"Er..." She was honestly stuck on stupid...caught off guard by the looks leveled at her boss and in turn her. Tony sensing this swept forward in a grand jester to grab the skeptical looking young womans hand and place a kiss to it. Batting his long eyelashes up at her.

Said woman merely blinked and pulled her hand out of his, as if used to such suave moves. "You can call me Raven...Mr. Stark." Her voice was friendly yet unimpressed and Kagome could tell it irked the young billionaire.

Charles arched an eyebrow at the new comer, running over the other mans thoughts he could only furrow his eyebrows, he was here to offer his help as well as study them.

Mutants.

Not everyone knew about them but after the whole Cuba fiasco the government did, things were so very tense between them.

He would honestly take any help he was offered, even if it had an ulterior motive, Erik was still whispering in his ear trying to turn him away from their brother humans. Also...to be blunt he knew the man had some standing with the government, maybe he could get them to back off.

It was a win win for both parties.

So with a smile he moved forward extending his hand to Tony. "Ah, nice to meet you. Charles Xavier, but you can call me Charles. Please do come in." Tony gave a shit eating grin as he shook the other man's hand and followed him inside, shooting his assistant an 'I told you so' look.

Kagome could only shake her head, mentally making sure her barriers were up to keep the mind reader out. Her mind was her own, she didn't need someone meddling about in it, let alone with all the knowledge she had of the coming years in there.

Her bright blue eyes shifted over to meet similar blue eyes, hard to believe humanity's greatest enemy had once been so attractive, even so the scowl on his face was one she knew all to well from news coverage of his attempts at overthrowing in his words 'the human pest'.

Maybe, just maybe she could reshape the future once again. Even though she knew he would fight her tooth and nail. It was at least worth a shot right?
