Coming back to Mr. Wily's office, Maylu has decided to talk to him about her arrangements.

"So, you decided to stay with me," the old man asked while sitting on his desk with his hands clasped on mouth level.

"Yeah, that place looks boring," the emotionless girl stated.

"Good. You know, I trust you, so I decided to tell you this dirty little secret I have."

"I'm all ears."

"I control Grave."

Initially, Maylu would look surprised by this revelation as she never expected her boss would lead a new organization just in case World Three would fail in his scheme for world domination. Instead, she looks emotionless.

"I knew it would have to be lead by someone else, not that mysterious leader wannabe," she muttered.

"Of course. That guy is just a robotic creation I made, and he doesn't know I was manipulating him from behind the scenes," Mr. Wily explained.

"I see..."

"So, you won't tell the others from our organization about this?"

"I agree."

"Good. It looks we're both unofficial members of Grave. Now, for your mission in your quest for revenge..."

Meanwhile, Mr. Match and Maddy walked together in a hallway just as they crossed outside the door that leads to their boss' office.

"I tell ya, lassie. That show was funny!"

"Yeah, I agree with you on that one," the pink-haired woman laugh before she hears voices that she has decided to eavesdrop on the conversation at their boss' office. Mr. Match joins up with her.

Inside the office, Mr. Wily will talk to Maylu about her mission to destroy DenTech City, but before that, he will have her do assassinations.

"Before you destroy the city, you must target a couple of city leaders who is responsible for what happened to you in the N1 Grand Prix. Yahoot is one of those, but save him for later."

"I'm listening," Maylu stated with no emotion and sitting with one leg crossed.

"Shuseki Blaze, Chaud Blaze's father and one of the people who set Roll up, is holding a meeting at BlazeQuest for tonight. Get there and kill him as your first step of revenge against this city. Once that is done, you can have Yahoot."

"I agree," the redhead steps out of the office and noticed Mr. Match and Maddy are eavesdropping at this. It doesn't bother her.

"So now, you know the truth," Mr. Match stated darkly.

"Yeah, what's it to you?" Maylu retorted.

"Well, we decided to help you get revenge against the city," Maddy blurted.

Hearing this makes the girl wanted to get supporters for this quest.

"I'm listening," she crossed her arms and looked firmly.

"The truth is, I never liked Yahoot's plan, anyway. If you want to kill him, so be it. Mr. Match and I won't stop you," Maddy stated, and as Maylu looked at her, she's telling the truth. They were only cooperating with Yahoot, but deep down, they were disgusted with his scheme and how it led her to this.

"Ay, lassie. You bet we won't stop you," Mr. Match agreed while lying down on the wall with his arms crossed.

"Now, let's go," Maylu muttered, and the two adults follow her.

In Lan's house, he has received shocking news from Yai via his PET.

"What?! Glide got kidnapped?!" he yelled.

"I saw it, Lan! It was no joke! He was there, and the PET's screen suddenly went out. By the time the screen went online again, he's gone. I can only assumed Maylu did this."

"Yeah, there could be no doubts about it. Besides, she's the only one with the power to go the cyber world, something we can't do. Listen, we'll talk later because you invited me, Dex, and Tori to your mansion for a sleepover."

"I also invited Ms. Mari to discuss things," Yai added.

Then, Lan's PET is now focused on his NetNavi after the conversation the two had.

"Maylu kidnapped Glide?" MegaMan called in.

"Yes, she did," Lan replied with sadness on his face while lying down on his bed. "I just don't understand why won't she just come back to us."

"I'm afraid there is more to her than meets the eye."

In the Sakurai residence...

"Dear, would you look at this?" Mrs. Sakurai approaches her husband who is sitting on the couch by the living room, holding an envelope with their daughter's name on it. "It's a letter from Maylu."

"Let's read it," Mr. Sakurai opened the letter and started to read the contents.

Dear Mom and Dad,

By the time you read this, I learned the truth. All this time, we've been at war against the city's politics. They ended up using Roll as a means to scare off our family from their takeover.

You should know that this time around, I deleted Roll. My revenge is complete, but I learned the truth. Because of this, I have a new revenge scheme. I'm going to destroy DenTech City for this. Along with everyone in it. They will pay for what did to me on the day Roll turned against me in that M1 Grand Prix match.

I'm writing this letter because I love you guys. Just leave the city, please.

Reading the letter just made the two parents look sad. Their own daughter, now aware of the truth behind her NetNavi's actions, will choose to destroy DenTech City.

This is not something Roll wanted.

Mr. and Mrs. Sakurai started to pack their things and go to the airport to move to another control until the chaos die down.

Only time would tell if Maylu could ever be free from the Sakurai's curse of hatred.
