This is the ninety-seventh chapter in the Pokemon Heroes story. After a request I saw a long time ago, I've decided to finally make another Drew and Green chapter. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon or any of the songs.
(Opening song)
The next day came, and even though Lnoki told the boy that he couldn't train because of his injuries, Ash was persistent that they train. Finally giving up, Lnoki decided to let Ash train.
"Don't blame me if you're wounds open up again," said Lnoki.
"And whose job will it be to fix it?" mocked Ash. Lnoki sighed and got out of his sleeping bag where he was taking a rest. He looked around and saw a rock made for sitting on.
"Go sit over there."
"Why?" asked Ash.
"Do it," ordered Lnoki. Ash obeyed and sat on the rock.
"Now remove your shirt."
"Why?"
"Do you wanna train or not?"
"Fine, but don't be expecting me to do a poledance for you since there's no pole," said Ash. Drew woke up from his sleeping bag immediately.
"Did somebody say poledance?" asked Drew as he rubbed his eyes.
"Shut up boy," threatened Lnoki, and he looked at Ash. "Listen, I need to make sure your seal is in check. If I train you and you go berserk on me, then that'll be a problem."
"Alright then," said Ash. "Go ahead." Lnoki started doing hand movements at an amazing speed. Suddenly, his fingertips glowed blue. He prepared to charge at Ash, but then a shadow went over him and he stopped.
"Shit," he said. "I thought there'd be no Pokemon here." He looked at the sky. Drew looked at the sky as well, and his eyes widened.
"Oh my fucking Arceus."
What came down was an inflated Jigglypuff descending down to them, with a girl holding onto its foot.
"Hey boys!" yelled Green.
Drew and Green 2
Green and her Jigglypuff landed next to the group. She nodded at her Pokemon and returned it to its Pokeball. She looked at Ash and Lnoki and cupped her hands together.
"I'm so glad I met you guys," said Green. "I was just a girl lost in these woods until you've come to save me."
"Drop the act, Green," said Ash. "What are you here for?"
"I just wanna talk to you guys," said Green. "Can't a girl just take a break and enjoy life? What are you guys doing here?"
"I'm training with Lnoki," said Ash. "I don't want to do anything that could get me in jail because of you."
"You're pretty mean today, aren't you?" said Green, and she looked at Lnoki.
"I remember this little guy. He was in that city. I forgot its name though. Doesn't matter anyway. So, where are the others? You finally decided to ditch them?"
"No. I'm just training for now, and I'm gonna be heading to them very soon, but we still have Drew."
"Drew? Who's he?"
"He's right..." said Ash as he pointed to the boy's empty sleeping bag. He looked around, and then Pikachu pointed in the direction of the boy behind a tree.
"Get out here, Drew," ordered Ash.
"Drew isn't here right now," said Drew in a very high pitched voice. "Call back another time."
"What the hell is wrong with you?" asked Ash.
"I'm not getting out here and dying from that crazy girl," said Drew. "I'll wait until she leaves."
"Drew, huh?" asked Green as she placed a finger on her chin. "The name sounds so familiar, but it doesn't seem to ring a bell."
"The hell do you mean it doesn't ring a bell?" asked Drew. "You're doing that on purpose, aren't you?"
"Did I hear something?" asked Green. "I remember a basterd stealing my stuff before. What was his name again? Rew? Blue? Stew? Few?"
"Drew!" yelled Drew as he jumped out from behind the tree he was hiding behind. "It's motherfucking Drew! Get it memorized you b..." Before he could finish, Green glared at Drew.
"I dare you to finish that sentence," growled Green. Drew shut his mouth and hid behind Ash.
"I was never here," said Drew.
"Thanks for the snacks," said Green as she dropped another potato chip in her mouth. "You guys are awesome. I was getting hungry." Drew sat down sulking by a tree as Green went through his supplies to take his stuff.
"You already have food in your bag," said Drew.
"I was getting hungry," repeated Green, ignoring Drew. Drew sighed. Ash sat by Lnoki, and turned towards the old man.
"What are we doing now?" asked Ash. "Let's get to training already."
"Sorry boy, but I would not like to endanger other people in your training," said Lnoki. "Drew's safety is something I couldn't care less about, but that girl is someone I wouldn't want to hurt. We're just going to wait until she leaves."
"She looked pretty comfortable here already," said Ash. "I don't think she'll leave for a long time."
"We're just gonna have to wait."
"Until she leaves?"
"Until she leaves."
"Green, leave!"
"Hey!"
"No Ash," said Lnoki. "We are not going to force her to leave."
"I second on letting her leave," said Drew as he raised his hand.
"Shut up!" said Green, making Drew lower his hand. Green finished her bag of chips and stood up.
