Axel trudged through the snow as fast as he could, cold sweat rolling down his face. He prayed to whatever deity was out there that Ahri was ok. Even though they hadn't be together that long he had connected with her more than anyone else in his entire life. She shown him more to life than just hoping for adventure, hell she was his adventure at this point. He wanted to show her the world and he'd be damned if he'd have that chance taken from him. As he ran towards his apartment he had to slow down as a hoard of people were grouped around his apartment complex.
'Oh god please no' he thought as he started to shove through the whispering crowd.
"Let me go! I swear when Axel finds out about this-
Axel's heart thundered in his chest and as he doubled his efforts of waving through the crowd until he was finally at the front. He charged forward as he seen Ahri dragged down the stairs of his apartment only to be stopped by a pair of Noxian Soldiers.
"Get the fuck out of my way!" he growled as he tried to shove past them only to be pushed down to the ground. He tried to jump back up but a boot to the back stopped from getting up.
"This must've been the little scoundrel that was hiding the wee little," the soldier said as he pressed his boot further into the young man's back causing him to howl.
"Stop it don't hurt him!" Ahri yelled only to be slapped in face by the soldier dragging her.
"Shut your dam mouth monster."
"Ahri, "Axel grunted only to grunt in pain as the man's boot dug into his back further.
"If you know what's best-
The man suddenly fell down on his ass as Axel charged up from the ground, knocking the other soldier from his path as he ran towards Ahri. Not ten feet away he went wide-eyed as he felt like he ran into a brick wall. He didn't even think about why the hell there was an invisible wall in front of him, instead trying to run around the dam thing. He nearly choked on the little air he had as he was jerked from the ground by his neck. He struggled in vain as he tried to pull off whatever invisible thing was around his neck.
Suddenly the invisible space before Axel shimmered before the large man-beast known as Rengar came into view, a claw hand angled towards the man in his left hand. "You almost cause me my trophy," Rengar snarled, his voice low and threatening. The sliver claw-like gauntlet gleamed in the soft sun as he pointed the tip to Axel's neck. "Now your head will adore my wall.
"Oh my~!"
All of the sudden dark light pulsed from Ahri, immediately engulfing not only her but the two soldiers that were dragging her away as well. Rengar turned towards the dark light, dropping Axel to the snow unceremoniously as he tried to figure out what exactly was happening. The Noxians had not warned him that the person they were chasing knew dark arts. He slowly unsheathed the blade into his right hand.
'This would be interesting'
Not even a moment later that the thought entered his mind did he have leap to the right to avoid a large ball of purple flames. As soon as he made sure he dodged it he turned towards its general direction, his eye narrowing at the sight before him.
"Standing in a circle of dark flames was Ahri yet at the same time one could argue it wasn't. Her usual seemingly white fully tails had turned night purple, her once golden bright eyes now turned a deep crimson red. What was once black hair had turned a dark grey.
Her clothing had changed just as much as her looks. Where once she wore where once she wore her dark grey and black outfit Axel had brought for her was now replaced with a dark and red coat with red armor trimmings, a black skin tight suit laying underneath. A red gem sparkled above her breast ominously as well as the red gem that sat in the middle of a red crown.
Ahri looked at the man in her arms, a creepy smile adoring her face as she traced his features.
He would do nicely, very nice.
"Demon!"
"Witch!"
Ahri turned an eye to the crowd, a look of boredom present on her face now as she looked on.
How irritating.
Ahri's tails flickered for a moment before dark specs flew off towards the crowd. After a few brief moments black flames erupted within the crowds, consuming the poor fools in an instant.
Ahri turned back to the man in her arms, ignoring the rising dark flames behind her and the silent screams of agony. A smile returned on her face as she looked upon her possession. She couldn't resist, placing her lips on his. She loved the taste of him though something was missing…
Oh right, he was unconscious.
Ahri sighed softly after she removed her lips from his.
"Oh my,That didn't work? Looks like I'll have to try something else to wake him~."
