Immediately everything went fuzzy and I felt myself falling into blackness. I could not tell how long everything had been dark; it could've been 3seconds or 3 days. When the blackness lifted I noticed three things. The first being that my hair, which was in my face, had suddenly acquired a golden stripe on either side of my face. Second, I was lying on a rather nice bed, with ultra soft pillows and sheets. And finally the last thing I noticed was the all-encompassing aura that I could feel in my very being. It was like an amplifier to my senses and I felt stronger the longer I basked in it. Nevertheless I eventually sat up. As my eyes adjusted to the bright light, I felt someone's eyes on me. I whirled around as best I could sitting on a bed. A young looking girl was standing there eyes wide. As soon as she saw my eyes settle on hers she quickly lowered her head in submission. "Who are you?" I asked suspiciously. "Where am I?" "You are in your bedroom on Mount Orthys in the Titan Stronghold, Milady." She spoke up, voice trembling slightly. "And I am Sara, daughter of Hecate, and your personal servant." She said bending at the waist and bowing deeply. I was taken aback by this show of respect. This had never happened before and I didn't know how to react to it. Sara straightened and noticed my expression. She laughed nervously. "Um… I am supposed to explain everything to you, milady." I smiled and nodded. "Alright my first question is 'what am I supposed to do first?." I stood up and stretched. She gasped "What am I thinking? Lord Kronos asked to see you as soon as you were awake." "Really?" I asked, surprised. I hadn't thought he would care to see me this quickly. Sara started nodding again, and in her panic, she took my hand and pulled me out of the room. "Lord Kronos wants you to call the last piece of him out of the abyss where the gods cast the pieces of him long ago, so that he can wage war on the gods." She babbled in one long sentence as she led me through a maze of rooms and corridors. We passed some dogs with seal flippers, a couple of hellhounds, and some snake women. My feeling of amplification increased steadily as we became closer to our destination. We finally made to the throne room, where there was a golden sarcophagus and Luke Castellan kneeling in front of it. He was giving some sort of report when we opened the door. "-and the Hypoborean giants have been given an ultimatum as you instructed." He was saying as we crept in quietly, but once the door shut with a loud bang he swung around. He relaxed instantly when he realized it was just Sara and I. "Oh, good job Sara. Now go get Anthony Thaft." She smiled at the praise and dashed off. He turned to me and smiled softly. "Has Sara told you the words you must say to awaken your father?" I shook my head. "No, she hasn't." "Yes, I suppose she wouldn't have had time-no matter." Just then the door swung open again and in came a young man with Sara. I was impressed and resolved to ask her how she had done is so fast. He looked to be about 20 with dark blue eyes and sandy hair like Luke's. He spotted me and immediately knelt, head bowed in servility. A few seconds passed, and I grew a bit uncomfortable. "Um… You can get up now." He stood up with head still bowed and turned until he was facing Luke. "Instructions, sir?" he asked in a quiet tone. "You have bathed in the Styx, correct?" questioned Luke. A small nod came from Anthony. Luke smiled, rubbing his hands together excitedly. "Good. Climb into the sarcophagus. Lay on your back with your hands on your stomach crossed over this-" He handed Anthony a big scythe which looked like my sword in that it had steel and bronze fused together, "-and lay completely still when you feel the pieces come into you, understand?" Anthony nodded again, and without a word he did as Luke said. Luke turned back to me. "Now, Kat, repeat after me-'I turn my back on the gods of Olympus. I pledge my service to Lord Kronos, king of the Titans, and master of Time.'" I knelt with my head bowed towards the sarcophagus and intoned those words. Suddenly the ground began to rumble and shake. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Luke quaver on his knees, but I remained steadfast and resolute, wishing to show my father how strong and fearless I was. Suddenly my sense of amplification went off the charts, as a tiny glittering golden shard came shooting out of the ground and into the golden coffin. The ground gave up one last rumble and stopped just a hand placed itself on the side of the coffin and pushed up. A figure rose from the sarcophagus and stepped through the dust the earth shook up. He no longer looked much like Anthony. He now had jet black hair with 3 golden stripes running through it, just like mine. His face seemed to have grown 5 years older, and his eyes were glowing gold. "Father." I whispered reverently.
Jay's POV
I walked onto the streets dressed in my usual attire. I began humming that old song Blue by Eiffel 65 as I walked towards the throne room of the gods. I received many stares and whispers about me from nature spirits and godlings who started to line up to watch me walk up to the doors. I paused before opening them, and turned around. They were all gathered at the base of the stairs, watching me as though this would be the last time they would ever see me. I chuckled at their naivety, and pushed open the doors to the throne room of the gods. Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Ares, Athena, and Artemis were sitting on thier thrones. They hadn't noticed me yet. I looked around and decided that this would have to do. "All ye puny Gods and goddesses of Olympus,"I shouted to get their attention. They all looked at me in anger no doubt trying to make me cower in fear. I was not phased. "You've really gone and done it this time, haven't you? Just digging your own graves, so to speak." They all looked confused, until Athena spoke up. "What on earth do you mean, insignificant halfblood?" I doubled over laughing. "Insignificant? Ha ha you really think you can destroy me, don't you? You don't who I am, do you? Well then go ahead, delay my message and try it, I know you want to." Her hand was suddenly holding a spear. She threw it at me and it got to a foot away then rebounded and sped back pointy end towards her It sliced her throwing hand open and disappeared. Athena clutched her wounded hand, golden ichor dripping through her fingers. I looked to Zeus like 'well?' He apparently decided to not mess with me. "Go on, give us the message."He sighed in defeat. I continued. "Kat, the daughter of Kronos has gone to her father's side." I started pacing around the room. "Do know why she did it? Let me tell you why. Zeus over here decided it would be a good idea to kill her 5 years ago because she was too powerful. Instead he hit her mother, killed her instantly and basically turned Kat against the gods forever. Also I have bestowed protection from all immortals onto her" If it is possible for a lightning god to look shocked, he did. It appeared he had forgotten. "Why would you do this Demigod? Aren't you on our side?" Artemis asked. I smirked. "First off I am not a demigod; I am a halfblood. And second off, I am on nobody's side, because nobody's on my side." The other gods started to mumble amongst themselves. I cleared my throat to get their attention one last time. "One last thing. Percy Jackson is the child of the prophecy and because you have done this deed he will almost certainly make the wrong choice. I've made sure you can't kill him either. Twas not nice knowing you. Bye!" on that happy note, with the gods of Olympus still staring at me, I Vanished into Chaos.
