Doesn't follow the show's story line, so no Doomsday! Jack is with them; also they have met Martha and Donna and they will be around. Gallifrey still exists and the Doctor is not the last of his kind. The Master is actually good, shocking, yes, I know.
I'm going to be skipping the training, as I have been doing, because I do not want to be focusing on that. Does not really pertain to the story knowing exactly what she went through.
I don't own anything! Everything belongs to BBC!
Rose had her arms wrapped around her Doctor as the glow from the Bad Wolf disappeared. Once it was known that no harm would come to the both of them, she made her god-like state fade inside her once more.
"What is Bad Wolf?" The King asked again, shocking everyone out of their stupor.
"I am technically the Bad Wolf. A few years ago, the Doctor had sent me back home with the TARDIS, against my will, trying to protect me. She wouldn't work at all. I struggled for a bit but then, I was able to pry a panel off and I looked into the Heart of the TARDIS, thus becoming the Bad Wolf. I went back for him and in the process, destroyed the Dalek Emperor and his massive army. We thought we had gotten all of the daleks, but unfortunately, some still survive."
"You fought against that many daleks and survived? That is truly amazing." The King was amazed by the knowledge he had just learned. "Please, we must finish this conversation in my meeting room. And, bring the Doctor."
As soon as the King's order were said, the Master went to the Doctor's jail cell and opened the door. "Should we bound him, my Liege?"
"No, that will not be necessary." The King declared. He had seen his daughter in the arms of the imprisoned man being held with care. "I do not think he will try anything. And will someone please bring these people back to the Princess' room until we have finished our conversation regarding the 'Bad Wolf'."
A few of the King's Guard guided the Earthlings back to Rose's room as ordered by the King. Jack had struggled a bit but calm down when more guards came upon him. The rest of the group went along without hesitation.
The Master had stepped aside to let Rose and the Doctor free. Looking at his best friend, the Doctor grabbed Rose's hand and walked out of the cell that had been his home for the past week. As soon as they were out of the cell, the King walked away, leading everyone else back to his room.
"Please have a seat. Master, can you go get our Queen?" The King asked of his most trusted guard. The Master without a word, quickly slipped out of the room and went searching for the Queen. "Make yourself comfortable. It shouldn't take long before the Her Majesty arrives. Once she is here, we will begin this story of yours." The King took his chair at the head of the table.
The Doctor and Rose had each taken a seat next to the King. Rose on the left and the Doctor on the right. As they sat down, Rose looked around her, taking her surroundings. She couldn't believe that the Doctor was finally out of his cell and it made her happy that he was free. He had sacrificed so much for her to received the help that she needed; she would never be able to thank him enough.
Before they knew it, the Queen had arrived with the Master directly behind her. She took a seat beside Rose and Master beside the Doctor. Once they were all seated, Rose and the Doctor started telling exactly what had happen at the Game Station, everything in detail.
"What is going on? What is this Bad Wolf that everyone keeps saying?" Jackie as soon as they were left in Rose's room.
"Did they ever explain what happen after Rose came back with the TARDIS?"
"No, Jack. They haven't I want to know what is going on now."
"After she looked into the Heart of the TARDIS, the Time Vortex went into her and because of that power, she became the Bad Wolf. Its an omnipotent entity. From what I could understand, they are both and one the same presence."
"So this power is in Rose?"
"Yes, it is. The Doctor has been with her ever since." Jack told everyone. "I think that now that the King and Queen now what happen with the Time Vortex, the Doctor will be able to help them make Rose better."
"You honestly think that he will be able to help then?" Martha had asked, making sure what she understood was correct.
"Yes, that is right, Martha. I think that the Doctor will be able to help since he has been with her the longest, well except for you, Jackie. I think we should just wait until Rose and Doc return. I'm sure they will tell us everything."
"You are right, Jack. We will tell you everything." The Doctor said as both he and Rose entered the room.
As soon as everyone was looking at them, Jackie ran and hugged her daughter. The rest of the gang joined in and made it a group hug.
"Are you alright, Dear?"
"I'm fine, Mum. After the Doctor was released, we went with the King and went to his meeting room. The Queen joined us shortly along with the Master. They wanted to know more about Bad Wolf, that is all. They decided that tomorrow, they want to try the Untempered Schism again, but this time, the Doctor will be there as well." Rose explained to her mother.
"Is that a good idea?" Jack asked them, know what had happened last week.
"Ya, Jack, this time, everything should go alright. This time, we will bring out the Bad Wolf while Rose is looking into the Schism. I believe that with this combination, it should be able to bring Rose into her Time Lord body and mind."
Morning had come quickly and Rose and the Doctor had met up with the physician and the King. The Ruler wanted to be there this time. Everyone was hoping that if anything did happen, it would be Rose becoming a full Time Lord. They didn't want or need anything else bad to happen to her.
The Doctor was dressed in a Gallifreyan ceremonial robe. One of the Ladies-in-Waiting had arrived to his room early in the morning with the robe.
"The King has ordered that you wear this today."
"This is a ceremonial robe, Miss."
"Yes, Sir, it is, but the King has ordered it. It must be very important for you to wear."
"Yes, today is a very important day. Hopefully everything will go very well." The Doctor grabbed the robe. "Thank you. I will get ready."
At the same time as the Doctor was getting ready, Rose had been up for a bit now, getting ready for her second try at the Schism. On the outside, Rose was calm and collected, but on the inside, she was nervous and freaking out. Being the Princess, she didn't want people to see her having a break down.
Rose was wearing a red and gold floor length sheath, strapless dress. To the Royal family, Rose's dress was simple, but yet elegant. The Queen had chosen it the night before so her daughter would be properly dress for her second attempt.
