*So I've been gone for like 5 years? I left telling myself and all of you that I needed to focus on my own work. I thought that writing fanfiction was keeping me from my ultimate goal of publishing my own stuff. I gave up making YouTube videos as well. I'm back to tell you all I was wrong! After five years, the only things that have changed in my life is my husband and two beautiful little boys who are well on their way to becoming Little Dereks ( I know! Scary!). After five years of getting stuck, I finally threw out my book and took a Creative Writing course. I have a new book in progress, but I've also realized through that class that I need this community even if I'm not writing my own stuff. It is also helping me work out some of the kinks in my book. So I'm not giving up on my own projects. But I'm also coming back to the fanfiction world. I haven't watched Life with Derek in over 5 years so bear with me I'm gonna try to re-watch all of the episodes. My hope is that in the next couple of years, ya'll will be reading MY stuff and posting fanfics about it. I know conceited but a girl can hope. I'm really sorry, I know that a lot of my reviewers in this story have given up. I'm so sorry that I left ya'll hanging like this. I don't know when I'll have the next chapter posted but I'm hoping soon. To those of you reading this, thank you so much for bearing with me. I hope I live up to your expectations.

Side note: Have ya'll seen pictures of the main men recently? Omg Noel has grown up A LOT!
