keith Dazzle. Kate will sit in the farthest left seat in the front, and Keith in the right." The two students grumbled, but separated. Letting out a sigh, Miss April continued, "Now, if you would pass in the safety agreements you signed when you came in…" She walked around to collect the paper. "Mr. Dazzle, while your drawing of a Buneary is lovely, it is not a legitimate signature."

"Buneary? That was supposed to be Kate!" Keith exclaimed.

"Well, we can clearly see why you're not taking Art." Miss April said. The students all laughed. Setting a new paper down in front of him, she added, "I'd like for this to be a fun year, but for that I'm going to need your full cooperation." He grinned at her and signed the paper.

"You're the boss, Miss April." He said. She took his paper and walked back to her desk, where she then sat on an (rather conveniently placed) open bottle of glue. As the class continued to laugh, Miss April groaned.

"And her parents wondered why I stopped babysitting her." She muttered.

11:30 a.m

"Wait a minute, so you're telling me that she used to babysit you?" Zoey asked Kate. The energetic girl nodded.

"The wmoph hamphs meh." She quickly. White shook her head.

"Kate, what did I tell you about talking with your mouth full?" The older girl asked. "Manners are very important."

"Screw manners." Kate said. "As I was saying, the woman hates me. Keith and I already have a detention lined up for this Saturday. Something about 'conspiring against her'. The woman's weird." Kate shrugged. Lyra looked at her companion slyly.

"You and Keith, huh. Anything you want to tell us?" The brunette smirked.

"Like what?" Kate questioned. Iris rolled her eyes.

"Like you totally have a crush on him!" Iris exclaimed. "Don't be such a kid, Kate. We can all see it." Kate's face turned a bright red.

"I have no idea what you're talking about. He's not even my type." She huffed.

"Your type? You have got to be kidding!" Iris exploded. "You two are like twins! You're both totally insane! Of course he's your type."

"Now Iris, let's be nice about this." Zoey tried to calm her friend down. "You have no reason to be mad at Kate for denying her feelings. Especially since we all know you're denying your hidden love for Trip." Iris dropped her sandwich and looked at Zoey.

"Oh you should talk!" She snapped. "You're totally into Kenny!" The ginger blushed furiously.

"Come on guys, let's be reasonable." Touko said, taking a sip of her soda. "We're on a mission here, and this is not the time to be looking for a boyfriend." Lyra nodded.

"Yeah, Touko has a point. Besides, there are like, no attractive boys at this school." Lyra added. Iris was about to make a joke about Silver, but Touko's ice-cold stare shut her up. "Anyway, did you guys find anything out about the Angels Chorus agents?"

"Well, it's not the AC, but I did get something." Touko pulled out a small piece of paper. "I found this in History. It's a newspaper clipping about a man who tried to buy some of the paintings in the art wing. Apparently, they denied him the paintings, even though he offered a huge amount of money."

"I bet he's the one who paid AC to blow this place up." Zoey mused. "What was this guy's name?"

"Giovanni Rockett." Touko said. Lyra's eyes widened.

"Rockett…" She murmured. Kate waved a hand in front of her face.

"Hello? Earth to Lyra?" The spiky-haired girl said. Lyra snapped out of her daze.

"I'm fine. Just thinking." Lyra smiled. "So, who wants cupcakes?"

Home Ec Kitchens

1:00 p.m

After her rather strange first lunch, Touko had drifted into Math with the mission on her mind. Math wasn't really her strong suit, so she spent most of her time reading. Her next class was Home Ec, which she was looking forward to. After Math, she wandered through the halls until she found the kitchens. Looking around, she recognized no one. That is, until she noticed the shock of green hair that was N Harmonia.

"Hey N." She said quietly. "Mind if I sit here?" N smiled at her.

"Of course not." He said. "I'm so happy we have this class together. Apart from the guys, I haven't seen anyone I knew all day." Touko nodded.

"Yeah, me too." She said. "Do you have any idea who the teacher is?" She inquired, motioning to the empty desk in the front of the room. N shook his head. Suddenly, as if on queue, a man ran in.

"Sorry I'm late." He panted. He then picked up a piece of chalk and scrawled his name across the board. "I am Alder, your Home Economics teacher!" Touko's jaw dropped.

"Alder?" She asked, surprised. N looked at her, confused.

"You know him?" He asked. She nodded.

"Yeah, I've bat-" She caught herself. As much as she liked N, she couldn't let him know that she'd battled the champion and won. "I've met him before." She lied. N nodded.

"You know kids, sometimes I wonder, what is Home Ec really about?" Alder was saying. "Is it about cooking? Sewing? Or is it something more?" He stood up on his desk. "And then I realize, it's about the true understanding of your home!" The students all looked around, confused. Alder's stomach rumbled. "My stomach says that Home Ec is just about the food." The students chuckled. "So your first project of the year is to create a dish. I want you to make this dish with all you've got, so I better not see some boring grilled cheese on Monday." Alder said sternly. "So you have a week to prepare this. And, begin!" And then he fell asleep standing up. Most of the students took this as a chance to goof off, but Touko and N got to work.

"Hey, I don't suppose you could help me." N said. "I'm not much of a cook, but there's a recipe my mom used to make. I can remember most of it, but I may need help."

"I'd love to help. How about you come over this Saturday to my dorm? We can work in the kitchen there." Touko offered.

"That sounds great." N grinned.

"Good. Then it's a date." Touko said. "Well, I mean, not like a date-date, but, you know what I mean." N laughed a bit.

"Yeah, I know."

History Class Room

2:00 p.m

Zoey and Kenny were chatting quietly when their teacher entered the room. The students looked up and jumped back a little when he shouted.

"ALL RIGHT MAGGOTS!" The man shouted. "I am your teacher Lt. Surge! I will be instructing you in the History of Battle!" Kenny shrunk back in his seat. "For the first assignment, I will pair you up with a partner. You and your partner will research an assigned Gym. You will learn the history of it, and its gym leaders. Understood?" He asked. "I said, UNDERSTOOD?"

"YES SIR LT. SURGE!" The class shouted. Lt. Surge grinned.

"Okay. First pair: Kenny Vogel and Zoey Williams. You two will do the history of Snowpoint City." Lt. Surge announced. Zoey did a mini fist pump.

"We've got this in the bag. I'm from Snowpoint." She whispered to Kenny.

"This is going to be so epic!" He whispered back. Lt. Surge slammed a book on their table.

"GET TO WORK!" He shouted.

"SIR YES SIR!"

And now for Teacher Tidbits, with KittyKamando:

When he's not in his downtown gallery, out drinking with his bestie Elesa, or complaining about his dating life, Burgh is teaching Health and Art at Nimbasa Academy. He is an open gay, and isn't afraid to assert it.

Ariana Storc is a mysterious woman with a passion for dance. She doesn't really talk to other teachers, with the exception of Petrel Carr. Supposedly, she had a son with Giovanni Rockett, but some dismiss this as a rumor.

Ann April originally worked at the Ranger School in Almia. She transferred to Nimbasa Academy when the previous Chemistry teacher quit. Ann is a smart and collected woman, but has a minor temper and a minor drinking issue.

After leaving Unova to go 'Soul Searching', Alder Adeku returned to be a Home Economics teacher at Nimbasa Academy. Some believe it's so he can watch over his grandson Benga, and some believe it's to eat all the food.

Years after the so called 'war', Lt. Surge decided to take up his love of gym leading. He was then kicked out. He now teaches History of Battle, where he treats his students like soldiers and reminisces about the war.

Read, review, and have a nice day.
