Chapter 5: Too many feelings!
Now that Miki is getting her batteries recharged, Miki haves a dream, a very lucid dream that gets Oliver's attention; this involves Miki in some past situations.
Getting to sleep can be hard when many things pass through your mind, your anxieties maybe good or bad, it doesn't matter, for some reason Oliver just couldn't sleep, maybe it was his date with Rin Kagamine, Len's reaction against him, or it was that Rin almost discovers that he found an android that comes from a very interesting organization…
And what happened with Miki? She's an Android from nowhere who claims to have a very special mission in the planet earth
What if she fails? How is she going to come back to her base, planet or whenever she comes from?
Many things happened inside his mind; meanwhile Miki was sleeping without any visible problem, Oliver woke up from his sleeping bag and went downstairs to get a glass of water trying to not wake up Miki or his bird James, so he opened the door slowly, leaving a small crawling sounds, he turned behind to see Miki, she was still asleep, her hair was glowing with a dim orange color and her ahoge… it was moving because of the wind in a delicate way just like a gentle ocean wave
-Huh? I didn't close the window…- Oliver closed the window next to the bed, but staring at her, he was hypnotized by it, the color was glowing with more intensity, and it smelled like cherries.
-This shines it's really impressive– The boy closed the window and walked step by step getting closer to see the girl and take a better look at her hair. He smiled at her and then touched her hair, it was surprisingly soft to the tact, and the cherry smell was there, so he leaned to smell it better.
-Wow Miki your hair is precious, and it smell delicious…, how is that even possible?- he kept staring at Miki's weirdness and… beauty? , No , only weirdness. The warm her hair provided was somehow nice to feel, it calmed his nerves and he went to the kitchen to drink some water and get back to sleep.
Inside Miki's dream
It was an obscure background filled with sparkles dazzling stars and multicolored nebulas, combination of all warm and cold colors, there was some planets and some metallic spaceships, they leave a lead of stardust, full of vivid colors like neon blue and yellow, there she was wearing her uniform of galactic savior, floating outside in the outer space She was happy with the nice sight unless… a memory showed like a white flash
She remembered one lesson she had once at school, in human culture class.
-Yes class, humans live in big groups, this specimen is social by nature and need of themselves to survive, they first live in groups called family- the rest of the students were almost sleeping with that lesson, the only one interested in them was Miki, so she made a lot of questions
-So then, the planet earth is full of humans only?-
-No, there are animals and plants too; however the planet is full of humans but not only of them-
-Ah then they must be really happy!- she smiled for the first time in the day
-Um, not really… that planet is really unhappy, someday we galactic saviors will get there but I don't see a possibility-
-Ill' show you teacher, that I can make them happy! – Her enthusiasm was very noticeable; she smiled brightly showing some sparkles in her hair ahoge, she could feel an emotion "enthusiasm", it was a good sensation unless for her eyes, they started to cover with orange pixels
-Ah my… my vision what's going on?
-Please calm down! Your counselor told me that you can't handle some feelings yet - All the students put all their attention on her, but no one did anything to help her recover from her breakdown shortcut or whatever she was passing through
-She's a robot, robots can't feel emotions, she only has a program that allows her to "feel" after all- a girl said in loud voice
-Yeah It's ridiculous that someone emotionless could make happy someone- a boy said while the other students laughed at Miki's static motions, she was about to break and nobody cared
-But…i- her eyes turned blank and before she could continue she fell to the floor
*I do feel *
* Sad*

The girl opened her eyes it still was night or well almost morning like 3:00 am, she didn't knew what to do, she got emotionless just waiting for the sun to rise, thing that didn't happened, the sky was covered in gray clouds
The stars she saw yesterday at night weren't there, Miki didn't do anything else to wait, she didn't care if Oliver was sleeping right now
The next day
*chirp, chirp, chirp *
Oliver woke up and saw his bed, searching for Miki, she was there on the bed but she wasn't sleeping, she was sitting there just looking to the window, a heavy rain settle down, it just meant that today there was no scholar day.
-Good morning- He sounded to be in a great mood today more than usual, but she didn't respond
-hey Miki, umm Miki?- The blond boy sat next to her
-Oliver, good morning- her voice sounded monotone like a robot
-What's with that? You don't sound cheerful what's wrong?-
-oh sorry I just spaced out, the rain is heavy-
-Then it means that you won't look for people to make them happy?-
-No, I'll search for people but first I have to find my space ship- Her voice was still flat no emotion at all or even forced smile
-what? But it got sunk in the ocean and how you will find it with this rain, you don't even have with you an umbrella, wait until the rain cease –
-I'm going to be fine; I'm resistant to water- not even a smile gave at him.
