A/N soooooo sorry this has taken so long! I'm back! Hope you like this here's chapter 10!

Caroline's POV

I woke up kicking myself for yesterday. Why did I say that!? Why would I say we were just best friends? Gaaaa I was so stupid! He had said yes that we were! Yesterday my heart burst into two, could I even face him today? I got up and dressed in my light blue knee length dress that was made of dyed lily petals. I walked out of the tree and down to the ocean bank. I stared out at the flowing water, just yesterday I had at here and possibly ruined my friendship with my best friend and crush. I sighed why did I even say anything?

"Carrie?" I winced I had only heard someone call me that once and that was yesterday. I cautiously turned around, there standing in the sand as none other than Tavin. I smiled and he flew over next to me. "hey.." he whispered.

"Hey" I responded back just a bit stronger.

"Soo, the Autumn Revelry is coming up in a couple weeks…." He trailed off. He quietly cleared his throat. "I was wondering if…..umm….you would maybe….like to…uhh…..go with me?" My eyes opened wide and I turned to look at him.

"R-r-really?" He nodded not looking at me a pink tint across his cheeks. "I-I'd love to!" My response must have startled him because he turned to look at me a shocked glance on his face. He beamed a bright smile and pulled me into a hug. "Wait!" He let go really quick. " So yesterday about the whole just best friends thing…"

"I never wanted to say yes we were, but I was afraid to say I wish we were more but I didn't know how you would feel about it so I didn't." I just smiled and pulled him in for another hug.

At the border

" So we're holding the revelry in the Winter Woods this time correct?" Milori nodded.

"Let's hope the girls get along well. I'm sure Milly will be excited to meet Caroline at least." He smiled. "I have to go Clarion, I will see you next time." He mounted his snow owl and flew off, leaving a smiling Clarion staring through the snow flakes.

Milly's POV

Caspian had aked me to meet him here but I didn't know what for. I sat in the snow awaiting his arrival. Finally I saw his messing black hair appearing over the hill.

"Hey Mill!" I waved and smiled he flew up next to me."

"So what did you want to meet me here for?" I asked.

"Umm….well….the Autumn Revelry is coming up and we're hosting it…so…I wanted to know if you….would possibly…like to go….with me?" I smiled at the snow and spoke softly.

"Yes."

"Really? Yay!...I mean that's great. I can't wait! See ya Mill." He flew off and I sat there smiling. I can't believe that Caspian just asked me to the Revelry!
