''How is the morning sickness?'' Eric asked Ariel.

''Very present.''

''Look I found a cute Winnie the Pooh plush.''

''You're very excited about this aren't you?''

''Well it's a little early,'' Eric said rubbing his neck, ''But I think that we're gonna be great parents. Well I must head back now.''

''Are you sure you can't come with me to choose a car?'' Ariel pouted.

''No I must do something on my own, without anyone near me.''

''But I miss you when you are away.''

''I have something for you,'' and he pulled a ring from his pocket.

''A promise ring,'' Ariel cried happily as he put the ring on her finger.

''I must go now, take care of Melody.''

''Melody?''

''That's the name I thought up for her, do you like it? I wanted a music-themed name.''

''We don't even know if it's a boy or a girl yet. Now go, the sooner you go, the sooner you're back I'll see you tonight.''

''Yes I'll go and no matter what happens remember that I love you and little Melody and I will always love you.''

''What's with you today?''

''Just promise that you'll never forget.''

''I'll promise and I love you to, till tonight.''

Suddenly Eric gave Ariel a deep passionate kiss. ''Bye,'' he whispered before disappearing through the door.

''Ariel now that Eric is gone will you please get ready we've got a lot to do today,'' Attina said entering Ariel's room.

''Of course, be down in a sec.''

About two hours later Ariel was looking at cars together with her sisters. ''So this is what my life has become, looking for a child friendly car.''

''Cheer up Ariel it's not that bad,'' Alana said.

''There are already rumors about my pregnancy at school.''

''Whow they sure are on top of things at that school,'' Alana said

''I wish that I could call Belle but her father says that she's staying with relatives out of the country.''

''Ah don't worry I'm sure that you will see each other soon.''

''I feel a little guilty that I didn't tell her about my pregnancy.''

''You needed some time to sort it out, she's your best friend I'm sure she'll understand.''

''How about this car Ariel? It's big enough to put a stroller in it and you can put car seats in it. It looks like a good car for you. And look there are seven colors to choose from,'' Attina said

''Maybe, let's write it down so we can discuss it with daddy.''

''Alright I think we've seen enough, let's go to the baby store,'' Attina said after she wrote it down. They shopped for several more hours before they returned home.

''Why won't he pick up his phone,'' Ariel said pacing.

''Relax Ariel, maybe he's tired and went to sleep already.'' Alana said

''Yeah boys don't like it if their girlfriends follow their every move,'' Adella said

''But he said that he would come tonight.''

''Boys forget, it's the story of life,'' Adrina said

''You need to get to bed, you need your sleep,'' Attina said

The next day there was still no sign of Eric and Ariel grew more worried with every passing minute. Suddenly in the evening the bell rang and Andrina opened the door. ''Hello can I help you?''

''I would like to speak to Ariel Sevruga is she here?''

''Ariel honey there is someone for you at the door.''

Ariel walked to the door and saw a man standing in the opening. ''Ariel Sevruga?''

''Yes,'' Ariel said curious about what this man wanted from her.

''Detective Basil, Atlantic city police, I understand that you're the girlfriend of Eric Bench.''

''Yes, but why have you come here?'' Ariel asked confused.

''I'm sorry miss but I'm afraid he's been murdered.''

''Oh god, he's death,'' Ariel's knees suddenly gave in and her sisters surrounded her.

''Take her to the couch and give her something to drink,'' Attina said. Ariel's sisters quickly did what was being said and Attina stayed with the officer.

''Eric was murderd?''

''Yes but we're doing everything we can to find the murder and the body.''

''The body? So you're not sure he's death?''

''Miss we found at least a galleon of his blood together with his backpack on the edge of the woods. No-one can survive that amouth of blood loss. I'm sorry for your loss miss but I would like to talk to your sister.''

''You mean she's a suspect?''

''Everybody is a suspect at the moment and your sister was the last one to see her alive.''

''Actually I am he said goodbye to my sister in her room while I was sitting in the living room and he walked past me towards the front door.''

''And did she have any contact with him after that?''

''No he was supposed to come here yesterday evening but he didn't come and didn't pick up his phone. Ariel was worried for him because it wasn't like Eric not to show or pick up.''

''Around what time did he leave?''

''About eleven o'clock in the morning.''

''And you're sure that your sister didn't see him after that?''

''Yes we went shopping together with our sister Alana and after that she was home until now.''

''Are there other people who can confirm this?''

''My five other sisters.''

''I would like to ask your sisters more questions.''

''I don't think that's a good idea right now. She needs time to cope with this. You're welcome to come back tomorrow when my father is home.''

''Fine I'll come back tomorrow, good day.''

''Same to you detective,'' Attina went back inside where Ariel was in tears. ''I know sweetie, I know.''

Who killed Eric? and where is his body?

Detective Basil is based on Basil of Bakerstreet who is based on Sherlock Holmes. Next chapter we will see a bit about Mulan and Shang, then there will be a fight between Belle and Ariel, then the last flashback and then a big turning point in this story. So stay tuned because a lot is happening in the next few chapters.
