Lemon-Moon
I only have like two weeks to write the end of this fanfiction. So to eliminate writers block I have decided to do some time skips. I am gonna use flash backs so that we can move faster. We are getting closer to the climax here so bear with me. I don't have time to look up every detail so if I get something wrong please don't shoot me lol. By the next chapter things are going to hit the fan and I am very excited to write in the fun parts :DDDDD.
One year later:
Six
I lift my shirt up a bit to wipe the sweat off of my face. When I blink and look at Nine, I see his eyes roaming. Is he checking me out now? I know what he sees. A sexy lean mean fighting machine. After over a year of training I had some pretty awesome abs. Well, pretty much everyone did now. Even Sam had gotten himself beefed up.
"We should probably head back now." I decide, looking around us carefully. We had been gone nearly all day hunting rabbits and anything else that moved, but all we caught were rabbits.
"Why?" Nine asks. "Afraid you're gonna have to actually fight something after taking a vacation."
"Puh-lease." I sputter. "I could take anything that came at me and you know it."
Nine breathes out of his nose noisly and we start walking towards our hideout.
Smack!
I gasp in pain as I feel something small and sharp hit me in the gut. My first thought was that we're being shot at so I turn invisible and grab Nine's shoulder so he would be unseen aswell.
"Mogs." I whisper. "we—"
I'm cut off by the sound of Nine laughing like an immature child.
"Seriously!" I punch him in the arm.
He quickly side steps my fist and pokes me in the ribs. "Anything that comes at you huh?"
"Yeah!" I go for a swift elbow hit to his chin but he's already gone and my other side of my rib cage is sore.
I drop my bag and roll my shoulders. "You're gonna regret that!"
"Make me." He eggs.
I use telekinesis to sweep his legs out from under him but once Nine hits the ground he's already back up. I forget how quick he is as I am now tumbling backwards. Before I hit the ground face first I turn the freefall in a gymnastics move and us my hand to spring out into a flip which gives me a good distance away from him.
"Almost lost it there didn't ya?" He smirks.
"Almost." I charge him and he meets me with a quick jab in my gut which winds me for a minute. I see his arm grappling to hit me across my shoulder and I'm able to grab it. He twists his hand and grabs the same arm that I'm using to restrain him. Now it's all a struggle for control. Just when I have the upperhand he steals it. I know he is unnaturally faster than me, meaning he has an advantage so I use my advantage aswell. I focus on my invisibility alone so that he stays visible while I go invisible. I manage several hits to his stomach, arms and even cheek. Finally he finds my feet and kick them out from under me. We both fall and he's on top of me. I use my leg and some momentum to flip him over so that we go the other way. Nine laughs and flips us one more time. He keeps himself propped up enough so that I won't be crushed. I try again to flip but he keeps my leg pinned down. I use my hands to push off his chest but he grabs my arms and pins those down above my head. I am trapped. For a second all we here is each other's heavy breathing. I continue to struggle and he continues to restrain me. It's not until we make eye contact that I realize how close we are, and how much of our bodies are touching. He smiles confidently at me and I can feel my face heating up. I think he also feels something too because his face changes a bit. Our faces are about six inches apart, and my eyes glance at his mouth. When we lose an inch of space I instantly think of Sam and I panic.
"We better make it back to the hideout…it's getting late." I insist, using almost the same words as earlier.
Nine breathes out a breath of air that he had kept locked in for a while. "Yeah."
Nine hoists himself up and then takes my hand to pull me up aswell. I wipe the dust off my clothes and follow him to where our dinner was tossed unceremoniously aside. The sun was well off onto the west side of the horizon. And that's where we made our way. Our group was still in mexico, we never moved because the isolation gave us the perfect spot to train and spy on the Mogs progress. So far everything was working out well.
We get to the shack and as I walk through the door the temperature drops wonderfully. Sam is there immediately and he gives me a kiss hello. Nine walks past and drops the bags on our makeshift table. I feel incredibly uncomfortable and I move back a bit. Sam looks confused so I smile and ask where everyone else is right now.
"Basement. Adam found a new breach."
"Whoa."
"That's good." Nine clears his throat. "It's been too long since the last time the Mogboy found anything."
"He found a lot though." I point out.
"I guess." Nine snarks.
"Well, none of us would have been able to reach into the mogs security." Sam smiles humbly.
"Yeah yeah, well either way we would still kick their a*****."
"I wanna go see what they are looking at." I announce. I grab Sam's hand and lead us down the basement. It gets colder in the basement where people are actually wearing jackets and blankets. Marina keeps it cold so that no one is miserable due to the heat.
"I'm back!" I say aloud.
Everyone looks back at us, but I am looking at the computer. "I hear you found a new breach?"
"Yeah." John confirms happily. "We are getting a lot of news and messages between the higher ranks."
"anything good?"
"Yeah." John begins.