Ahri's tails reflexively formed a wall in front of her, for what reason wasn't revealed until the sound of something akin to ripping pierced the air. A battle of dark and green magic formed in front of Ahri for only a moment before dissipating into nothing.
"Bye bye~" Ahri chirped bubbly as one of her tails pointed straight towards Rengar, dark energy starting to form on the tip of the very tail ominously.
Rengar's body tensed as he braced himself. This woman was a monster in every right of the word.
The ultimate trophy aside from the other creature that took his right eye.
Rengar's ears whipped up, his body jumping reflexively to the left despite that nothing happened. He could have swor-
His train of thought was broken when he felt a fierce wind almost knock him over from behind. In a fit of foolish insanity he pulled his eyes away from Ahri before they widened in disbelief.
Dark flames consumed and spread like wildfire across the vantage point where his apprentice had no doubt been. There was no doubt in the pride stalkers mind that his apprentice was probably dead.
"Now the question is what do I do with you?" Ahri questioned in a silly manor, as if Rengar was nothing more than a kitten that needed to be dealt with.
The beast-man could only growl in response. He wanted nothing more than to lob off the woman's head but she was beyond him. He had come unprepared and he didn't want to take the chance to analyze her with the high possibility of dying.
He didn't know what to do as she tapped her chin in thought, her ominous eyes never veering from him.
"I would just kill you but that sounds to light for knocking out my mate," she said before snapping her finger. "Aha! I know just what to do with you," Ahri purred before she shifted Axel in her right arm. She raised her hands to her lips before making a blowing Rengar a seemingly invisible kiss.
The pridestalker growled in a mix of confusion and anger but continued to stay silent. He brace himself for whatever she might have done next but was surprised to say the least when her tails wrapped around her, a teleportation circle tracing around her feet. How much power did this bitch have?
"I hope you have a big appetite kitty~" Ahri giggled as dark flames consumed her before she disappeared, her only evidence of actually being there small purple flames on the ground- and the surrounding chaos of course.
Rengar sighed as he dropped to his knees, surprising himself by how emotionally drained he was. It had been a long time since had experienced such an emotion.
Fear.
It was this fear that made him a question what she had exactly done to him. What did she mean by 'I hope you have a big appetite?' he disregarded his own thoughts for the moment as the voice of an apparently angry man came into earshot.
"What the fuck! What the fuck are-
The man's ranting was cut short as his head was blow clean off, his body flopping to the snow as its new hole started to soak it red.
Rengar snorted in amusement as he noticed a familiar presence behind him.
"I'm surprised you're still alive." He spoke with a bit of humor.
"I am too" his apprentice zero replied. Said man's robe was halfway fallen off, revealing a pale toned chest with too many scars.
"So how did you live?" Rengar asked as he started to finally stand, completely ignoring the blood that threatened to stain his feet.
"I blasted a hole in the ground and focused my magic on a shielding the entrance," he replied calmly shifting his wild white hair, as if him barely escaping a life or death was typical.
Rengar only grunted in response before sniffing the air. His eyes widened as he couldn't isolate her scent. There was no way possible that she could have covered her scent against him, he was the best tracker in Runeterra.
"We're leaving," Rengar said as he tinkered with his eye. Even his right eye couldn't locate the blasted woman trail.
"Have you picked up on her trail?" Zero asked as he ripped off a piece of his robe that was dangling off.
"No were going back to Noxus. I have a few questions that demand answers," he growled before walking down the path out of town. He was more than furious, he had not informed him in the slightest that she was a dark mage, and a powerful one at that! He could have handled your typical S class mage, hell he could have handled an SS mage but this woman was something else.
Zero didn't show it but he was genuinely surprised that his master was going to give up on the hunt. He only ever gave up on a hunt and that was only because they had both grown tired.
Zero looked towards the town. The foul smell death permeated the air and small pockets of dark flame still littered the ground. He estimated that the fox woman had killed at least seventy percent of the townsfolk, and that's if he was being generous.
