Natsu's POV .

Natsu: Happy, Lucy's been acting weird lately.

Happy: Since when?

Natsu: Well...ever since Natsumi confessed to me.

Happy: Suprised you remember. (He muttered)

Natsu: HEY! I heard that!

Happy: Calm down Natsu. Anyways how has she been acting weird?

Natsu: Um...She doesn't look me in the eye as much and when she does she looks away quickly. Other times when Italk to her she looks away.

Happy: Your so dense Natsu. (Sighs)

Natsu: Whatever! (gets out of bed and starts going to the guild)

Lucy's POV .

After a nice soak in the tub. I got dressed and headed out to the guild. Once I stepped in I searched for Natsu and my eyes landed on that pink cherry blossom hair. He was over at the bar with Gajeel, Levy, and Mira was. I walked over.

Lucy: Ohayo! What's going on? (glancing at Natsu and Gajeel)

Levy: (between laughs) Natsu and Gajeel are having a eating contest.

Lucy: Oh...

Mira: You want something to eat or drink Lucy?

Lucy: OK! I'll have a glass of water.

I sat down as I watched Natsu and Gajeel stuff their faces with food. Then they finished and Natsu won.

Natsu: YEAH! You lose Gajeel!

Lucy: Ohayo Natsu. (handing him a glass of water)

Natsu: Ohayo Lucy and arigatou. (giving her one of his cute smiles)

Lucy: (blushes and turns the other way)

Natsu: What's wrong?

Lucy: Nothing. Look Erza and Gray are coming. With Juvia too. (saving herself)

Gray: (smirks) A eating contest how childish.

Gajeel,Natsu: You wanna pick a fight you stripper! (same time)

Gray: What you two say!

Soon all three was fighting but as soon as they started Erza hitted all three of them on the head.

Erza: You guys are bothering me eat breackfast! (which was strawberry shortcake)

Gray, Gajeel, Natsu: GOMEN! (with fresh new bumps on their heads)

Soon after that Natsu, Happy and me where standing by the request board. I scanned the board and one caught my eye.

Lucy: Natsu lets do this one! (pointing at the paper)

Natsu: ok!

Lucy: Then I'll go pack my stuff.

Natsu: Okay! I'll go pack my stuff too. (ran off with Happy flying at his side)

Lucy: (sighs) I wonder if there will be any progress between Natsu and me.

(Lucy was unaware then that someone heard what she just said)

Lucy's POV

The request was to get rid of some theives in a town which was pretty easy but they didn't get it done without getting injured well at least only she did. She twisted he leg and she got a cut on he arm. Plus since she couldn't walk Natsu had to carry her! o/o Happy was teasing them too. i was really glad Natsu didn't notice since he was argueing with Happy. I was like 60 shades of red! Now she has to rest and let her leg heal.
