"Father" I whispered. Kronos' head turned towards me and his expression softened slightly. "Ah, yes Katastrophe." He said. He knelt down and tipped my chin up. "You may rise. You need not kneel in my presence." He turned to Luke "My faithful servant, did you really think I would let you get crushed by a falling rock waiting for me?" "I have complete faith in you, my Lord Kronos." Luke replied nervously. "A good answer." Chuckled Kronos. "Now I want your training begun immediately. He addressed me now. "Of course, Father" I responded. "Call your servant in. Sara, I believe?" I nodded. "Sara!" I called. At once the door opened and in rushed Sara. She squeaked in surprise when she saw Kronos and immediately knelt down head bowed. "You can get up, Sara" My father said. She squeaked again at being addressed directly and by name. Nonetheless she scurried over to me and waited for orders. "Take Kat to see Gregor." Ordered Kronos. Sara nodded once, took my hand and pulled me out the door. As the door was swinging shut, I heard Father say," now about those giants…" We walked through the corridors as I asked Sara about Gregor. "What's he like? What does he do" Sara giggled. "Gregor is our top weapons trainer even though he is only 16." She sighed. "Only a select few get to train with him. I guess since you're Lord Kronos' daughter he wants the very best for you." I nodded. "Ah. That makes sense." We walked into the arena inside the fortress and I gasped. There in front of me was a teenage boy with nothing but a longsword and a dagger dueling a giant albino dog and a somehow flying one winged angel wielding a really long sword. Sara noticed my surprise and explained who they were. "The giant albino hellhound is Sesshumaru. He is a demon Lord in another time and guy with one wing is Sephiroth. He was apparently the scourge of the Earth wherever he came from." She told me. No one knows how they got here. They just appeared out of nowhere. Most of them are under some variation of spell to keep them under control. Take Gregor for instance. He sent quite a few of our best warriors to the infirmary and once he arrived in the middle of the palace before we subdued him. Then it took 5 Hecate children to put the mind control spell on him." I narrowed my eyes and turned back to the fairly even fight "I see." I heard something flutter behind me with my amplified senses. Some thing tapped me on the shoulder and I whirled around with my dagger out and saw a really pretty young woman with hawk wings sitting on the wall. It certainly gave me pause when I saw she had wings on her back. She looked down and I averted my eyes, hoping she hadn't noticed. She had indeed noticed but waved it off. "It's a very long story Are you Lord Kronos' daughter?" I nodded. "Hmm." She grunted." I'm Max." "Hello Max, I am Katastrophe." I said proudly. She nodded appraisingly and looked towards the fight in the arena "Watch. It's down to Gregor and Sephiroth." I looked and saw that that was accurate. Somehow Sesshumaru had fallen and he could not get up. "I am going to be your hand to hand combat teacher." Max spoke up suddenly, her eyes still glued to the devastating friendly spar. "OK…" I muttered and went back to watching the battle. It seemed too evenly matched for there to be a winner, when suddenly Gregor took a flying leap, kicked Sephiroth in the stomach, and landed above him with his sword at Sephiroth's neck. He slowly backed away and jogged towards us. "How did I do?" He called to Max. She grinned and gave him thumbs up. He grinned, then spotted me. "My lady!" He dropped onto one knee. I looked to Sara for support. She nodded encouragingly and gestured towards him "Um...Y-you may rise." I stuttered. Gregor rose off of one knee and started talking, rapid fire. "So I guess you'll need a weapon wait-no-I see your sword ring. Rub the bronze half of the ring." I did as he told me, and a 3 foot half steel half bronze sword appeared in my hand! "Huh." I stated, unable to say anything else. "Now then Lady Katastrophe," Gregor raised his blades and grinned. "Have at you!" He rushed at me. It seemed my time here was going to be well spent. As I sparred with the top weapons master of my father's army, I found myself contemplating the demise of those who betrayed me...
AN: the badass council. This is a nickname for the characters who guest star from other fandoms in this fic. They are just an idea I came up with to make the story more interesting. Usually Alucard and Percy would be on it, but with Alucard it would be downright impossible for the demigods to win, and Percy is on the other side

Sephiroth: As if we need an explanation here. However I'll do it anyway. Sephiroth is revealed in Final Fantasy VII to be the result of an experiment by the megacorporation Shinra, in which they injected him with cells from the extraterrestrial lifeform Jenova when he was still a fetus. Upon discovering this,
Sephiroth decides to follow what he believes to be his destiny and take control of the Planet . Or destroy it, he's not too particular about which. He is able to cut through steel buildings like butter with his long ass sword. He was one of the few first class elite soldiers in shinra; the best of the best; and is super strong.
Sesshumaru is a daiyoukai in 'Inuyasha' and has no left arm. Therefore he does not have bakusaiga yet. However he still pretty much kicks ass even without his own weapon. Search for his wiki if you wish to know more.
Gregor is a rager/beserker from Suzanne Collins' the underland chronicles. He is known for his skills with the blade and can wipe out foes much bigger than him. It is hinted that in his prime he could possibly take out small armies by himself
Maximum Ride can kick ass without any weapons other than her fists. She is so adept at 'Max-kwan-do' as she puts it, that she could take out many Wolf human hybrids by herself.

In case you are wondering. Jay, my character is an all powerful Son of Chaos. So basically he is a dimension (fandom) jumping primordial whose backstory will be explained in one of the spinoffs of this fic. And yes he is neutral but he helps both sides. You just won't get to see him help the demigods until later. I just hope he doesn't meet littlekuriboh who is internet famous for among other things, ripping fandoms apart. ;) Jay
