Here's chapter 3 for Fire Emblem: Light and Dark wolves. Sorry I'm so slow I'm getting kinda bored of writing and plus I've got another two fanficts to write. I also have internet troubles sometimes 'cause I keep getting viruses on my laptop. Anyway here's the chap.

Sulfura was awoken by a noise that sounded like a scream. She sat up groggily, still in wolf form. Sul heard the scream again Wait, that sounded like Ricken! She jumped up and ran towards the sound, her bag still between her wings. Even though she was about a mile from camp, thanks to her wolf senses she could her a lot more then when in her human form. A couple of branches snagged at her fur and wing feathers. As she got closer to where the scream was she heard growling and barking of a creature she didn't recognise, it's scent was strange to. The trees grew thinner until they give way to a clearing. Three strange looking demonic dog-like creatures, they had curled horns, orange muzzles and bellies, white lines on there back, rings above their feet and a necklace like ring around their necks that had pendants that looked like skulls. (I'm trying to describe Houndoom's BTW) They had cornered Ricken. Dawn sat on his shoulders hissing and spitting out small sparks trying to look threatening.

"Hey you! Get away from Ricken!" Sul barked and two of the demon-dogs turned around while the third, much bigger then the other two, kept an eye on Ricken.

Sul spread her wings to make herself looked bigger and more powerful then the dogs. One of the dogs bounded towards Sul, a small trail of embers coming from the corners of its mouth. It halted, opened it's jaws and the embers grew into a large flame that it shot forwards in a stream of fire towards Sul. She jumped out of the way but a few of her primary feathers got a little singed. The other ran to her left into Sul's blind spot. From the dog at her left she heard flames and paw steps that grew closer, the dog in front was preparing another flamethrower. Before she could dodge both attacks a sharp pain burst throughout her left wing followed by a burning sensation. Sul looked at where the pain was coming from and the dog had sunk its teeth into the wing, small flames flickering from its fangs. She swung her left wing around dragging the dog with it. She pulled the dog in front of the others flames, blocking them. The dog let go as the flames engulfed it. When the flames disappeared the dog was stood with slightly burnt fur. The larger one barked and the smaller ones backed off and switched places with it. It stepped forwards looking annoyed at the other two, That must be the alpha, if I can beat this one then the other two might leave. Sul thought to herself.

Folding up her wings she ran forwards and lept at the dog. She sank her teeth into its shoulder, it growled and tried to pull away while biting back. A slight cracking sound could be heard and it took Sul a few moments to realise that the dog creature had her beast stone clamped in its jaws, slowly biting harder on the stone. Sul swiped her fore-paws at the dog trying to knock the stone from its jaws. The stone shattered and fell to the floor in pieces. Instantly Sul turned back to her human form, plus animal features. The dog looked like it grinned and lept forwards, its fangs flaming. Quickly drawing her swords from her bag she blocked the attack and slashed it in the chest leaving a X mark in its fur. It yelped and back away slightly. Sul let out a growl and pointed her right sword at the dog's neck threatening to strike again. The dog returned the growl then it's ears perked and it whimpered slightly. Sul's ears also perked trying to hear what the dog was hearing. It turned around and barked what seemed like orders to the other two and ran into the forest followed by the others.

Ricken ran up to her "Sul! Sulfura! You have to come back."

"Lucina made it quiet obvious that she doesn't trust or want me around." Dawn flapped up onto her shoulders and nuzzled her face. Sul scratched the small dragons snout and she made a noise of happiness.

"She's just protective. I can get Chrom to talk to her."

"No, I think it's best if I stay away." Sul sighed and put Dawn on Ricken's shoulders. She turned and started to walk away but stopped after Ricken had said something.

"A guy walked into camp shortly after you left. He had some bad injuries."

"That doesn't concern me." She put her swords back into her bag.

"He was wearing the same uniform you did when you joined." He thought for a moment. "It's from Avia, right?"

Sul quickly turned around and looked at Ricken "Did he say his name?"

"Yeah, it was, um... Aaron was it? yeah that was it, I was coming to tell you wh- Hey, wait! what are you doing?" Before Ricken could finish speaking Sul had pulled out a spare Beast stone, transformed and pushed Ricken onto her back.

"I'm going back. Isn't that what you came to get me to do." Sul started running in the direction of the camps scent.

"But..."

"If Aaron has appeared injured in an enemy's camp then something must have happened back in Avia." Sul had a hint of worry in her voice.

Sorry it's shorter then the other two and here's a few probably boring and useless facts:

- This was supposed to be a Dragon Quest fanfict where Sul was kinda like a celestrian (From sentinels of the starry skies) and she had lost a wing in a fight, but I changed that injury to a blind eye and damaged wing.

- Some of the names are actually Pokémon names in different languages, like Sulfura means Moltres. Each Pokémon name was meant to represent the persons character.