Once the couple was dressed and ready to go, they met up with each other in the hallway. Looking at each other, they couldn't believe what they were seeing.
"Rose, you look...absolutely gorgeous." The Doctor told the petite blonde in front of him causing her to blush.
"Oh god, Doctor, what are you wearing? You look ridiculous." Rose giggled at the Time Lord.
"I just gave you a compliment and you are making fun of me? You know what, I think I am just gonna stay here and let you go to the Untempered Schism alone." The Doctor pouted at Rose causing her to laugh more.
"Oh, Doctor, you know I don't mean anything by it. I'm just not used to seeing you in such clothes. What are they, anyways?"
"This is a ceremonial robe. Obviously, used for ceremonies and worn usually by the priest and priestess or very important officials. You know, for being ceremonial robes, they are worn a lot more than they should. I think they just like to look ridiculous. I mean, can you imagine me wearing something like this everyday?" At that comment, Rose broke down in pure laughter. She could imagine the Doctor dressed in ceremonial robes and it was the funniest thing ever. "Come on, we should get going. The faster we do this, the faster we can get back on the TARDIS and keep travelling." The Doctor grabbed Rose's hand and went towards the Schism where the King and the physician would be.
As they arrived at the Untempered Schism, Rose was truly surprised to see that it was only the four of them there. Nobody else. She slowly started walking to the Schism, but was stopped by the Doctor slightly taking a hold of her arm.
"Bad Wolf, Rose." Rose looking directly into the Doctor's eyes and grabbed a hold of his hand.
With a few moments of silence, she was able to summon the power of the Bad Wolf, becoming it. Once her eyes were glowing gold, the Doctor nodded his head and slowly marched with her to the Schism.
As they neared it, the Doctor slowly walked away from the Princess and knew she would be fine. Once alone and standing in front it, Rose, as the Bad Wolf, starred into the Untempered Schism and let everything do its job.
The rest of the very small group stood back, patiently waiting for anything to happen. Nothing had happened so far. Everything was looking good at the moment. Standing back, they watched as the Time Vortex slowly started stretching out and entirely envelop Rose.
The Doctor made a move to go to Rose, but the King held him back. Just as the Doctor was about to fight the King's hold, the Time Vortex got brighter and brighter until they had no choice but to look away. As fast as the light was there, it faded away just as quick. They all stood still as they watch Rose, waiting for something, anything to happen.
"Doctor." Rose mumbled as she turned around facing the small group. "I feel everything around me. Is that normal? Am I okay?"
"Yes, Rose, you are fine. Everything is okay, now. It worked." The Doctor told his blond companion as he pulled her into his arms.
"Shall we go back to medical facilities and make sure everything is okay with out princess?"
"Yes, that is a fantastic idea." The King said as they made their way back.
As soon as they had arrived at the medical facilities, Rose had indeed been checked out and everything was in order this. She had developed into her Time Lord mind and body. They were all happy for her to achieve it.
"This evening, it shall be announced to the people of Gallifrey that Her Royal Highess has returned to the Kingdom."
"Announce it to the public?" The Doctor questioned the King. Rose was a bit shocked at the news.
"Well, yes, of course. The Princess has returned to Gallifrey and she is the rightful heir to the Throne. She shall rule in our place."
Rose had been dumbfounded to know what they expected of her. They hadn't told her anything except making her better. After everything that had just happened today, she quickly left the two men.
"My Liege, Doctor, I would like to point out that the Princess has left." The physician pointed out to the men.
The King and the Doctor looked at each other, a bit surprised at Rose's action. "I have an idea as to where she might be." The Doctor told them before making his way out the door to the location.
The Doctor tried the door and found it to be unlocked, just like he suspected it would be. She was indeed here.
"Where is she hiding, Old Girl?" He whispered to his beloved ship. The King and physician were quietly following him.
The TARDIS had just sent her usual vibration to her Thief letting him know exactly where the Bad Wolf was hiding. In a way, it surprised him that she had gone to such room, but at the same time, it hadn't. She truly felt safe in such room. His room! Making the familiar path, his two guests were still behind him.
"Rose? Can I come in? The TARDIS told me you were in here."
"Ya, come on in." Rose mumbled to the man. As soon as he was in the room, he quickly closed and locked the door behind him, leaving the men waiting in the hall.
"Are you alright?" He asked Rose as he sat down beside her.
"Ya, I'm okay. I just...I just didn't think they would expect everything of me, especially to rule Gallifrey. I just wanted to be better and keep travelling different worlds. You know, always running and getting into trouble."
"You and I will still do that. We will do anything you want, Rose. Nothing is going to stop us."
"You promise, Doctor?"
"Yes, Rose, I promise you." The Doctor told her as he pulled her in his lap and kissed her. "Anything you want, it is yours. Now, how about we go back to the castle and explain to the Queen what is going on."
"Okay, but what about the King?"
"Well, the last time I saw him, he was standing in the hall, just outside this room, waiting for us."
"DOCTOR! We have to go, we can't keep the King waiting there."
"Yes, we can, but you are right, let's go back."
The two Time Lords left the room and along with the King and physician, they went back to the castle. It had been one of the most awkward trip anyone had ever seen. Once they had reached the castle, the King left the group, without a word, and walked to his office to go over what he had just heard in the TARDIS. He was about to lose his daughter again and that was the last thing he wanted.
Well, I hope you like or love it. The next chapter should be up soon and better, much better. Sorry for the errors that may be there. I wanted to post this the up for Christmas but life got in the way. I will make it up to you.
