Hey folks. Another round of the story for you all. I don't own Freezing or Sekirei, otherwise I'd be writing forever and probably living a lot better standard wise.

Chapter 9: A Change of Cloth(ing)

After the group had returned to West Genetics, Amelia had put Sasori in bed to rest and eventually slept alongside him. She had debated whether or not to do the last part, but nonetheless went ahead with it. The closer they became the stronger they got.

Evans' woke just before midday and found that Sasori wasn't around, not in the room nor under the covers. I can never leave him alone for a long period of time... she sighed. I guess it makes life interesting though.

Sasori stood on the roof of Genetics academy's main building. Where classes commence for limiters and pandora alike, training and other means to strengthen humanities fighting chances begin for those gifted to become a stigmata user.

He was on the corner of the building that overlooked toward the North-West of Japan. It was midday, so in a more blackened version of his overcoat, he stood out like a sore thumb. In the middle of thinking back on the previous nights events, he had assumed Amelia had taken him back to his dorm.

He would assume right considering the evidence; only she knew his room number, he fainted in her arms, and he woke up next to her. It didn't have to take a genius to tell him.

Truthfully he had been glad it was her, and he arrived at the right moment. But what he was unhappy for was that he ran out of energy so quickly. Running almost at 100% now after rest and another night sleep his chest wound had healed well.

"I guess I owe you one for yesterday, Sunstrike." a voice came from the stairwell entrance behind him. #109 turned to see none other than Arnette McMillan, with a bandage around her leg where the Nova had struck her.

"Don't mention it" he replied while turning back to face outward again.

"Heh, not one for conversation then. That was an impressive move you did yesterday, where did you learn it?" The inquisition had arrived for Sasori once again.

Why do I have to talk to people all the time... *inner sigh* I guess I'll go with it for now.

"It is not something that is learned. But given to a Sekirei. When our lips collide with our Ashikabi's we receive their power through our bond. The 'move' as you called it, that I used yesterday was what we call a 'Norito'. Every Sekirei has their own independent norito, that excudes great power depending on their skill set."

Arnette seemed to be creeping along knowledge-wise. Not totally intaking the information as half of it was new vocabulary for her.

"You following?" Sasori asked.

"Sort of. So, you each have a 'special' attack, that varies on the powers you have, right?"

#109 nodded in reply.

"Can it be taught to others?"

"Heh, so that was why you wanted to see me... And no, it can't."

Arnette got the feeling he was a little uncomfortable and didn't want to discuss things, but didn't quite like the assumption that, that conversation was her objective and decided to make it clear to Sasori.

"Hey! I may have been interested in how you did it, or if it could be transferred, but I did come and find you to say thank you. Besides, you were the one who explained it, were you not?"

He turned around to face her oncemore, a stern expression on his character. Arnette expected the worst but nothing came. No, authoritive action, nor words, just a glare. His eyes could pierce her very soul. Sasori kept up the glare, neither blinking or taking his eyes off Arnette.

Holy shit. I've never seen a stare like this... it's freaking me the fuck out. Arnette panicked, immediately backing away toward the staircase.

As soon as she took steps to back up toward the staircase, he turned around again to face outward from the school. She made way to turn and head inside when he spoke finally. "Despite being an outsider here, I do not wish to make enemies. Arnette... I apologize."

"I didn't like the attitude but I guess I could forgive you."

"However." Sasori began, his voice turning deeper and more sinister. "If people continue to interrogate me on what I do, or who I am without said persons needing to know such information I will be unhappy. Am I clear?"

"Very. I'll be sure to keep that in mind... Sunstrike." she said playfully on her way down the stairs.

Sunstrike, huh... I kind of like it.

X-X-X-X-X

Half an hour had passed and Amelia still had no sign of Sasori. She gave up, figuring he could handle himself. She decided to go for a walk around the campus to 'freshen up', being the term to describe the excuse in her head.

Five minutes into her stroll the intruder alarm went off.

"Intruder alarm. Intruder alarm. All limiters and pandora under 3rd year stay in respective dormitories. Rest of the school years stay on stand-by."

Amelia began to sprint to the intrusion point which was on the North-West side (convenient, no?).

There was several pandora surrounding a singular figure. Notably, a female.

They surrounded the figure, who Amelia couldn't quite make out. "This is a private campus! State your business here!" A lead pandora shouted over the rabble's whispers.

"I'm not a threat to you. I wish you no harm." a solemn but smooth voice replied.

"This bitch is retarded!" a slightly short height Pandora yelled and activated her volt weapon, being two small scythes and leaped toward her.

What the hell is she doing!? She just said she wasn't a threat.

The red fringed Ashikabi and E-Pandora activated her own volt weapon and met the Pandora's scythes in defence of this new stranger.

"Who the hell are you!? Get out of my way!" the pandora snarled.

"Never! She said she wasn't a threat!"

