Doesn't follow the show's story line, so no Doomsday! Jack is with them; also they have met Martha and Donna and they will be around. Gallifrey still exists and the Doctor is not the last of his kind. The Master is actually good, shocking, yes, I know.
I'm going to be skipping the training, as I have been doing, because I do not want to be focusing on that. Does not really pertain to the story knowing exactly what she went through.

Rose had been doing wonderful during her treatments. The physicians and the Royal Family were greatly impressed with Rose's improvement. After the 'third' day, they had made the treatments more and more intense as the days went by. Jack had been reporting the Doctor every night on the progress the Princess had been making.
By the end of day 5, the physicians were having a private meeting the King and Queen regarding Rose's treatments.
"But your Majesties, I honestly believe that the Princess should be brought back to the Untempered Schism. She has made a significant improvement since restarting the treatments. Within a few days, if she went back to the Schism, it will give us a better result."
"I do not think that bringing her back there will be any different. She could have a worst reaction."
"I don't believe so. Bringing her there in a few days might just be what she needs to do the final push, into a fully fledged Time Lord."
"I'm not so sure."
"How about we wait a few days and see how things go?"
"Yes, that is a valid idea. Thank you."
"Thank you, your Majesties. If you will, by your leave, I have more work to do. Please excuse me." The physician left at the King's hand wave.
"Hey, Doc."
"For the love of that is good, Jack! How many times do I have to tell you not to call me 'Doc'?"
"You can tell me all you want, but I am still going to keep calling Doc."
"What do you want, Jack?" The Doctor was getting a bit irritated by this point.
"Well then, I guess I won't tell you about Rose. I'm just gonna go back."
"Jack, don't be an idiot. Tell me."
"Me? An idiot? No!"
"JACK!" At this point, if the Doctor could have been able to slap the American in the face, he would have done it without hesitation.
"Ok. Ok. She is doing great, actually. The physicians are impressed by just how fast she is 'changing' now."
"That is great to hear, Jack."
"Ya, but there is a bit of iffy news. They are thinking about bringing her back to the Untempered Schism, within a few days."
"What? Are they serious?"
"Ya, they are. Whatever you are planning, I am hoping that this is part of it."
The Doctor was quiet, thinking about everything Jack had just told him. The physicians on Gallifrey were the best when it came to treating Time Lords, but he was still afraid about Rose. Everything was going according to plan. He had barely been visited by anyone, except for Jack. Even the Master had only showed up once. The Royal family, guards, and physicians were all focusing on Rose which is exactly what he wanted.
"Doc?"
"Yes, Jack."
"Are you okay? You went silent for a bit."
"Yes, I am fine. I was just thinking. Thanks for the information on Rose. Keep up me updated."
Rose, Jackie, Martha and Donna were all hanging out in Rose's sitting room. It had been a while since they had been able to be together without any worries of tests and treatments. Jackie was the most happiest at this point. She was glad to see that her daughter was becoming healthy and truly smiling again.
"So how are things going, Rose?"
"It has been good. Some of the treatments aren't the greatest but hey, they seem to be working great. No more fever, no more pain."
"That is great, Rose. I'm so happy for you." Jackie told her as she gathered Rose in her arms.
"Have any one of you seen or heard from the Doctor?"
"No, we haven't." Donna told the blonde. "I know that Jack has been seeing him, but honestly, I don't know how has been. After the both of you were taking away, the King had a bunch of guards stationed at the entrance of the jail. The amount hasn't changed since."
Rose started giggling after Donna had told them the information. They may not know how Jack did it, but she did. He was using the Vortex Manipulator to teleport. Apparently, the Doctor had added the feature to teleport from location to location, instead of just through time.
"What is so funny?" Donna asked the giggling blonde.
"Jack has been seeing the Doctor with the Vortex Manipulator. With it, he can jump through time, but the Doctor messed with it before landing, making it possible for him to jump from location to location."
"So he has been seeing him without the guards knowing it?"
"Yes, that is what he has been doing." Rose, still giggling at the situation.
The girls had remained in the room for the rest of the evening. They talking about everything they could think of; enjoying their girls time. They all knew that Rose's treatments were starting again tomorrow.
As soon as Day 6 of the treatments had been over with, Rose had been happy. They had made an amazing progress with the Princess. The physicians were thinking of bringing Rose to the Untempered Schism very soon now, even as early as tomorrow, but they still needed to discuss with the Rulers.
"Hey there, Princess. You requested me?" Jack asked as soon as he barged into Rose's room, in his stride and charming smile.
"Ya, I did." Rose had asked one of the servants to send Jack to her right away. "I know how you have been seeing the Doctor, and when it becomes dark tonight, I would like for you to bring me to him, until tomorrow morning. I want to spend the night with him."
"Are you sure, Rose?"
"I'm sure, Jack. It's been too long, for me, since I last saw him. I would go to the Doctor right now, but I think it would look very suspicious if I disappeared now."
"Alright. I will be here later on, after everyone has gone to bed."
"Thank you, Jack." Rose told as she hugged him.
"For you, Rose, anything. Now, I think I will go visit the Doctor."
"Oh please don't tell him. I want it to be a surprise."
Jack ruffled Rose's hair and laughed as he walked out the door. It didn't need to be said, but he would, indeed, keep it from the Doctor. Anything that Rose asked of him, he would do it. She was like the little sister he never had.
True to his word, Jack had gone to visit the Doctor after his visit with Rose. He hadn't told anything to the Doctor about Rose's plan for this evening. If Rose wanted it to be a surprise for the imprisoned Time Lord, then it would remain just that, a surprise.
