Flashback

Phoebe had been dating Coop for a little while now. She was reluctant at first but she was really starting to like him. She was easily attracted to him even though she tried to deny and ignore it at first.

They were at an outdoor restaurant.

"There's something I have to tell you." Coop said and Phoebe awaited what he had to tell her. "I'm a Cupid."

"A Cupid? So you know I'm a..."

"Good witch/Charmed One? Yes."

"So you date me and you know we're forbidden to be together." Phoebe was irritated. "Not very smart for a Cupid!" Phoebe stormed off.

"Phoebe! Phoebe!" Coop called. "That didn't go over well."

Phoebe walked into the manor and found her sisters in the conservatory with Victor and the kids.

"Coop is a Cupid!" Phoebe exclaimed. "And I was starting to like him. Why would he do that?"

"Maybe he really likes you and he didn't want you to freak out like you seem to be doing right now." Melinda said.

"Leo didn't tell me he was a whitelighter right away." Piper said.

"Exactly. Weren't you upset?" Phoebe asked.

"I was more relieved he wasn't married with kids or something. I was upset he had to leave and we couldn't be together." Piper replied.

"That's my point!"

"Maybe it'll be different for you and Coop. Maybe Leo and I paved the way."

"I don't want to get hurt just to find out that you didn't... Hi daddy!" Phoebe hugged Victor. "Where are the guys?"

"Jim's at work." Melinda said.

"Leo's handling some things at P3. He's tired of being in the house." Piper said.

"And he's getting on your nerves, isn't he?" Melinda asked.

"Just a little... He's used to having his own life. He has to adjust to being human again after all this time. I have to get used to him being around all the time but it's a hell of a lot better than him never being around. I'm glad he's back." Piper said.

"Should I really give Coop a chance?"

"You know you want to." Piper said.

"Use some magic. Figure it out." Melinda said.

"Personal gain!" Piper exclaimed.

"I can reword it so that it's not." Phoebe said.

"If you're going to do it anyway we're coming with you. Be right back dad." Piper said. Then the sisters went up to the attic.

Meanwhile, Victor was playing with his beautiful grandchildren, making them laugh.

About ten minutes later, Victor heard little feet running from upstairs and headed his way. Soon a little girl came running into the conservatory. Victor was confused as to why a little girl would be running through the house.

"No running!" Victor stopped her then stooped to her level and got a good look at her. "Phoebe?"

"Love you daddy!" Phoebe exclaimed then hugged Victor. He picked her up then Melinda came running in.

"No fair! You're faster than me."

"Melinda?" Victor questioned.

"Hi." Melinda said.

"Where's Piper?" Victor asked then Piper finally walked in.

"I told them to stop running." Piper said.

Piper appeared to be about ten, Phoebe was about seven and Melinda was about four.

"Uh oh. This isn't good." Victor hugged all three of them. Then Chris began to cry. Piper ran over to him.

"Don't cry." Piper said and gave him his pacifier. "They're cute." Piper referred to the babies as if they weren't her own.

"Oh boy." Victor said. He pondered what he should do. "The girls always used to call out for Leo and Sam is their whitelighter now. Maybe he could help. "Whoever thought I'd be asking him for help? Sam!" Victor called. It felt strange to him but Sam came soon enough.

"Victor?" Sam was confused.

"Daddy!" Melinda ran over to Sam and he picked her up.

"We have a problem. Our daughters are children." Victor said.

"How did this happen?"

"I don't know, I was hoping you could tell me. They went up to the attic as women and came back down as little girls. They remember some things but they don't remember things like the babies are Piper's children or that they're married, etc... How can we turn them back?

"The spell, whatever it was, needs to be reversed but we need a witch to do it."

"We have three young daughters and we need a witch, I guess our best bet would be their mother. You're an angel, right? Can't you go get her?"

"It'd be breaking some rules but hey... This should be fun." Sam said sarcastically. Then put Melinda down. "I'll be right back." Sam orbed away.

