Chapter 23

"I am available next Saturday. If it is acceptable to you, we may meet then."

He could practically hear the joy in her voice, and he felt that traitorous smile pop up again. Sesshomaru heard her rustling through some papers until she came back and responded in kind.

"That'd be awesome! I have no classes that day," she paused for a second, "um, what time would you like to meet, and where would you like to meet?"

"The coffee shop." He answered hesitantly.

"Cool, I'll see you then?"

"Yes, I...will see you."

Kagome smiled. "Right then, see you there."
