Last time on Harry of the Sharingan.
Sirius Orion Black, awoke too notice three things. First, he was not in his cell. Second, he was cleaner then he has been since getting thrown into said cell. And third, something smelled really really good!
"Hello Sirius." Said a voice to his right. Sirius turned his head sharply, only too about faint. For standing before him was a young boy with a face that Sirius thought he would never seen again. But what really shocked him was the boys eyes! Emerald green orbs stared back at him.
"H-Harry?!" Asked Sirius in shock.
Harry of the Sharingan – Chapter 4: Wands, Pranks, and a Whole New World.
"H-Harry?!"Asked Sirius in shock. "Harry, is that really you?"
"Yes, It's really me." Said Harry with a small smile, as he handed Sirius a tray of food. "Here eat this, then we'll talk. We've had you on a nutrient potion for a few days now, so you should be able to handle real food."
Sirius stomach gave a loud growl, when he noticed the food. Grabbing the tray, Sirius tore into the food with a gusto. Soon the food was gone, and for the first time in a long time Sirius's stomach gave a pleasant ache. "Ahh! Best meal I've had in years."
"I should imagine so." Said Harry. With that Sirius's expression turned... well, serious. "You said we'd talk after I've eaten. Well, I've eaten. So lets talk."
Harry nodded his head, as he let out a sigh. "What do you want to know?"
"You could start, with why I'm no longer in my cell. Or how you are here, and just exactly where is here?" Asked Sirius as he looked around the rather large room he was in.
"Well you're no longer in Azkaban, because I broke you out. I'm here because I live here, and here is my ancestral home." Said Harry in one breath.
"You...broke me out of Azkaban?" Said Sirius, full of doubt. Harry just nodded his head. "Oh...So I have gone insane!"
"NO! No, you're not insane, Sirius. At least no more than you already were." Said Harry, mentally berating himself. He should have foreseen that Sirius would have reacted like this.
"Yeah, like my ten or eleven year old godson really broke me out of the most secure prison in the world! HA! Next you'll tell me Dumbledore was secretly in love with Grindelwald!" Said Sirius, looking every bit as insane as he claimed to be. Especially as he started looking around the room and shouting. "ALRIGHT, YOU EFFING BASTARDS! I GUESS YOU FINALLY MANAGED TO BRAKE ME! WHY DON'T YOU COME AND FINNISH THE EFFING JOB!"
Harry was really starting to panic, how could he get Sirius to calm down so he could explain everything to him? That was when he had an idea. Why explain things to Sirius, when he could simply show him?! Harry turned his eyes into their Mangekyo form, when Sirius turned his head towards Harry. Harry quickly used Tsukuyomi to bring him into the black and red world of the illusion.
Sirius didn't know what happened. One second he was in a nice comfortable room and the next, He was standing underneath a black and red sky! There was a blood red moon in the sky, that seemed to bathe everything in red.
'Oh this is just great! Further proof, that I'm insane.' He thought to himself. Out loud he spoke. "Where am I now?"
"You're in an Illusion, that I cast upon you." Sirius heard the voice of his imaginary godson say. Deciding there was no harm in simply going along with his insanity, he asked. "And why did you can an illusion on me?"
Taking it as a good sign that Sirius was no longer shouting, Harry answered him. "Because this illusion will allow me to show you how I was able to brake you out of Azkabans, instead of having to take forever to explain it. I must warn you, it's going to seem like your in here for a very long time. But in reality it will only be a second or two."
With that Harry began to show Sirius everything that happened to him, from his dream and waking up in his ancestral home. To his training with Itachi sensei, all the way to braking him out of prison. All in All the process seem to take a whole day, but Harry knew it was only a few seconds.
Sirius watched everything with the utmost attention, and more than a little bit of horror at some of the things he had seen and heard. Especially the part where the older Harry was telling his younger counterpart about how his life will go. By the end Sirius hoped he truly was insane, because if not than things were going to get real bad real soon. But it was no use, Sirius knew now that he was not insane. Because not even his mind could cook up something like this!
The next thing Sirius knew he was back on the bed he had woken up in. The food tray exactly where he had discarded it.
"Sirius are you okay?" Asked Harry, tentatively from where he was standing.