"You girls hungry?" Victor asked.

"Yeah!" The three exclaimed in unison. Victor fixed the girls sandwiches, put Wyatt and DeDe in their high chairs, fed them lunch then warmed a bottle for Chris.

"Super dad!" Piper exclaimed.

It felt good for Victor to hear. He knew the girls would be back to normal soon but he had to admit that it felt good being a father to them at this age since he never really had much of a chance the first time.

"Sam, what's going on? I haven't seen you since you died again and..." Patty said as she orbed in with Sam. Then she noticed... "Victor!" Patty was surprised. "...This is... awkward."

"Mommy!" The girls exclaimed then ran over to hug her.

"That's what's going on." Sam said.

She looked at her girls. "Oh my."

"Obviously, we need to figure out how to turn them back and we need you for that." Victor said.

A little later, the girls were in the living room playing with Wyatt and DeDe. Chris was in the bassinet while Patty, Victor and Sam talked in the conservatory.

"This is uncomfortable... So you two are getting along?" Patty asked.

"We try for the girls." Sam said.

"Hmm." Patty said. "Sam, could I have a minute alone with Victor?" Sam went in the next room with the girls. "I never told you I'm sorry for having an affair, not giving us a chance after everything we had already gone through. I loved you so much... But we did go through a lot and had so much time apart-"

"And he was there. I wasn't." Victor sighed. "I loved you... But it's been over twenty five years. I need to let it go... even if it still hurts a little."

Sam walked back in.

"I know they have to go back to normal but all three of us missed out on raising our girls. We have to admit this is a blessing in disguise even if it's only for a day." Patty said.

"Wait until Leo and Jim find out their wives are children." Victor said.

"They're so beautiful... I died a few years before they reached this age... If we could've raised Mel and if we worked it out so that you, Victor could have been apart of the girls' lives, given the chance once we worked through our problems, I think we could've done it." Patty said.

"I think so too." Victor said.

"I'll go get the book so we can figure out how to change them back while we enjoy being parents for a while." Sam went upstairs.

The doorbell rung. Victor answered.

"Coop, right? This isn't a good time."

"He's cute!" Phoebe exclaimed after coming to the door.

"Phoebe!" Patty called.

"Coming mommy!" Phoebe ran back in the living room.

"Phoebe?" Coop questioned.

"Like I said, not a good time." Victor said.

"When she's back to normal, could you tell her to call me?"

"I will do that." Victor closed the door and went back in the other room with the family. Phoebe and Melinda stayed close to Patty as she flipped through the Book of Shadows trying to find an answer.

Melinda was looking a bit flushed.

"Mel, you don't look too well." Patty felt her forehead. "You're burning up."

Sam walked over and felt her head himself then healed her.

"Better?" Sam asked.

Melinda nodded. Chris began to cry and Patty picked him up and rocked him.

"We're taking care of six kids here and none of us have even mastered taking care of one." Sam said.

"Speak for yourself. I took care of the girls for seven years." Patty said.

"I had a few years with them too." Victor said.

"Ok, so this is new to me." Sam said.

"You're an angel, you're a natural care taker." Patty said.

Leo and Jim walked in. They looked around the room utterly confused.

"What in the world?" Leo pondered.

"Where's my wife?" Jim asked.

"Considering the fact that my wife is over there and that's Phoebe over there, I assume that cute little girl sucking her thumb is your wife." Leo informed.

"What?" Jim was still confused.

"I'm guessing a spell went awry. Don't worry, they'll be back to normal soon enough." Leo said.

"Does stuff like this happen often?" Jim asked.

"Not just like this." Leo replied.

"I guess I'm in for a ride." Jim went to pick up Melinda. "Oh this is strange."

Patty walked over to Jim carrying Chris.

"It's nice to meet you Jim. I'm Patty. Melinda's mother."

"Nice to meet you..." Jim said with a confused look on his face. Patty figured why he looked so confused.

