Yuuki ran up to catch up to Yori-chan.
"Hey, Yori-chan. What were you and Kaname talking about?"
"Oh, he just asked about Zero. If you saw him recently."
Yuuki was dumbfounded. She hadn't thought about Zero ever since she got here, at least, she tried not to think of him. As they walked to class, she found herself drifting off into a memory.
Zero's hands around her waist, his eyes staring intently at her, leaning in for a kiss…
"Yuuki-chan!"
Yuuki snapped out of her memory as Minobe-kun waved and ran towards the pair of them.
"Yori-chan" He bowed to address her as well. "Yuuki-chan! You still owe me for dinner! I need to thank you for helping me with studying yesterday, I did much better on the test thanks to you!" i
"Oh, Minobe-kun, don't worry about it!" Yuuki replied
"No! I insist. Some of us are heading out tonight, you must come."
"Um. Okay then! I'll see you then!"
Minobe-kun grinned and went off to class.
Yuuki had wanted to spend dinner with Kaname, but decided that it was best that they had some time apart.