"Define Okay, Pup. I believe you now, if that is what you are asking. But nothing about what I just saw is okay. Your older self shouldn't have had to of gone back in time to change the fate of so many. You shouldn't have to train as an assassin to kill the darkest wizard of all time! Hell Harry, you are only ten! No, nothing about this is okay." Said Sirius with a far away look in his eyes. "I'm so sorry, Harry. I shouldn't have tried to get my revenge on Wormtail that night. It's because of me, that you had to stay with your aunt and uncle."
"Sirius, stop! Dumbledore would have sent me to the Dursley's no matter if you were free or not! He simply put too much faith in the blood wards around Privet Drive. There was nothing you could have done to prevent that. And my Mum and Dad's death wasn't your fault either, you couldn't have guessed that Wormtail was the traitor. Not even Dumbledore's spy knew!" Said Harry, trying to comfort his godfather. "Absolutely none of this is your fault!"
Sirius heard Harry's words, but doubted he would ever truly believe them. He should have seen Peter for the rat he truly was! After all, a person's Animagus reflects their personality. Still he didn't feel like arguing with his godson. Merlin, his godson! He was free! Truly free, and Harry had freed him! Sirius had so many questions, so many things he wanted to know about the boy Harry had become!
But there would be time for that! Lots and lots of time, for he would not let Bellatrix get the best of him this time! No, this time he would be the godfather he always should have been. Look at the remarkable young man in front of him, he asked. "So what now Harry?"
"Now? We get you back to full health, then we'll see." Said Harry. He watched as Sirius's face broke into a small smile, and couldn't help smiling back. The future was looking brighter already.
Harry was amazed at the speed of Sirius's recovery, in a little over a month Sirius was up and about and already wanting to get out of the house. He had gained back a lot of the weight he lost in Azkaban, thanks to a combination of nutrient potions and three healthy meals a day courtesy of the House elf's.
That month had been one of the best in Harry's life! Him and Sirius spent hours talking about anything and everything. From Sirius, Harry learned all about his Mum and Dad. He learned that his mum was very studious, an O in all her NEWT's. She was fiery, with a quick temper that could make the bravest of men want to cower in fear. But at the same time she was forgiving and loving.
His dad, he learned was also studious... if a subject could keep his interest. Which according to Sirius about the only things that kept his interest was Transfiguration, D.A.D.A, Pranking, Quidditch, and a redheaded witch named Lily Evans. He learned that his dad had started out a spoiled bully(But he already knew that from one of the memories of his older self.) But had started to deflate his ego in his sixth year and by his seventh was one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet.
He and Sirius had started to become close through their talking and by the end of that first month, it was almost like neither had been absent from the others life. In fact it was something that Sirius had told Harry, about once oversleeping back in his Hogwarts years. That gave Harry the idea for what he was about to do.
Sirius was in his bed dreaming about a particularly limber dark haired witch he dated for about a year after he left Hogwarts. When a voice that should never be associated with that kind of dream, suddenly penetrated his subconscious and woke him!
"MR. BLACK! I WARNED YOU THE LAST TIME ABOUT OVERSLEEPING!" Sirius's eye's shot open to see a very mad McGonagall glaring down at him!
"Pr-Professor! I-I was just-" Sirius stammered only to be cut off. "Save it! You've got five minutes to be dressed and in my classroom, or I'll transfigure you into an alarm clock! At least that way you'll always be on time!"
Sirius shot out of bed and ran to his wardrobe, throwing the doors open. He started to tear through it. "WHERE THE BLOODY HELL ARE MY SCHOOL...robes?... Wait a minute, I...GRADUATED ALREADY!"
Sirius spun around, where Professor McGonagall had stood, now stood his ten year old godson, doubled over laughing.
"S-Sirius... you... should.. have.. seen the look... on your face!" Harry wheezed in between laughs.
"Well, I'm not quite sure how you did that. Still, I'll give you points for originality." Said Sirius, as he tried to look dignified. Despite the fact that he was still in his pj's. "However, you do realize that this means war?"
"Oh, you don't scare me old man." Said Harry, with a mischievous smile.
"Old?" Asked Sirius, mock offended. "Well, that just means that I'm more experienced."
Sirius and Harry looked at each other, and as one burst out laughing. When they both got their laughter under control they headed for the breakfast table.
"So, what's on the agenda today?" Asked Sirius, as he took a bite of his ham and cheese omelet.