"I can be of help," said Green. "You guys can just continue doing your training, and I'll just sit here waiting for you to be finished. How's that?"
"Alright, but we're gonna make sure to keep our stuff very close to us," said Ash.
"Shit," thought Green. "Listen, I'll do anything right now if I have to prove it to you. Come on. Tell me to get you something in the forest."
"You could get lost in the forest," said Lnoki. "It could be dangerous out there."
"We still have like five hours left of daylight," said Green. "I'll be back here in a split second."
"Alright then," said Lnoki. "There's a stream going far south from here. We need to refill our water, so you should go and get that for us."
"Alright," said Green as she extended her hand to get the water canteen from Ash, who was reluctant to give it to her, but in the end, he placed it in her hand. Green nodded and walked off. Drew sighed in relief and lied down on the ground.
"Thank Arceus," said Drew. "The devil is gone."
"Don't go and be lazy, Drew," said Lnoki. "I need you to go and get some branches in the woods. It could take a while until she leaves. We should be prepared for tonight." Drew sighed, and then sat up.
"Fine, I'll go," said Drew. He walked into the woods.
"I'm almost done," said Drew as he put another stick into the pile of sticks under his arm. He walked over to another tree to get some sticks, but then stopped when he heard a noise. He looked around and didn't see anything. He shrugged and broke off a branch from a tree.
"I should just head back now," said Drew. He walked towards the location of their campsite, and starting hearing the sounds again. He turned.
"Whoever's there, come out right now," said Drew. Nothing was heard. Drew thought they had run away, but as soon as he turned, he heard a thud like someone fell. He turned and saw Green slowly stand up and looked at him.
"Um, hey," said Green. Drew froze as he dropped his sticks.
"W-W-Why are you here?" asked Drew. Green stood up and showed him the water she had in her hand.
"I got you guys some water," said Green. "I told you guys you should just trust me." Drew took it from her hand and shook it, hearing absolutely nothing inside.
"What kind of fucking joke is this?"
"Alright, alright," said Green. "I didn't really go anywhere. I just hid until you went into the forest so I could knock you out and steal your stuff, but I guess you ruined that for me. Let's just get back to the others so I can knock them out at some point."
"I'm telling on you."
"Go ahead and I'll rip off your dick."
"But I don't want it to be ripped off," said Drew.
"That's what I thought," said Green as she looked around. "So, where is the campsite?"
"I just walked straight, so it should just be down there."
"Let's go," said Green. They walked on for a long time, but then came to a dead end.
"You chose the wrong direction," said Green. "Where is the real campsite?"
"I could've sworn it was down here," said Drew. "Whatever. Let's just walked backwards. Maybe I walked in the other direction." They walked there. And then once again, after about an hour of walking, they went to another dead end."
"This is supposed to be a joke?" asked Green. Drew placed his hands on his chin, and then snapped his fingers.
"Oh yeah, I saw a Beautifly, so I chased after it," said Drew. "I have no idea where I'm going."
"YOU BASTERD!" yelled Green as she punched Drew across the face, crashing him into a tree that snapped in half and fell down on the boy. He successfully got out from under it as he held his foot.
"Now we don't know where we're going," said Green. "Thanks a lot dipshit!"
"Hey, this is just a human error," said Drew. "Stop blaming me. I didn't ask you to follow me."
"That's your fault for having good stuff. A girl like me can't help it."
Drew forced himself to stand up and shook off the pain.
"Let's go find them," said Drew. "We still have enough time before the sun sets."
"And give me one reason why I should follow someone who already got me lost," said Green.
"Suit yourself," said Drew as he went towards the pile of sticks he dropped and carried them under his arm. He walked off. Before he went too far away, he looked back at Green one more time, who turned away from him. He shrugged and continued walking. After a few seconds, Green looked towards him. She looked around.
"Hey, wait for me!" yelled Green as she ran after him.
Green kicked Drew across the face, making him fly towards another tree. He fell to the ground face first and groaned in pain.
"Are you serious?!" yelled Green. "This is almost the twentieth time we found a dead end. Do I have to draw a fucking map for you?"
"I don't need a map," said Drew. "I can do this with my eyes closed."
"The sun's going down," said Green. "Why don't we just fly on your Pokemon to find them?"
"I left my Pokemon at the campsite," said Drew as he rubbed his cheek.
"And what idiot doesn't bring his Pokemon with him?" asked Green.
"What about your Pokemon? You can fly on your fat Jigglypuff all around the damn sky."
"It is not fat. It inflates so it can fly across the sky. Also, I don't want to use it like that again. I promised it that I'd only use it like that once a day. Other than that, I walk around."