"Yeah. I'm dead. I just came back to fix this little situation but I'm enjoying spending time with them and my beautiful grandchildren." Patty kissed Chris on the cheek before she handed him to Leo.

"How do you turn them back?" Jim asked.

"We have to reverse the spell that made them like this in the first place but we have to find it first." Patty explained.

"Give it back!" They suddenly heard Melinda say.

Melinda and Phoebe were now playing with the dollhouse replica of the manor with some of their old dolls which they were fighting over.

"It's mine!" Phoebe yelled.

"You said I could play with it." Melinda whined.

"Actually, it's mine and if you two keep this up I'm taking it back. " Piper intervened.

"This is so weird." Jim said. "This isn't weird to you?" He asked Leo.

"Yeah but I sort of watched the girls grow up. The whole thing is really strange when you're used to normal." Leo replied. "I'm going to take the babies off your hands while you figure this out." He picked up Wyatt.

"I'll help you." Jim said as he picked up DeDe. Then they went upstairs.

"Phoebe, share with Melinda." Piper said and hugged Melinda.

"No fair, I was the baby first. I don't want to share." Phoebe said.

"All of you are my babies." Patty said as she went over to them. "We love all of you but you have to be a nice big sister and share, ok?" Patty kissed Phoebe on forehead.

"Ok mommy."

"I don't want to play anymore. I want to draw." Melinda said.

A little while later...

"Looks like I found the spell." Patty said.

"I guess it's time to turn them back." Victor said.

"Look mommy!" Melinda held up a picture she just drew.

"It's beautiful honey." Patty said.

"It's you and daddy and Victor and Piper, and Phoebe , and me..."

"How sweet. Who is everyone else in the picture?" Patty asked.

"Leo and Jim and the babies and Prue and my other mommy." So apparently she remembered more than they thought.

"I absolutely love it sweetheart."

"It's time." Sam said.

"Yeah I know." Patty said then said the reverse spells. The girls became women again right in front of their eyes.

"What a strange experience." Phoebe said.

"Yeah I forgot how much of a brat you were." Piper said. Phoebe playfully hit her.

"Sorry I was so mean to you." Phoebe said to Melinda.

"It's ok. We never had a chance for sibling rivalry." Melinda said.

"Yeah and we all got to spend time with both our parents. We can't beat that." Piper said.

"Group hug!" Phoebe exclaimed. They all hugged.

"Oh. Coop said-" Victor started.

"Yeah I know. I'm going to call him." Phoebe said.

"I guess I should go back now." Patty said.

"So soon? Can't you stay just a little while longer?" Phoebe asked.

"We're already breaking the rules just by me being here." Patty said.

"That's what we do best. Come on just a few more hours. We can even summon grams. As much as we've done to save the world, can't we at least have this?" Phoebe said.

"I'll stay. Just for a little while." Patty said.

"I'm going to let Jim know I'm a big girl now. I'll be back." Melinda went upstairs.

"I'll go summon grams." Piper said.

"And I'll go call Coop. I think what I've learned is that sometimes, it's worth breaking the rules. You might get something beautiful out of it, like this family we have." Phoebe said.

It wasn't long before everyone was gathered in the living room, the husbands, the children, grams and Coop included.

"I'm not happy that you made me fall for you and didn't tell me who you are knowing it's forbidden but I like you and want to know where this can go." Phoebe said.

"That's what I've been trying to tell you. It's not forbidden. You were my charge after the whole... Cole fiasco...anyway, I fell in love with you. The elders got word of it and said that I could pursue you and if you fell for me on your own of course then we could be together. No consequences, only rewards."

"Really?"

"Yes. I love you, Phoebe. I know you gave up on love but I'm here to make you believe again. You can have what your sisters have Phoebe. I know you're beginning to feel how I already feel about you. If you just believe in what we have, I promise you, it will be beautiful."

Phoebe smiled and kissed Coop.

"Come on, let's spend some time with my family."
