I'm back have you missed me?
Just got back to school. But I am going to try to finish this story and update as quickly as possible.
Anyway, the story.
Chapter 9: Next part.
Lucy POV.
"Lucy."
I looked up from the book I was reading, to see Edmund.
"Mm?"
"I think it's time to tell us the next part of the story."
I sighed; it wasn't really very interested in continuing my story.
"OK then, let's get the others and I tell you a bedtime story."
Chuckling we found the others in the library, discussing battle plans and how to go about planning a ball. All those sorts of silly things.
"Gather round kings and queens, it's time for a bedtime story."
Edmund POV.
We sat round Lucy preparing ourselves for the next part of her story. I knew bits and pieces but not these bits.
"OK well everything that happened in the last part of my story, sort of continued throughout the year, but when I was yelling at Lucas back in England I mentioned this day."
Nobody's POV.
*Lucy's Flashback*
We were having science class that day. As usual, I was first to class and already in my seat when Alice walked in. I inwardly groaned as she walked over.
"Hello Lucy, how are you today?"
I glared, she was patronising me, again.
"I'm fine, how are you? Wait, I really don't care and neither do you."
"Lucy that is so rude! But I guess it is fair, you were bought in a cave."
She started walking away, under my breath I muttered
"Better than being bought up in a sewer"
She whizzed around.
"Well you know what? Umm… sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."
Smirking at me she crossed her arms and laughed.
"Let's test that theory. Shall we?"
Confusion was etched on her face as I walked over to a shelf. Picking up a dictionary I hurled it at her.
Tears filled her eyes as it flew across the room. Her nose broke as it hit her.
"Damn I thought your hypothesis might have been right. I guess not. Those words broke your nose."
"Miss Pevensie!"
"Yes Miss?"
"We do not throw books at people!"
"But miss I was just proving a scientific theory that words do hurt."
"I don't care! To the principal's office! Now!"
*flash back over*
Lucy POV.
"OK I will admit I was being irrational at the time and deserved my punishment. But I believe that Alice deserved to be punished as well"
"Queen Lucy, I never would have thought that you would do something like that. But I understand. One question though, is it true that you saved you brothers from ogres three years after the battle of Anvard, and Susan did not?"
"No, I saved them many other times as well."
We all laughed, it was the truth.
"OK Let's go to bed!"
"Susan's right. Long day tomorrow"
