I am so sorry I didn't update on Wednesday! Ugh school work! But here is the update that should have been up wednesday. your comments are so sweet, i love reading each and every one of them…I found out how i want to end this story and i think it might be coming to an end soon…i'm not sure yet though! hope you like the update :)

Jay tapped on the glass, "Mills, go to the station. I'm fine, no hospital."

Mills shook his head, "Dude…"

"Please, trust me. I got kidnapped from there, I don't want to go for a round three. Okay?"

Mills nodded his head and gave Sylvie the go ahead to take them to the station. Jay and Erin ran up stairs as fast as they could. The rest of the team was going over what to do with Liam and Alice.

"We need them." Voight was angry; Erin could see it in his face.

"We did all we needed to. They should go to court now." Antonio was always trying to be Mr. Good Guy.

"Where is Jace? Is he in our custody? No. Alice and Liam were simply the puppets in these plans. Jace is the puppeteer." Erin was glad Voight was seeing what her and Jay saw.

"We can't get in the middle of guns and gangs investigation." Antonio actually had a good point. If this undercover wasn't connected to Jace then they couldn't compromise that investigation.

"What if Jace and the undercover are connected?" Erin voiced her opinion.

"Shouldn't he be at the hospital?" Ruzek motioned to Jay.

"I was taken from there once. Think I want to relive that?" Jay shot back.

Ruzek held up his hands, "Hey, just making sure you're okay."

"Erin is right." Voight was bringing the conversation back around to what mattered.

"Where's Liam?" Erin asked. She was calm on the outside but inside he was waiting for the chance to rip him apart.

"In the cage." Voight replied.

"And Alice?" Erin questioned.

"In an interagation room."

Erin rushed down the stairs to the cage and opened the door.

"Good to see-" Liam couldn't even get out a sentence before Erin punched him.

She shook out her had. She wasn't going to lie, that hurt.

"Nice right hook." Liam smiled.

"You sick son of a bitch. What kind of person kidnaps someone from a hospital?" She was screaming.

"You were the one who was gambling with his life." Liam was always great at giving reminders.

Erin took the chain they kept down there and wrapped it around her hand and brought her hand up, ready to punch Liam again. Jay came up behind her and stopped her.

"Erin." He whispered in her ear.

"He could have killed you! Let me at him!"

Voight rushed down after Jay. "Erin!" He yelled. Voight had never yelled at her like that. In all of the years she had known him he never yelled at her like he was mad at her. She had done some awful things in her past, but never did Voight get mad.

Erin stepped out of the cage and locked it behind her.

"Voight I know what you're going to say…"

"No you don't. Give me the chain. "

Erin unwrapped the chain slowly from her hand. She knew she wouldn't be able to inflict real damage on Liam. But Voight…he could kill Liam with one punch. Voight walked into the cage and nodded his head slightly, like he always did.

"This is my city." Erin got chills. She had heard Voight say those words before but, she had never seen he violent actions that followed.

Voight punched Liam's stomach twice, "Where is Jace?"

Liam smiled, "I'm not telling."

Voight punched him two more times, "If I do this enough I think I can get your internal organs to bleed."

Voight raised his fist one more time, "One last chance and things get ugly."

"Okay fine!" Liam screamed out in pain. He didn't want Voight to keep going, "I don't know where Jace took that undercover."

Voight brought his fist to his side, "What are you talking about?"

"I know you're worried about that undercover."

"What undercover?" Voight was a pretty good actor.

"Is he not from your unit?" Liam was confused now.

"What undercover are you talking about?" Voight spoke slowly and clearly.

"Jace's right hand man is an undercover. It is so obvious. I don't think Jace knows though. They knew each other. Is that enough for you?"

Erin's ears perked up and she looked over to Jay, "Liam, did you just say they knew each other?"

He nodded quickly, "I don't know how but they are good friends. I don't know if he knows he was a cop."

"Of course he knew he was a cop. If they knew each other and were such good friends like you say...Jace must have known. Would he hurt the undercover?"

Liam shook his head, "They acted like they were brothers."

Jay tapped Erin on the shoulder, "Lets go."

Erin nodded her head to Voight and he gave her the go ahead to leave. Jay and Erin ran upstairs.

"What's the undercovers name?" Erin asked the rest of her unit that was upstairs, minus Voight. Antonio went down to make sure Voight didn't actually kill Liam.

"Uh…" Ruzek stuttered as he flipped through some papers, "Brett Warner."

Erin nodded her head, "Does he have any siblings?"

Detective Martin from guns and gangs was there too, "Not that we know of. He did have a half brother from DC. His brother came to him years ago looking for money. Brett wouldn't give him any."

"What was that half brothers name?"

"Jonathan. Jonathan Light."

Erin and Jay looked at each other and Erin nodded her head, "Jace."
