My head feels like it's going to explode. I don't even know what's going on in my own head. It feels like I'm dying a thousand deaths, the pain from my head shooting down to the rest of my body. Like needles are being forced through my skin. Like being shot a million times. The pain was unbearable. I couldn't stand, I couldn't sit, I couldn't do anything, like it it was forcing the pain onto my body, and then forcing me not to do anything about it.