"I'm piecing everything together," said Drew. "I think I can find the campsite very easily now."
"I'd like to see you try," said Green.
"Just watch me," said Drew as he stood up. As he walked, he heard another set of footsteps around them. He froze and looked around.
"Why the hell are you stopping this time?" asked Green. "We don't have time for this."
"I heard something," said Drew.
"Where?!" yelled Green as she walked closer to Drew. She had noticed that it was already dawn, so it could get dark soon.
"Stay quiet," said Drew. He listened closely, and they saw the bushes shaking near them. He prepared to take out his Pokeball, but remembered that he left his Pokemon at the campsite.
"Fuck," thought Drew. A Shroomish jumped out from the bushes and looked at Drew. It stuck its tongue out at the two, and the walked back into the bushes. Drew sighed in relief.
"It was just a Pokemon," thought Drew. "Wait a minute. Pokemon aren't supposed to be in these woods." He was interrupted in his train of thought when Green suddenly shoved him forward.
"What are you doing just standing there?" asked Green. "Move your ass." Drew's eye twitched.
"Fine," said Drew as he started walking again. One sound made them both freeze in their footsteps. They heard a growl. They both stopped and looked around. Green once again stood by Drew. They then heard footsteps around them. In the bushes and in the trees. Drew looked around, and then he saw eyes in the trees. Multiple eyes.
"Oh shit!" thought Drew, and he pushed Green to the ground and got out of the way. Green landed on the ground and looked angrily at Drew.
"And what the hell was that for?!" yelled Green. Drew looked at her and saw nothing happen.
"False alarm then," said Drew as he stood to pick up Green, but then a shadow ball collided at the ground where they were standing before, knocking Drew to the ground. After seeing the small crater in the ground due to the shadow ball, Drew's eyes widened.
"I fucking knew it!" yelled Drew, and he stood and took Green's arm and forced her up to run. As they ran, Green turned and saw a whole bunch of wild Pokemon coming towards them.
"Oh fuck!" yelled Green. "You sent us to the part of the forest where Pokemon are, idiot!"
"Oh, now this is my fault!"
"It is your fucking fault!" yelled Green. A Noctowl shot another shadow ball at the kids, knocking them off their feet down a hill. When Green hit the ground, Drew immediately took her and started running again. As he ran, Green repeatedly started punching Drew on his head.
"QUIT IT!" yelled Drew. "DON'T YOU SEE ME TRYING TO RUN AWAY?!"
"If I'm going to die, I'd rather die beating the fuck out of you!" yelled Green.
"You must be really crazy!" yelled Drew. He looked up at the sky and noticed Skarmorys flying across the sky, looking down at them. They used silver wind to attack them, but Drew tried to stay hidden by hiding in the cover of some trees, but the Pokemon still found them.
"When will you basterds just give it up already!" yelled Drew. Due to his yelling, Drew guided the Pokemon towards their location.
"Tch," said Green. "What else are you planning to do?"
"I'm trying to protect us, and you're just bitching around," said Drew.
"Say that again," said Green. "I dare you." They were interrupted by an explosion caused by a weather ball by some Castform.
"What's next?" said Drew. "I dare you to give me some Dragonites right now!" Suddenly, he saw a Dragonite fly towards the sky and shoot an ice beam down at the kids, but they got out of the way.
"You and your big mouth," said Green.
"Shut up," said Drew. They continued running until they got to a dead end.
"Great. We're dead."
"You're not being of any help," said Drew.
"Like I could."
The wild Pokemon started to surround them. They had nowhere else to go now. The only option was to fight back. After thinking, Drew pushed Green behind him.
"What are you doing now?"
"Stay behind me," said Drew. "I'll take care of them."
"You're crazy."
"Just stay down," said Drew. "When you get the chance, I want you to run."
"And leave you here?"
"Yes," said Drew. "I'll be fine."
"And what am I supposed to tell the others?"
"I don't know," said Drew. "Just get the fuck out of here!" Green stared at his back. She didn't know if she should run or not. In certain situations like this, she would immediately run the fuck away, but now, she didn't want to. She actually wanted to argue with Drew to stay. Drew took a stick and started swinging it around.
"Come at me bro!" yelled Drew. "You mad bro! I can fuck way more bitches than you!" The Pokemon started getting closer. Some of them were charging up attacks. Drew turned to Green.
"Get out of here!" yelled Drew. They launched their attacks at them, but Drew still stood in front of Green. Green looked up at him and blushed. Even when she bothered him, he still would put his life on the line for her. Right before the attacks hit them, a Pokemon came down and picked them both up as the attacks hit the ground and exploded. Green opened her eyes and saw that she was on a Pokemon's back, in the sky, holding onto Drew. Drew was laughing.
