Characters may seem different due to my inexperience with Touhou and trouble remembering all of FNV.

With Mr. House overthrown, the NCR and Legion driven out, and the Mojave unified into an independent nation, the Courier can finally enjoy peace... or at least that was the plan before a Think Tank experiment sent him to a new world, one filled with strange mutants.
