Dipper lied there on the ground.

Hopeless.

He sighed as he once again tried to pry the heavy boulder from his ankle, to no avail. His gaze shifted over to Mabel, who was unconscious. She had a boulder on top of her, her arms and legs twisted in ways they shouldn't have been. He had tried with all his might to get to her, they'd been there for hours. Thankfully Mabel was still breathing, Dipper rested a bit.

Alone.

They were in the forest, hunting for some barf fairies, when an avalanche struck. Mabel had the worst injury of the two, which made Dipper worry. "Hang in there, Mabes...I'll get you out..." He wasn't sure if this statement was true, or if she could even hear him at all.

Restless.

Dipper saw a shadow, and looked up. There stood a man-shaped blackness. He realized this could be his chance. He gazed up at the figure, Eyes red and pleading. He let out a raspy whisper. "Please...Help my sister..." The shadow-man looked at Mabel, bending down and removing the huge rock from her, she seemed to breathe easier now. It looked back at me. "I'll be fine...please, help her..." He squeaked. It picked up Mabel, and slowly faded away. Dipper felt-no, knew, Mabel would be okay. He felt selfish for wishing he could've come too, But decided he made the right decision.
