STORY DISCONTINUED
To everyone who was has been waiting so long for Chapter 3 of Nightmare Realm, I'm sorry to say that I have dropped this story. I am very sorry to the ones waiting for it but ever since the Sinnoh region part of the anime ended I've just lost interest and drive to finish it. But if you're dying to know how I was going to finish the story I'll give you a quick synopsis.
Chapter 3 was going to have Dawn's nightmare get worse. She happens to come across Jessie and James by a fire. Dawn is very hungry at this point. They hear stomach growling and offer her some food. To her horror is her Buneary in a stake over the fire. She tries running to it but she doesn't get any closer no matter how fast she runs. Her Buneary is cooked alive and as the two eat it they toss the head to Dawn to eat. She vomits. More mind breakage.
Chapter 4 Dawn's mother arrives and is devastated to find her daughter in the condition she's in. She doesn't blame Ash though and Ash feels very guilty about it never-the-less. Nurse Joy happens to find one possible cure deep in the Pokemon database. A Powerful Human psychic with a powerfully trained psychic Pokemon must help but no one knows a powerful psychic except Ash and Brock. Ash asks Mayor Gladdy to charter a fast private jet back to the Kanto region. Gladdy agrees. And Ash is on his way.
Chapter 5 nearly 24 hours after Ash leaves, the worst and most harmful part of Dawn's nightmares begins. As Dawn seems to spend more days in the darkness, her body is slowly wasting away. A 10 foot version of her Piplup approaches her and beings to mind torture her, asking why she didn't save her Pokemon and it blames her for allowing their deaths to happen. After this goes on for a while it finally tells her it will give her, her just punishment. It then begins attacking her with peck and its water type attacks. The injuries she suffers are devastating to her real world body as well and it's slowly killing her. Ash arrives at the end of the Chapter with the Psychic he knows. Sabrina.
Chapter 6 final chapter. Sabrina and her Alakazam arrive just in time. She and her Alakazam use every ounce of psychic strength they have to make a connection with Dawn's Psyche. They inform the others that she's being attacked in her dreams, but they alone can't free her. Someone close to Dawn must do it, but it's a very dangerous procedure. Ash immediately volunteers. Sabrina and Alakazam manage to connect Ash's mind with Dawn's. Though a series of conversations and "fighting" within Dawn's mind against Team Rocket and Piplup and a final confrontation with a dream induced Darkrai, that also injure Ash, Ash finally manages to free Dawn from Nightmare Realm. Dawn soon wakes up but she spends the next two weeks in the Hospital recovering from her injuries. After recovering, more-or-less, Ash, Dawn, and Brock continue on their journey. But Dawn never forgets what happened in that horrible nightmare of hers. But it makes her all that closer to her Pokemon. The End.