The castle had been quiet for about half an hour before Jack showed up in Rose's room. She was ready for him. Rose had been dressed in the pyjamas, provided by the Queen, and had a blanket wrapped around her shoulders.
"Ready to go?" Jack asked the cocooned woman as he held his arms opened for her.
"Yup, ready as I will ever be." Rose gave him her traditional 'tongue-in-teeth' smile and stepped into his arms.
"Let's take this blanket and wrapped it over your head, just in case I don't land where I'm supposed to" He pulled the blanket a bit more and covered Rose's head. "Hold on tight." Jack pushed a button or two on his Vortex Manipulator and poof, they were gone.
The Doctor had been laying on his cot, staring at the bricked ceiling, thinking about everything that has been happening since their arrival. Something hadn't gone according to plan, but everything else, was just about on schedule.
During all his thinking, he had been very obliviously to the temperature in his cell. He had been lucky, though, his cell was being heated and he was being very well taking care, especially for being a prisoner. He had the blankets folded at his feet and hadn't been touched since his arrival.
"Hey Doc."
"Jack! I swear that once I -" The Doctor started telling Jack but was very surprised to see, that for once, Jack standing inside his cell, and not out. "What do you have there?" At the blanket covered item in Jack's arms.
"Not what, but who." Jack released the blanket and turned it to face the man.
"Hello Doctor." Rose told him as she removed the blanket off of her and stepped towards the Doctor.
The Doctor was speechless as soon as he saw Rose standing in front of him. This was the last thing that he expected to see. He slowly walked to her before pulling her in his arms, holding her tightly. "Oh god, Rose. I can't believe you are here."
"I'm here, Doctor, and if you will, I would like to spend the night here with you."
"Of course, Rose, anything you want." The Doctor had been so happy that she wanted to stay with him for the night that he wouldn't even dare to refuse her.
"Can I stay too?" Jack asked the couple, obviously joking.
"No, now go away."
"Doctor! No need to be rude." Rose gently slapped the Doctor on the arm. "No, Jack, but thanks for the offer. See you tomorrow, okay?"
"Sure thing, Princess. I will be here first thing in the morning." Jack told them before disappearing off, leaving them completely alone.
"I can't believe that you are here." The Doctor told her once more, still holding her close to him.
Rose laughed at the man, hugging him tighter. "Believe it and I'm here for the night, so just enjoy it."
"Oh, I will. Now, Jack has been telling me everything that has been going on with your treatments and such, but I want to know how you've been. I just want you to talk."
"Have you missed me that much?"
"You have no idea. Just talk and let me hold you."
"Never let go." Rose told him and they both laid down on the cot. Rose still in his arms with the blanket covering the both of them.
Once Jack had left Rose with the Doctor, he had gone to Jackie's room to let her know where her daughter was, just in case she was looking for her. The last thing they needed was for Jackie to create a panic before Rose was 'missing'.
Being a mother, Jackie wasn't too pleased to learn that Rose was spending the night with the alien man, but she knew that he made her daughter very happy. She couldn't very well argue with the fact that he had taken great care of Rose and had even let himself be taken prisoner just to ensure that Rose received the proper medical care. The Doctor was alright in her books.
"Thank you, Jackie. How about you go tell Mickey just so he doesn't go looking for her; and I will tell Martha and Donna."
"Alright." They both left in different directions.
Morning had came too soon for everyone. Rose and the Doctor were still sleeping in each others arms, without a care in the world above them.
Martha, Jackie, and Donna were doing everything they could to stop the physicians from starting Rose's training until she got back. Mickey and Jack were trying to come up with a plan to make sure that no one went to see the Doctor. There were rumours that he was going to be dealt with today.
After a bit of time passed, the physicians had gone to the King and Queen to get support in starting the Princess's treatments. As they forced their way into her room, everyone, except for the three Earth women, were surprised the room and especially the bed completely empty and not slept in.
"Where is she?" The King demanded of the 3 women. As they kept quiet, he was aware that they knew exactly where she was. "I want to know where she is now."
"Well, here is the thing, your Grace." Donna spoke for the group. "We are very loyal to the Princess, you see, and she made us promise her not to reveal her location."
The King stared down Donna, but her being one of the most stubborn people the Doctor had ever met, she never moved.
"MASTER! Get the guards." The King yelled, still staring down at the ginger woman. "Follow me! We are going to see the Doctor."
The King, the Master and the guards walked with a fury towards the prison. By this point, Jack and Mickey were with the three women and the whole group was following the King. He was a scary man at the moment, but they still did not want to miss this.
The Doctor and Rose were both sleeping and he had her wrapped up in his arms, blanket still curled around them. They had spent practically the whole night talking and had fallen asleep very late at night or very early in the morning. Obviously, they were unaware of what was coming their way.
The King along with the Master and the guards had marched into the prison with a fury. Doors were being slammed open as they walked through. The door that opened up to the location where the Doctor was being held, slammed opened with a very loud bang, waking up the Doctor and Rose.
As they woke up in a fright, they were confused at what was going on, but as soon as the Doctor saw the angry face of the King, he made sure that Rose was being him. They would have to go through him before getting to Rose.
Before the Ruler and the guards could do anything else, they were stopped in their track by confusion. What they saw was a gold light surrounding Rose and inadvertently surrounding the Doctor as well.
"What is going on?" The King asked as he looked at the Princess and the Doctor.
"The Bad Wolf." The Master spoke, shocked to see what his best friend had told him.
The King kept looking between the Master and the golden couple. "Bad Wolf? What is the Bad Wolf?"
Well, I hope you like or love it. The next chapter should be up soon and better, much better. Sorry for the errors that may be there. I wanted to post this up for you as soon as possible. Here is to hoping I have another before Christmas!