The pandora in question didn't like the answer and acceled back and forth attempted to take a swing at Amelia.

A thundering voice was overheard, "Safeguard!".

A circular shield that looked bronzed, made from hard steel flung toward the Pandora, blocking her accel attack. The circular shield had an imprint on it, an A without the joining line between the two diagonal lines attaching together... The symbol of Sparta.

The now surprised Pandora looked toward Amelia's protector. #109, stood on the roof still, glaring at the said Pandora.

"You are aware that if you strike at Amelia Evans' then I have no choice but to consider you a threat." he bellowed, in an unnaturally deep voice. This was the first time hearing Sasori's, almost sinister voice.

She let out a grumble, grinding her teeth in the process. "FINE! But if this intruder rips up the place then it's on you, and when that happens, I'm hunting you down." Walking off she pushed people out of her way through the crowd.

"You can try and come after me. But if you lay a hand on Amelia Evans, your skull will have an imprint of my boot."

Sasori leaned forward off the building, beginning to slide down the side of it using his gauntlet armour to clip into the building. Following up the slide with a jump, landing beside the crowd. He made his way through toward his Ashikabi and this newcomer. Passing the five foot Pandora on the way past, purposefully ignoring her glare.

After reaching the final destination, he saw two faces. Both of which were familiar. However, one was out of breath, and quite heavily so.

"You're reacting, aren't you?" Sasori said, a slight smile appearing. The newcomer nodded whilst looking at Amelia Evans, and then back to Sasori.

"Congratulations Amelia. You've found your number two." he said gently, smiling at her. Honestly, he wasn't totally happy about sharing her, but it isn't uncommon for an Ashikabi to have more than one Sekirei. He just hoped it wouldn't take away her attention for him.

The crowd began to dispurse, after realizing there was no threat to the academy, and it was blatant that Sasori already knew whoever it was that was the intruder.

"Nu-number two?" she asked.

"Yes. Number two."

He felt like this could go on forever. "So long as you're happy with it."

"Happy wi-" Amelia was interrupted as the newcomer forcefully placed her lips onto Sasori's Ashikabi. Amelia pushed her back, unsure on how to act, either angrily or embarrassed.

"Sorry. But I'm not the shy type." she said. "Sekirei #10, Uzume, the veiled Sekirei. My veils are now yours."

(A/N: Very out of context I know, but I like Uzume as a character and wanted to bring her in. Sorry for those who thought it might be Karasuba *huehuehue!*)

Amelia was stunned. Not only had she just came to terms to handling her first, Sasori, and even then she was somehow unable to read certain aspects of him. Now she had a second, who just suddenly thrust herself upon her.

Why on earth do these things keep happening to me!? And I'm apparently bi-sexual now too? I don't know how I feel about that.

So many questions were once again flooding into Amelia's brain. It was all a bit too much for her as she was overwhelmed by her thought process and blacked out. She heard a faint, "Amelia!" from Sasori as she fell.

X-X-X-X-X

An hour later...

The E-Pandora woke up in her own bed. Hearing movement she opened her eyes to see none other than Sasori sitting in an armchair, drinking a coffee. Upon seeing his Ashikabi open her eyes, he put the mug down and sat on her bed.

"How're you feeling?" The blonde Sekirei asked gently.

"I-I'm alright. I had a really weird dream." Amelia replied in a husky voice.

"About what?"

"That I had winged another Sekirei after you jumped in between a fight with another Pandora and I. The Sekirei was a woman... who looked, well... amazing. But it made me question my, uh... well... how to put it..."

"Sexuality?" came a female voice in the corner. Uzume was sitting in the corner on a swivel chair at Amelia's desk beside the window. Amelia's eyes went wide at the realization.

"Yeah... it wasn't a dream." Sasori stated bluntly. "Would you like a drink?" he asked, gaining a nod from Amelia with a slight smile.

As he gathered a mug and prepared another coffee, Uzume decided to introduce herself in a better manner.

"Yeah. I'm Uzume, Sekirei #10. Sorry for the way I winged myself onto you." she said, looking slightly ashamed of herself, her cheeks going crimson as she looked down at her legs.

"It's okay. I certainly wasn't expecting it, but I can live with it. But, are you sure it was me you reacted to?" Evan's asked cautiously.

Uzume nodded, "I'm certain. You were the only one who stood up for me, you would stand against your own to protect me. For that I am grateful."

Sasori finished making the drinks whilst Uzume and Amelia got acquainted further. Giving Amelia her own cup of coffee, he sat down beside her again and drank quietly.

"So how are the sleeping arrangements? Are we sleeping together with you?" Uzume brazenly asked Amelia.

Sasori spat out his coffee in surprise, staining the air with spit and cold coffee. "Uzume!"

"What?" she shrugged. "It's a concern of mine", her voice becoming more playful by the second.

