Alisha woke up the next morning once again wrapped in his arms with his nose right on her neck as his long raven hair cascaded onto the bed , she could feel his breath gently flow down her neck as he slept, his arm securely wrapped around her waist. But looking at her phone she knew that she had to get up, so she tried to pry her way out of his arms but the response she got was him drawing her into his chest with a growl so she had to try another way.
"Xander" she called but no response so she tried again while gently scratching his chest "xander" he replied by rolling unto his back as a low growl came from his chest as he opened his eyes and yawned revealing his white fangs before turning to her.
"Hi" she said with a smile as he sat up
"Good morning to you too beautiful" he said as he smiled back "where were you yesterday"
"Oh i had to do work after school with a friend" she said as she got off the bed to get ready for the day, thank goodness she had a late start that day as her first lesson was cancelled.
"Oh ok" he said walking over to her as she took her clothes and backed her into the wall
"Xander what are you doing" she said placing her hands on his chest trying to push him away but that just made him laugh.
"Hold on i want to try something" he said as he gently smelt her hair then her neck before looking her in the eyes "all done but there something i want to ask you"
"Ok what is it?"
"Do you want to go out tonight" he asked
"You mean like on a date"
"Yeah, so" he said crossing his arms across his chest as he looked at her
"sure I'll go out with you" she said looking up at him with a smile, right before he kissed her which took her completely by surprise as he but his huge arm around her waist slightly lifting her off the ground "hey" she said once he finally pulled back "what was that for"
"Sorry couldn't help my self" he said stroking her cheek "you're beautiful" he said as he left the room so that she could get ready for the day, but as soon as he closed the door, his calm green eyes began to rage like a storm as he went in search for Caleb.
"Caleb" he roared as he entered the forest "Caleb"
"You roared young sire" the owl said as he landed on a tree branch
"Do you mind explaining to me why i was not told that there is another were-beast in the forest and how it managed to touch Alisha?"
"Sire in regards to another beast in your territory, i was still unsure if he was passing along or if he was going to challenge you and i know nothing regarding that girl" Caleb said nonchalantly but his attitude changed when xander grabbed him.
"Now you listen and listen good, if you ever and i mean ever address to her in such a way, you will hate yourself and the day you call her that again, now you are going to make yourself useful and find the other guy and report to back to me, do i make myself clear" xander growled.
"Yes sire crystal in fact" Caleb said as he was about to leave "but answer me this sire, why do you risk some much over her"
"Easy" xander said as he walked back to the house "because i love her"
"Yes but will she ever love you" Caleb said as xander went back into the house.
Xander went into the living room, and watched her as she used the mirror to do her hair before she left; she was so perfect and to him the most beautiful but what Caleb said was right, will she ever love a monster like him.
"Hey Lisha" he called as she turned to face him as he walked towards her "Do you think I'm a monster "
"what" she said with surprise as she put her hair brush down and looked into his sad green eyes "no of course not"
"So you don't care that i look like this" he said looking at his claws.
"Not one bit and do you know why"
"No" he said as she placed her hand on his chest
"Because you have a good heart and when you have that looks don't matter because true beauty is from within OK"
"Ok" he said as he smiled at her as she took her bag "so I'll see you later"
"See you later" she said giving him a hug before running out the door and was soon on her way to school, but very unaware that she was being watched.
