Hey guys, it's been forever huh? That's right; Chaoskeeper is back! It's near summer, my life has picked up, exams are here, and my writer's block has disappeared ^_^. Anyways, due to exams chapters will be updated slowly but I am going to be updating again. BTW I hope you like the revised chapters :P

Bleach and Fairy Tail don't belong to me no matter how much I wish they did

I stood covered in sweat and scrapes as I glared at the man before me. He looked no better as his midnight blue trench coat was now in tatters and he had a large gash in his left arm and just below his right eye. He raised Zangetsu, my partner downwards with a roar.

I was caught by surprise as reiatsu burst forth from the blade and rushed towards me. I quickly drew in a deep breath and slammed my hands together in an open hand sign as a black magic circle appeared in front of my torso.

"Black Dragon: Roar!" I cried as deadly black flames flew out of my mouth with a mighty roar.

The techniques collided and imploded upon themselves causing dirt and debris to kick up a cloud that blocked Minato from view. I leapt into the cloud in rage as I held my blades in a death grip. Suddenly, the cloud cleared as he flew at me with a battle cry.

I quickly took a defensive stance and formed an X with my blades as his sword slammed against them with a resounding crack.

"Heh, looks like you won't go down so easy" Minato mocked.

I growled in response as he began to apply more and more of his weight to the swords. I felt my muscles strain as I forced myself to hold up my guard.

'Shit! He can use Getsuga too and no telling what else he can do. Looks like I'm gonna have to use that' I thought as I closed my eyes and breathed in deeply.

I opened my eyes slowly and used the last of my strength to force him flying away with a bone-chilling roar. I used Sonido to appear behind him and quickly slammed my blades together before they clicked into one.

A dark black flame enveloped the blade as a deathly pale white magic circle enveloped my body. When it vanished I was in Vasto Lorde form with my sword now in a shape similar to Tensa Zangetsu covered in black flames that licked the air.

I roared and wrapped my hands around Minato's neck as I speedily flew towards the ground and slammed his body into the dirt, creating a crater. He coughed up blood before I slammed my fist into his gut, and followed up with a slash that severed his hand from Zangetsu.

He narrowed his eyes as he kicked me off of him and rushed towards me, picking up Zangetsu in his other hand on the way before making a deep gash on my abdomen.

'Ugh, that last one was way too close. I can't take much more of this; gotta finish it now' I thought as I winced before using Sonido to appear in front of him and piercing his stomach with my claws.

He coughed up more blood that spattered onto my arm and torso painting my pale skin a dark red. I ripped my arm free of his torso and he collapsed to the ground, panting heavily.

I slowly lifted up my mask and looked down at him as he chuckled.

"You win, Shinigami. Looks like this is the end" he chuckled darkly as his hand glowed a light, piercing blue.

He gripped my bloody wrist with surprising strength as I felt my powers return while his life began to fade.

"Goodbye and watch out for Tetsuryuu and Danjiik; they're dangerous" he said before collapsing to the floor, dead.

As the exhaustion began to take over I felt my clothes melt into my shihakusho. Strangely, enough my swords began to feel like Zangetsu. As I looked down at them I noticed that one was Zangetsu while the other was still the same yet felt like it was Zangetsu. My legs soon gave out and I collapsed to the floor with a groan.

I heard quick footsteps and looked up to see Mira with tears streaming down her face. She fell to her knees and cradled my head in her arms as she cried.

"Hey now, there's no reason to cry. I'm fine, just a little tired is all and look; I even got my powers back" I said with a chuckle as I gently ran my thumb under her right eye, wiping away her tears. She smiled back at me and pecked my check as I closed my eyes and lost consciousness.

Man, it feels good to be back. I haven't typed in forever and I've been missing it. Sorry for the short chapter haven't quite gotten back into the flow yet and check out the revised chapters guys, I believe that they're better formatted now. Anyways, I'll see you around and it's nice to be back!
