Chapter Seven: How to Be a Henchwoman

"Alright, boys. Put it in the trap, and we will be done for the day," said Dahlia to the two henchmen assisting her. They were assigned with setting up Riddler Trophies. "Riddler, I'm done," said Dahlia into her walkie, "You can go, boys." She waved them away and started on her way back. She could usually jump between rooftops, but her enhanced abilities had limits.

"What took you so long?" questioned Riddler who seemed upset and was tapping his foot. He was standing in the entryway when she had gotten back.

"I went as fast as I could. It was difficult when the henchmen had to climb the stairs to get onto the roof. It would have been faster if I had gone alone," said Dahlia. This only seemed to further upset the Riddler. He swiftly moved to her and harshly pushed her against the back of the door.

"You do it the way I tell you to, in the time limit I set. Am I understood?" Dahlia nodded her head. She wasn't scared since he had times where he would beat her. She never fought back because that was how he released stress. She was learning to hold her tongue and give him the response he wanted to hear, but she slipped on occasion.

"I'm sorry, Riddler. Whatever you want." She moved forward and smoothed out his hair. He had been so anxious when she hadn't returned on time that he pulled at his hair. She grabbed one of his hands and held it in both of hers. "Long day. Let's go to bed."
"I don't want to go to bed," whined Riddler like a child. Dahlia just smiled and rubbed her head up against his chest. Her animal side had become more apparent. When Riddler went to hold her, she slipped under his arms and ran to the bottom of the stairs. She smirked at the Riddler and ran up to his room with him chasing after. She got to the room and locked the door before he could get in.

"Uh-uh. You didn't want to go to bed, remember?" teased Dahlia. Riddler started to pick his own lock. Dahlia stripped down to just her underwear and put on one of his shirts just as he opened the door. Dahlia sexy walked over to the bed and got in. She was teasing him, and he was stuck in the doorway staring. He quickly regained his composure, stripped to his briefs, and slid into bed.

"Fine. I'll go to bed, but I'm not going to sleep," cheekily said Riddler. Dahlia moved over Riddler and leaned her mouth close to his.

"Well... then you'll be really bored, won't you?" Dahlia flopped down onto her side and turned her back to him. She regulated her breathing to appear unconscious like she would when hunting. After a while, Riddler sighed and cuddled up to Dahlia and swiftly fell asleep. She smirked at how easily she had manipulated the smartest man on earth.

Dahlia woke up in the arms of Riddler. She snuck out of bed and began her morning routine. She was heading downstairs to make toast and coffee for Riddler when she heard footsteps from his room. Ten minutes later he came down to the kitchen in full costume. He rarely wears it unless he is going to deal with Batman.

"Why are you so dressed up?" questioned Dahlia. Riddler grabbed his mug of coffee and chugged it.

"I have to see Catwoman about some stuff," mumbled Riddler through a mouthful of toast. He hurriedly moved to his office to grab his concealable pistol. He threw on his hat and checked himself in the mirror before leaving. He never left before Dahlia was with a babysitter. He had seemed so deep in thought, and it made her animal rouse from its sleep. She tried to figure out why she suddenly felt upset.

Jealousy

The word appeared at the forefront of her mind and wouldn't leave.

I'm not jealous. He isn't mine. thought Dahlia. She ate her breakfast then went upstairs to change before Harley got here. She put on her normal maid outfit, then she began to clean the hideout. She finished cleaning within half an hour, but Harley never showed. She went to the office and sat in the swivel chair. She watched the monitors for almost two hours before she fell asleep in the chair.

Dahlia was awakened by noises coming from the kitchen. She figured it was Mr. Nygma back from his meeting. She basically skipped to the kitchen to greet him, but she was stopped short when she saw a pack of penguin henchmen that she didn't recognize. Not even their scent was familiar. The bastards were raiding the kitchen.

How did they even get in here? wondered Dahlia. She thought back to this morning and realized Riddler left without even putting the security measures in place. The thought of him going to Catwoman only made her irritated, so she stepped forth to confront the trespassers.

"And what do you boys think you're doing?" asked Dahlia. They all turned to her and grinned with desire and lust. She could immediately smell arousle, and she wrinkled her nose. "I'm afraid you ruined my kitchen, and I don't take kindly to pigs."

"Don't worry about them, my darling. They weren't raised like a gentleman like me." Spoke a voice from behind Dahlia. She spun around to come face-to-face with penguin himself. She took a step back and bumped into a rockhard, towering figure. She spun around to see a mans abs. She looked up to be greeted by the ghastly face of a one armed giant. "Now, you and I have some business to attend to, but I'm afraid we will need to talk at my place. It is much more grand than this shithole."

Before Dahlia could attack, someone handcuffed her. The giant picked her up while the others put more chains on her. One of them groped her ass, so she swung her legs up and punctured his throat with her heels. He fell down gasping for breath while she giggled at the sight. The other henchmen paused before resuming their jobs. They quickly made their way with a gagged Dahlia to the museum. The giant threw her into a swampy display case labeled for Killer Croc.

"This one is specially made for your daddy, so you might have some trouble escaping. Do not fret, darling. Mr. Nygma will be informed of your whereabouts, but I highly doubt he will come to retrieve you. When your daddy comes out of hiding, we might just inform him of who my new catch is. How does that plan sound?"

"Who says I need them to come get me?" Dahlias spikes ripped through her outfit and the chains. She ran at the glass surrounding her, but nothing happened. She clawed and climbed, but she couldn't find a way out. She stopped and sat down when she heard the cackle from Peguin. She looked at him, but he only turned and left with his giant following him. All Dahlia could was roar. She grinned when she saw Peguin tense and jump slightly from the threatening noise.