Harry looked at his godfather and smiled mischievously. "Before I answer your question, let me ask you one of my own. Parlez-vous français?"
Sirius gave him an odd look. "Parley who what-say?"
Harry shook his head. "Parlez-vous français? I just asked if you speak french, which apparently you do not. Not to worry, you'll just have to let me do all the talking."
"What talking?" Asked Sirius, who was seriously confused.
"Well I assume you'd like a wand and we can't go about getting one in Diagon Alley. I wouldn't put it past Olivander to recognize you on the spot, no matter how we disguise you. No, defiantly better to get one out of the country. Hence, France."
"And just how do you propose we go about getting to France?" Asked Sirius looking at his godson like he lost his mind.
"Leave that to me, you just be ready in an hour." Said Harry. An Hour latter Sirius and Harry met at the front door. This would be the first time Sirius left the house since coming to stay here.
"Are you ready?" Ask Harry.
"Are you kidding?" Asked Sirius. "I've been wanting to get out and about for awhile now."
With that, Harry opened the door and they stepped out into the sun. Sirius smiled as the light and fresh air hit him, still there was something odd that nagged at him. With a start he realized what it was, the air was far too warm for this time of year! While England did enjoy it a nice summer, it rarely ever got as hot as what he was feeling right now.
"Just, where are we, Harry?" Asked Sirius as he looked around. The rather huge house was located in the center of a large field, to the north of them Sirius could see a range of mountains that he did not recognize. And to the south was a giant forest, that put his mind to the Forbidden Forest of Hogwarts.
"I see you noticed it." Said Harry. "I was told that the house was in another dimension. I thought that to mean a pocket dimension, similar to a Fidelius Charm. At least until..."
"Until what?" Asked Sirius.
"Until one day after training, I got bored. So I decided to see if I could find the edge of the wards. So I went over 80 kilometers in every direction, but I never hit them!" Said Harry. "It was then I realized, that maybe it wasn't a pocket dimension after all."
"What are you saying?" Asked Sirius, as Harry led him to a stone archway. It was the kind of Archway you would see connected to a stone wall or iron fence that surrounded a house. The kind that usually had an iron gate that kept people out. Except there was no gate or fence, just an archway. At the top of the archway in a circular stone, was an engraving. The engraving showed a triangle with a circle in it and a single line running through them both. Something about this archway and that symbol struck a cord in Sirius's mind. But he couldn't place it.
"I will try to explain it later. But first there is something you should see." Said Harry, as he stopped in front of the archway. "Roll up your sleeve, I need to see your arm."
"Why?" Asked Sirius, thrown off by the demand. He was further thrown off, when Harry pulled up the sleeve of the black tee shirt he was wearing. Revealing a tattoo of the same symbol on the gate. The tattoo was right where a Konoha ANBU would have their tattoos, though Sirius didn't know that.
"You have a tattoo?!" Sirius exclaimed. "Harry, your mother would flip if she were here to see that!"
"That's okay." Said Harry, once again adopting a mischievous smile. "When I met her in the after life, I'll just tell her it was your idea."
"You wouldn't?! Lily would make my after life a living hell!" Said Sirius, with a look of horror on his face.
"Don't give me too much grief about it, and I won't." Said Harry. "Besides the tattoo is necessary, it allows you to pass through the archway. Which is why I've got to give you one."
"Why do you have to pass through it? Why not just go around it?" Asked Sirius, more than a little confused.
"Because then you'll only end up on the other side of it." Answered Harry, confusing Sirius even more.
"But-" Sirius tried to say, only to interrupted by Harry.
"Look, just trust me and let me see your arm." Said Harry exasperatedly. Still not quite understanding, Sirius non the less did as was requested, and rolled up his sleeve to his elbow. Harry put three of his fingers in the shape of a triangle, the tips of the fingers glowed softly.
"This might sting a little bit." Said Harry, right before he pressed the three fingers onto the underside of Sirius's forearm.
Sirius bit back a curse, as he felt the burning on his arm. But almost as soon as he felt it, it was gone. He looked at his forearm once Harry let go, only to notice that now he to had the symbol tattooed on him. Some of the things his godson could do even without a wand, still shocked Sirius.
"Alright follow me." Said Harry, as he walked through the archway. Before Sirius could even say anything his godson had seemed to disappear. Sirius's eyes widened, this boy was going to give him a heart attack! Quickly Sirius rushed after him, James and Lily would never forgive him if something happened to their son while in his care.