"We may have found Ella." Marina interrupts.
My heart rate quickens. It's been over a year since we lost Ella to the Mogs. "Where is she?"
"We don't know exactly." John says. "But-."
"But we found a few messages talking about her." Marina is obviously even more stoked than I am, but not by much.
"Yes!" I cheer. I think of how much we have trained, we decided that as soon as we found Ella we'd turn our attention to rescuing her. "What exactly did you hear though, actual coordinates or…?"
"No." Adam says from behind Marina. "But we did find some cool stuff, like them mentioning the 'youngest Loric child' and that Setrakus Ra was expecting her."
"We even found some more—disturbing information." Malcolm adds.
"Like what?" Nine asks from the corner.
"We think that Setrakus Ra and Ella…are related." John continues.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"It's just, the messages we picked up. Using words like 'kin' and 'heiress'. Were not one hundred percent sure but that's just the way it looks."
"What if she is on their side now?" Nine throws out there.
I turn on him. "What if she is? Are we just going to abandon her?"
"No we're not." He answers. "But that kinda makes it a bit more difficult doesn't it?"
"Whoa, I don't think Ella would just turn on us like that." John mediates. "She's loyal, we all know that."
"Exactly." Marina agrees, her smile melting away my stress. "Ella is one of us, we're gonna get her back and then we are going to move on to bigger things."
I put my hand on her shoulder and squeeze it. "Yeah."
Ella
It's been a while since I had it all explained to me. That Setrakus Ra was my Great great grandfather. His name isn't even Setrakus Ra, his real name is Loridas. The tenth elder of Lorien's original ten elders. The same night Setrakus Ra—or Loridas told me his true identity he also told me how he became who he was. Loridas wanted to expand Lorien's power to mogadore. A lesser developed planet that Lorien and somewhat even more so than Earth. Mogadore was in serious need of renovation and Loridas brought them that. Soon Mogadore was thriving and then Loridas set his sights on another planet nearby…Earth. The ten elders convenyed and decided that Both Mogadore and Lorien had intervened enough in Earth history. Loridas argued and got mad at the rest of the elders for not seeing things his way. For some reason things went a little too far and Loridas left the Elders and started a new life on Mogadore. Loridas was a very important man on Mogadore. His leadership pulled Mogadore out of the dark ages and into a new age of riches and trade. He set up business with Lorien to keep each planet safe and out of this something inside Lorien was awakened, not fully, but it was obvious that Lorien was becoming better.
Mogadore, stayed the same. By this time Loridas saw Mogadore as his new home and he was a bit mad that Mogadore wasn't receiving the same advancements as Lorien had. At the time no one knew how the planet was evolving and the reason behind it and so Loridas accused the Elders of with holding information. Things kinda went rocky from there. Trade between planets became affected between the rifts, Mogadore began to slip. Eventually Loridas found a way out for Mogadore. Loridas decided that Earth could be used to help bring up Mogadore's power.
The remaining Nine Elders disagreed. They wanted Earth to be left alone. Loridas tells me that it was during this time that Lorien invaded Mogadore. They wanted to make sure that it would be unable to gain enough power to overrule Lorien. For several years it was an ongoing battle. Loridas tried to make the best of it for his people and his young wife and children. When Loridas oldest Son was growing up he was a part of a group that questioned the government and tried to expose Lorien to the Lorics, who had no idea of what was going on. In Lorien everyone was enjoying peace and fulfillment. One day when Loridas's son was out he was murdered along with a couple other members of his group. After that Loridas was enraged and began to fight back the Loric Elders. What would be called "The Secret Wars." Would ensue.
Intergalatic warfare was set forth. Mogadore was easily overtaken, but not before Loridas could get his revenge. As it turns out it was the Elders who ordered for the death of Lorida's son because he had uncovered shocking information. Lorien had already been to Earth, several times even after arguing to keep Earth out of touch. In order to stop this flow of information the teens were silenced. He never told me what happened there, but the Elders were gone and so was Loridas. They had all vanished.
For several decades both planets were left alone in the aftermath. It was my last visit that he had told me this and that was so many months ago. Today I am going to spend another day with him and Loridas will tell me the rest. He will explain how it is that I am his great great granddaughter and final heiress. I have to admit that so far this is all overwhelming. I can feel my faith for Lorien slipping. What I want more than anything is for Eight to talk to me again. He won't admit it but I know he's who I am talking with. Eight hasn't reached me in months yet. Even with my perfected Legacy of Telekinesis and skill with combat I still get the feeling that I'm so weak, and this sucks. I need advice because I am so confused. Five is cool and all but he is so guarded lately. I don't know what's going on with him. After his brace got taken off he wears long boots. Which look pretty strange with his casual clothes. He's just a weird guy I guess.
I'm stretching my legs from a long workout when Reah comes to get me for my chat with Loridas. It's about time for him to finish our little history lesson.