Amelia took another sip from the drink Sasori had made for her. All in all, she was being extremely calm. The irony that in combat she was panicked while Sasori was calm and composed.

"You know, I guess that'd be alright. But first I want to get to know you. Sleeping with a stranger is a little... well... odd." she answered the question hesitantly. To Amelia, the factual points were simple, they were bound now, so no matter what way she looked at it, it would be inevitable in the future.

But theoretically, it was obvious that sleeping with someone you've just met on the relationship basis that Uzume wanted, was a little too much.

"But first let's go somewhere to get acquainted... Uzume, right?"

Uzume nodded with a smile that she had remembered her name, especially after fainting not too long ago.

She followed up her happy nod "Where did you have in mind?"

Amelia decided to get up out of bed, relieved to find her clothes still intact and on. "Thanks for the drink Sasori." she kissed him chastly on the lips. His face was startled at first, not expecting such an action from her.

"N-no problem. Was my pleasure." he replied, shakily.

Uzume giggled initially, but smiled at the size of Sasori's golden wings. They outstretched the room going into the hallway, which freaked out a second year Pandora passing by. It seems they've been through a lot together. I'll have to equal him sometime. It's strange to once think of Sekirei as our enemies... but now I have one who is an ally. … and not a bad one apparently.

"Although I dislike having to share you with someone else, I know that someone else is looking for what you just did to me." Sasori said honestly.

Uzume went from her smile from Sasori's wings to a more, surprised expression. Although I knew we'd share her from the beginning, Sasori's willingness to share never amazes me. He was like that at Izumo too.

"Is that what you want?" Amelia asked cautiously, a more shy version of herself appearing. Uzume gave another nod to the question before her. Truth be told Amelia had no idea how to approach her like she did Sasori. However, Uzume took the initiative oncemore, showing her confident, playful side.

Uzume practically dived on Amelia where she sat, and plunged her lips down onto her Ashikabi's. Sasori watched on as veils of white appeared behind Uzume. The same reaction took over his expression, a smile with a hint of jealousy.

Sasori stood, for what seemed like an eternity for him, and was actually about half a minute in reality while the two 'renewed their bond'. He waited a little longer, but the two didn't seem to be stopping and got annoyed. He grabbed Uzume's shoulder and pulled her back, gaining a disappointed look back at being interrupted.

"That was far too long Uzume."

"Hey, we didn't really get into it outside earlier."

Her comment earned a grunt from Sasori. Amelia had regained her breath slightly from being dived upon. Holy crap. She's much more energetic than Sasori is in that department. I wonder who the better fighter is.

"While I have no objection to you to sharing intimacy, I'd prefer if one, you didn't leave me out, and two that if you are going to do such things, you do so when I am not around."

"Why is that, #109?" Uzume asked, again a playful tone coming out.

"Because I get jealous. I have no problem admitting it. I am not foolish enough to deny such emotion. That was why I told her to kiss you in the first place. I knew how you'd feel."

Uzume couldn't deny his intelligent response to her question. She knew Sasori was smart, smarter than most and took into account others opinions when they mattered. Her cheeks grew a little crimson as an idea crossed her mind.

"If that's how you feel..." she said as she stood up. She crossed the room toward him, and kissed him on the lips too. Both their wings flew out in the room, a combination of white and gold encircled Amelia. Their Ashikabi watched curiously with surprise.

Sasori on the otherhand was startled. The thoughts that went through his brain were in the thousands. He grabbed Uzume's shoulders and pushed her away, stopping their lips from touching. They said nothing, as #109 figured her thought pattern was to, as he put it, 'not leave him out'.

Amelia interrupted with a question, "If you're both Sekirei, do your wings come out even when it's not me who makes mucosal contact with you?"

Uzume had no idea what to say. She had no answer to that one and put it down to that they were both connected to her, and thus each other. Where as Sasori had a more complex answer; "It's down to DNA. Since we share the same DNA from the bond, when our two lips collided..." he paused, giving a shifty look toward Uzume, a signal not to do that too often, "the DNA we get from you via the bond, entered each of our systems. Truthfully I didn't know it was possible, but then again I don't think Sekirei usually go around making contact like that."

To say that Uzume and Sasori would become good friends is an understatement. The way Uzume was going about it, they could possibly become lovers. But Sasori would not let it go that far. The only one he had any feeling for in that way, was Amelia. Uzume had the same idea, or along those lines. She didn't have anything against loving Sasori as she did Amelia, but of course her Ashikabi would take top priority.

That marks the end of Chapter 9 guys! I hope you like where this is going and what I'm doing with the fanfic. Again I don't own Freezing or Sekirei, otherwise I'd be a lot richer than I am currently.

I hopefully won't be as long writing the next chapter as I was this one, but I've got a lot of stuff to do this month to prepare for the start of September (Comic-Con!). So we'll see how I get on.

Take care!