-Miki, if you won't let me give you an umbrella then I'll go with you!-
-Really? - She stood there not giving an emotion again, and then a strong thunder could be heard like a bomb explosion and illuminated entire the bedroom, it startled Oliver he gave a small jump
-Eh… no… let's wait here until the weather gets better- he embraced himself because of the scare he got
-Why? - She looked at him
- Because, I care for you- he looked at other direction to avoid eye contact with Miki
-You what? - She smiled a bit
-F…forget it- now he had to cover with his blanket
-Okay, I'll stay for a while, but you don't have to go with me Oliver, this is my duty-she heard that but she just wanted to tease him…that made her feel happy, well sort of
A few minutes later the rain still was falling, Oliver's family was there and Miki with her "Male" costume eating the breakfast, today was leftovers from the last dinner, since Oliver's mom cooked to much food this time, they hated to waste it. They talked about their works and how their day was, until Oliver's parents asked Miki
-So Mike, you don't go to school right? - The woman asked concerned
-No miss- She forced her voice deeper but you could hear it as a girlish male voice
-Do you have parents?-…
-Hmnn! Mom…- Oliver whispered in
-No, I don't have any- Miki said trying to sound calm while taking a piece of cake from but it makes them worried
-Are you interested in the sea? - Now the man got Oliver's nerves with that question, he knew where he was going with this talk
-It's nice I guess-
-Then we can go sailing- His voice sounded very enthusiastic, with a big desire to teach someone about his work
-Eh? But Dad! sh.. He can't learn that!-Oliver got really upset by it
-Why? - Both parents looked at him concerned
-Maybe he doesn't want to lose his place as your successor, Honey- Oliver's mom giggled
-err Yeah Is… That… I guess-
-Oh Oliver, but look at you friend he looks very strong, I mean you won't get replaced at all-
-He doesn't want to go fishing… -It actually sounds interesting!- Miki interrupted Oliver with a stupid smile meanwhile Oliver throw at her a deadly glare of "what have you done?"
-then is decided, when the Saturday comes we'll go to sail, the day won't be rainy like today, is that okay?
-Yes!-no…- they answered at unison but "Mike's" voice was more powerful that Oliver's
Okay! Oh I'm so happy that you could accept! Thank you Mike-
-Happy huh? - Oliver stared silently at his robotic friend, maybe that is what his father wanted… someone to hear his lessons about fishing and sail, of course Oliver couldn't do that very often, he has a weak body and many accidents happened to him, in change Miki was an intergalactic robot, she could carry heavy things and resist water, she could be of great help. But why Oliver was so upset? He couldn't make his own father smile like that…
-If you excuse me I'll go to my bedroom, thank you for the food mom, it was delicious- He leave the table with his plates to clean them.
- He got hurt? - He whispered
-He should go with us too-
-Yeah, but what if he gets injured again?-
-Don't worry I'll be there to protect him! I promise – the cross dressed girl's voice sounded higher pitched this time, both parents looked at "him" trying to not sound surprised, it was sweet but that voice coming from a boy…
- I mean… as a brother of course – she flustered returning to force a lower voice
- I'll tell him later then, I guess I have to give him another chance…once again…-
The rest of the day was raining it only stopped in the night; sure it was the most boring day, no one could get out of their houses until the night.
Everyone was sleeping but Miki; she was so excited to learn something new, having something interesting to explore along with Oliver and maybe getting the chance to find her spaceship and not bothering to find a place to rest, -maybe Oliver was tired of getting involved with my needs… - she stared directly at the floor, and there he was the blond boy he was sleeping, it surely was a nice sight, his hair was revolved, soft and relaxed breathing, rosy cheeks and nose
-Oliver, hey, is you awake? - She tried her best to whisper but it was a lot higher to call it whisper
-Um, yes I am now tried to lower more your voice, what happened? - he answered but he didn't opened his eye, she didn't spoke for a while
-So? – He asked a bit concerned but annoyed
-I just wanted to tell you… -she paused again so the blond boy now opened his eye to see her, she was looking at him while her hair was bright again
-I love you… good night! – she said it like a normal hello without hesitance
-Eh-…what? What was that for?!
Now the one who couldn't sleep was Oliver.
