A/N: For an un prepared story, I have to say that this has done pretty well. Especially for my first one, when I was rather immature in previous chapters. I hope that Secrets, has been a joy for all of my new, or loyal readers. I want to make sure that you all know how thankful I am for your favorites, follows, and reviews.
-Chapter 14- Disclaimer: Under whatever condition, or form, I will never ever in my life time own the magnificent idea of Kuroshitsuji, and Ouran Highchool Host Club.
xX-Ciel's POV-xX - 10:00 pm/Japan
Laughter filled the room.
A way that felt all too similar to the situation in a couple other horror movies I have seen.
In a way that felt utmost pathetic.
It was as if though I had yet to anticipate the clear melody of an organ waltizing notes in the background. We had to find a way to end this. A way to find the resolve fast.
Already, it had caused too much of a ruckus.
Lights blinked, and ladies squirmed and shouted frightened.
I looked to our accomplaces in this mission: The Host Club.
Though threatened, it was known that they also, were going to try their best in calming things down.
"N-Now please calm down, and we will settle this.", the blonde stood at the top of the stage struggling to keep the crowd calm. "We have authorities already on their way to-"
A snap was heard above, and the chandelier groaned and heaved as it begun to swerve downwards on one string that hoisted it up.
I grit my teeth. There was no telling what was going on in such chaos state. It was definetly not suit for us to handle the situation.
"Sebastian, we have to do something."
He nodded, and crouched. Eyes narrowed, and gloved hands reaching beneath his sleeves. A position facing upwards at the cieling.
We had to get the murderer to show himself.
"Is this not amazing the way all the mice below quiver and scatter in fear?" I looked above at the noise radiating from darkness that concealed the beams that supported the roof. It was obvious the criminal chose to seek refuge within the shadows.
There was only one way out of this. Only one possibility to pause the mayhem.
The destruction had already caused several casualties. So I ran.
I dashed to the stage. The obvious pin point. A place where he'd see me.
"My lord, what are you doing?!" Sebastian hissed behind me, as I pushed my way through scurtuling ladies in gowns and heels.
The moment I broke open air at the steps leading to the platform I attempted to catch my breath as I scurried closer to the king of the club. His pleas and begs to the crowd were in vain, but I rushed to him as fast as my legs would allow me.
With pants and clawing hands, I ripped the michrophone from the blonde's grasp.
I yelled.
"Where are you, eh? Would a real man hide concealed?," I laughed watching the cieling, as my voice rang clearly through the speakers. "I know it's me you want dead."
It went silent.
It was that moment where you'd stand in sweating anxiety. Eyes wide.. Shoulders heaving and quivering. But not from fear, no. From determination. From your very own insanity is what it was.
Finally he spoke.
"Eeeeh?" the voice spoke calmly and childish. "Has the little mouse found his voice? Is that really what you want? How lame."
My eyes raked the cieling, and suddenly I saw him.
A cloaked figure. One all in black, skin pale, eyes hidden.
He descended from the beam he stood on, and landed on his feet facing the stage.
Never once taking of his hood, until a moments pause.
I heard Tamaki gasp behind me.
A mutter of fear as he stepped back.
"W-what? Who is that? Do you know him?", my eyes narrowed, "Tamaki...?"
"I-It's him. I-It's Ne-ne..."
Nekozawa.