Passing under the archway felt oddly like passing under a waterfall, except when he came out the other side he was not wet. Odder still, was the fact that the landscape had changed. Where before they were in a large field, now they were in the woods. Plus the weather felt cooler. Sirius saw Harry looking at him and smiling.
Looking at the forest around him, he spotted the archway and his moth dropped. Where the archway had looked new with pristine looking stones. It now looked much older with moss and vines growing around it. Whats more, Sirius could no longer see Harry's house! Looking more closely, Sirius remembered where he had seen the archway.
I know this place! We're in the woods behind your Mum and Dad's cottage!" Sirius exclaimed. Happy to have finally remembered where he had seen the archway.
Harry smiled at his godfather. "Yep, a ten minute walk and we would be in Godric's Hollow. The tattoo I gave you allows you to travel through the archway, without it you would just end up on the other side of it. But with it, the arch acts like a type of gateway, that will take you to the house or to here. Depending on which way you are coming from."
"So that's what you meant when I asked you why not just go around it." Said Sirius with dawning comprehension. Harry cracked a smile and started laughing. "Yep, and as master of the House, I have to be the one to give the mark. Otherwise it wouldn't work for you. Now I'm going to put an Illusion over us, to disguise us, then we can be on our way."
"Okay, but you still haven't told me how we are going to get to France." Said Sirius. Harry just smiled and Sirius saw his eye's turn into what Harry called his Ultimate Mangekyo Sharingan. Which still gave Sirius a small case of the creeps.
"Don't you remember how I got you out of Azkaban?" Asked Harry, as he grabbed Sirius by the arm. And just like that they were gone.
Later that night, Sirius sat in the setting room admiring his new Dogwood and Dragon Heartstring wand. Harry had about had a laughing fit(not that Sirius could blame him) when a Dogwood wand had chosen him. It was nice to have a wand again after so many years. Though he still missed his first wand something terrible. After buying him a wand he and Harry had a fun day of shopping, they even ate at this Scottish muggle restaurant. Mc something McDonnell's, McDoonel's, Ah McDonald's that was it!
They had enjoyed a nice lunch at McDonald's, and while the food there didn't seem very Scottish to him. Sirius couldn't deny that it was quite tasty. All in all it had been a great day, and one Sirius needed. Only one thing could make it better...
"SIRIUS!" Sirius smiled evilly to himself.
…..Revenge! Really his godson should have known better then to prank him, and get him a wand on the same day.
"Good Evening, Harrietta!" Said Sirius smugly as Harry came storming down the stairs. Taking one look at Harry, Sirius burst out laughing. Harry's hair which had grown almost as long as Itachi's in the two years he had been here, was now in a perm. He was also wearing a flowery sundress. But Sirius knew that was not what put a murderous look on his godson's face.
"Bring. Them. Back!" Snarled Harry, as he pulled out a Kunai knife. Though his voice did seem to be an octave higher than usual "Undo your spell, or I'll remove yours the messy way!"
Sirius undid the spell, because he felt sorry for his godson/daughter. NOT because he was scared... Honest!
Harry woke up early the next morning and headed outside to the flower gardens. It was a good place to look for what he needed to get back at Sirius. While it was true that he did technically start the whole thing by pranking Sirius first. What Sirius did last night was below the belt...Literally! And therefore could NOT go unpunished! Luckily one of his "Gifts" from Tom, was about to become very useful.
Sirius awoke from his dream, when he felt something crawl over him. Opening his eyes slowly he saw a blurry outline of something on his chest. When his eyes cleared however, he screamed like a twelve year old girl. For on his chest was a snake! So focused on the snake he didn't even notice the flash of light that seemed to fill the room.
Standing bolt up right in a millisecond, Sirius back up against his headboard. In and around his bed were no less then fifteen snakes! Sirius turned toward his nightstand where he placed his wand, only to discover that it was no longer there!
"Looking for this?" Called a voice by the door, sounding a little too innocent. Sirius turned his head to the door only to see his godson holding two things. A Magical Camera that they had bought yesterday and Sirius's wand! "The feared Sirius Black, afraid of a few garden snakes. What will people think?"
Sirius just gaped at him for a second before he started to splutter. "Y-You! Y-You're just evil, you are!"