"Thanks a lot, Flygon!" yelled Drew. "You came just in time. I bet Ash sent you to me, didn't he? Damn, what a guy! How are you doing, Green? You're okay?"
"Um...yeah," said Green. "I'm fine."
"That's great," said Drew. "We should be at the campsite within a few seconds, alright?" Green nodded. She smiled, and then dug her head deeper into his back.
Flygon found the campsite and landed in the clearing by Ash and Lnoki within a few minutes. It turned out that they weren't too far away from the campsite than they thought. They landed near Ash and Lnoki, who looked at Drew disappointedly.
"You had one job," said Ash.
"We got lost," said Drew. "Human error."
"You just had to walk out into the forest, right down there, and get some branches, right down there," said Ash. "Human error, you say?"
"You really understand me," said Drew.
"It was getting dark, we started to worry about you, but then we saw the explosion, and we just knew it was you," said Lnoki. "We're glad you're safe."
"Damn right," said Drew. He patted his Flygon on its head.
"Thanks," said Drew. "You did great out there for me." Flygon smiled and nodded, and then Drew returned it into its Pokeball. Ash looked towards Green, who was just standing off to the side looking at a tree.
"Where the hell is that water?" asked Ash. "I'm thirsty." Green tossed Ash the canteen. Ash shook it, and he heard the water swishing around in it. Drew's eyes widened.
"Where the hell did you get that?" asked Drew.
"I-I found water while we were out in the forest," said Green. "You should've been paying attention rather than watching a Beautifly fly through the sky."
"Well fuck you too," said Drew under his breath. Drew started telling Ash something, but Green wasn't paying attention. She continued looking at the tree, thinking about Drew risking his life for her. Not a lot of people actually risk their lives for her, but really almost no one does. She remembered the one time when someone actually stood up for her, and that person was Ash. That was the day when they first met, the day Ash and his friends protected her from getting hurt from Team Rocket. That day, after she left them, she felt happy that someone cared for her, and smiled now that Drew also risked his life to save her.
"So how about it, Green?" asked Drew. Green was knocked out from her train of thought and she looked at Drew.
"What?"
"How about you stay with us until we get out of this forest?" asked Drew. "It would be safer than traveling through this forest with those Pokemon." After finding out what Drew meant, she blushed and looked away. Once again, Drew was caring for her well-being. She took away her blush, and then turned to Drew.
"No," said Green as she started walking away. "You guys can keep your stuff. I'll let you guys go without taking them."
"I knew you planned to take our stuff!" yelled Ash. Green walked by Drew, who just kept blinking.
"You sure?" asked Drew. "It would be safer staying with us." Green stopped, and then turned to Drew with a smile.
"I'll be fine," said Green. "And thanks for protecting me back in the forest. I thought of you differently. A guy who was so stupid that he couldn't tell the difference between an apple and an orange."
"Um...thanks," said Drew. Green giggled. She then walked over to Drew and kissed him on his cheek. He stood there stunned, and watched Green walk away and take out her Pokeball and release Jigglypuff.
"I-I thought you said you only used it once a day," said Drew.
"I lied," said Green. "Let's go, Jigglypuff." Jigglypuff nodded and jumped in the air and inflated and floated. Green grabbed its foot and ascended into the air as she waved to the others.
"I'll see you guys later!" yelled Green. Drew smiled.
"Oh, and I also stole your backpack!"
"That bitch!" yelled Drew as he saw Green wave his backpack in the air. "I've got all my favorite stuff in there."
"Calm down, boy, she was just joking," said Lnoki. "You're backpack's right there. That was a fake." Drew ran towards his backpack and hugged it.
"Don't worry, Backy, no one will know what's inside you," said Drew. He looked up at Green and saw her laughing as she flew away.
"Thank Arceus she's gone," said Ash. "Now we can get to training, right?"
"Yeah, but it's getting late," said Lnoki. "It would be best to start training tomorrow." Ash groaned. Drew was actually feeling happy. He was happy that he kind of increased the relationship between Green and him. He was actually looking forward to seeing her again.
"So Drew, where are those sticks?" asked Ash. Drew gulped. He forgot them.
(Ending song)
Next Time on Pokemon Heroes:After so many times of his training getting interrupted, Ash finally had a chance to train with Lnoki, and he has been warned that it would be hell. That was that chapter. We're almost there to getting to my 100th chapter, and I feel pretty god damn proud. I feel like doing that exact same thing I did when the one year anniversary came by accepting ideas for a viewer requested chapter. My profile will be updated from time to time. Next chapter will be coming next week, so see you next week!
Read and Review please :-)