"You have no idea." Said Harry sweetly. "So do want to continue this little war and have it escalate? Or would you like to call a truce now?"
"TRUCE!" Called Sirius quickly. "Truce, just get these ruddy snakes away from me!"
Harry smiled smugly, before Sirius heard him hiss something to the snakes. The snakes immediately turned and fled the bedroom. Sirius knew from his talks with Harry, that his godson was a Parselmouth. But he never thought it could be used to prank someone, especially him!
A short while later, Harry left to train. Sirius had met Harry's teacher and while the young man seemed nice enough, the knowledge that he could kill him in about twenty different ways before Sirius could blink. Made Sirius just a little nervous around him, so Sirius usually stayed behind when Harry went off to train.
Later that day, Sirius was really starting to get into one of Harry's muggle fantasy books. "What?! NO! The wizard can't die! What kind of book is this?!"
"A really popular one, actually." Said Harry entering the library.
"Oh, hey pup! What are you up to?" Asked Sirius, putting the book down(But not before marking his page.)
"About 1.5 meters." Deadpanned Harry.
"Oh ha ha." Responded Sirius. Harry smiled.
"Actually, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind helping me with something?"
"Sure. What is it?" Asked Sirius.
"A little project that should be right up your alley. I've already did most of the work, I just need you to cast the proper spells." Harry told him, as he pulled out five little stone balls about the size of muggle baseballs. The balls were engraved with all kinds of runes and in the center of each one was a blue crystal.
"What are those?" Asked Sirius, gesturing to the stone balls.
"A little something that should help us figure out just were the bloody hell we are." Said Harry. "To be honest, you, my father, and Remus were the inspiration for them."
"Alright, Just tell me what I need to do. And watch your language! Your mother would have done a cleaning charm on your tongue if she had been here to hear that." Said Sirius, he didn't like getting all parental, but he was still the adult here. Even if Harry did sometimes act older then he was.
A few hours later found Harry and Sirius outside, with the stone balls. "Alright, Sirius. All that's left for you to do is launch them into the upper atmosphere"
Sirius pointed his wand at the stone balls. "Waddiwasi Maxima!"
With the force of a rocket the five stone balls shot in to the air, headed straight for space.
"And now we wait." Said Harry. "At the speed they are traveling, it will only take a few hours for them to make a complete rotation around the planet.
With that the two headed inside, to enjoy a nice meal courtesy of the House Elf's. Later that night, having gave the stones enough time to complete their circuit around the planet. The two met in the Library once again. Harry unfurled a large blank scroll, that took up a whole table. The scroll itself was blank in the center, but it edges were lined in runes.
"Would you like to do the honors?" Asked Harry. Sirius nodded his head and touch the scroll with the tip of his wand.
"Show us the way." Said Sirius, using the pass phrase they had chosen. Sirius watched in awe as a 3D model of the house and surrounding lands filled the map that they had created.
"Harry, this is amazing!" Exclaimed Sirius. "It worked!"
Harry to was excited, and embraced his godfather in a hug. Both slapping each other on the back before they let go. "Now to find out just where we are!"
Sirius agreed, pointing his wand at the map once more. "Zoom out, maximum level."
The map zoomed out to show a 3D rotating glob. Harry and Sirius both stood dumb founded at what they were seeing.
"I don't think we are in Kansas anymore, Sirius." Said Harry softly.
"Um..Harry? We were never in Kansas." Said Sirius, once more confused by his godson.
"It's a saying from a muggle book, you can read it after you finished the one you have." Said Harry, shaking his head at his godfather. Turning back to face the map, Harry once more studied the glob. Not recognizing even one of the continents on it. "It means I don't think we are on earth anymore, at least not an earth that we are familiar with."
(A.N) Well let me start off with an apology. I am so sorry for how long it's taking me to type out the chapters to my stories, But hopefully this longer chapter will help make up for it. Let's just say, sometimes life does not go according to plan.
So onward to the story. What did you all think? I hope it was enjoyable, I had a fun time coming up with it. And I have a lot more coming up in the future. The big question now is just where is Harry's house located? And what part will this play in the story? All I can say is, keep reading and find out. Well If you have any questions don't be afraid to review. Like most authors on here I live for feedback.
Well I guess that is all. I will see you next time.