'Such power' zero thought. The power she wielded was nothing short of monstrous and freighting.
Zero sighed before turning around and following his master back to Noxus. This would be a story to tell...
(Meanwhile)
Ahri In the middle of a seemingly peaceful forest purple flames appeared out of nowhere before Ahri came into scene, an unconscious axel still cradled in her arms.
Ahri sighed tiredly, that teleportation had took a lot out of her. Her eyes looked toward Axel in worry, he was starting to shiver. To make matters worse the sun was starting to set and Ahri really didn't want to sleep outside.
Ahri shifted a couple of times before a smile had stretched across her face. There were people nearby. Her eyes narrowed though as she thought about how they would accept her. She didn't mind killing them if they came between her and Axel.
Or if they called her a monster.
Ahri didn't care either way as she walked through the snow covered forest, her tails shifting ever so slightly.
After what seemed like moments Ahri came across a sizable log cabin. The outside was pretty dull but Ahri was interested in what was inside.
The fox woman daintily made her way to the door, using one of her tails to knock. Quickly and effortless with the use of her magic she dismissed her red armor trinkets and talon-like finger gauntlets so she would appear less intimidating somewhat.
Ahri's brow raised as no one answered the door. Curiously and somewhat irritable her tail knocked again, this time much louder.
"Give me a second," she heard a whisper of a woman say. There was no doubt in Ahri's mind that the woman was old.
'Maybe when she sees me she'll have a heart attack,' Ahri thought with dark humor. She really didn't feel like igniting the woman because she didn't really want her and Axel's new temporary home to smell like burnt flesh.
Ahri straightened up for whatever reason as the door finally opened, revealing a very strange looking elderly and short woman.
Her silver hair was rolled up with little things sticking out here and there, her face covered in a white substance or some sort.
The fox woman couldn't help but giggle at the woman as she inspected her, her grey dull eyes looking this way and that.
"You're an interesting one aren't you?" The old woman finally commented as she leaned back, a curious and awkward look on her face.
"I guess I am? Could I and my mate stay here for a little bit? Maybe a day or two?" Ahri asked politely. She really didn't want to hurt this funny old lady, but it was starting to get somewhat cold and Axels shivering didn't help her mood.
The old lady looked from Ahri to Axel before stepping aside.
"I'm not going to ask why but I'm honestly too old to care," she lazily as Ahri walked in.
Ahri took in a deep breath, sighing happily as a foreign but pleasant scent filled her nose as well as warm air wrapping around her. The house really did look nice, warm light and various objects gave her a warm feeling that came close to Axel's room.
"Oh my! Your house is really nice," Ahri commented as she twirled around, trying to take in everything.
"Thank you young lady. My names Martha by the way.
"Mines Ahri," Ahri said bubbly before gesturing towards Axel and introducing him as well. "He's kind of unconious," Ahri sighed.
"So I can see." She laughed before gesturing to the stairs behind her. "If you'll follow me I know a place he can rest."
Ahri followed the old woman up a set of stairs, taking note of all the pictures that hung on the wall. They were mostly pictures of a man and a seemingly younger version of the older woman before her. One picture caught Ahri eye, a picture of a both of them but with the woman holding a baby.
"Is that your mate?" Ahri asked curiously.
"Was my husband? He passed away some time ago," the woman replied sadly.
Ahri hummed quietly in response, holding Axel a little tighter in her grasp. She honestly didn't know what she'd do if Axel died, she loved him so much. He had never met her per say but she knew he would accept her just as he accepted her other side. There was absolutely no doubt in her mind.
"Well here we go," Martha commented, pulling hair out of her thoughts as she opened the door to the room.
The room was plain and neatly kept, seemingly unused for some time.
"This was my son's room but he moved out some time ago. Please, make yourselves at home."
"Thank you," Ahri politely replied before making her way to the bed. After a little bit of trial and error she finally got axel underneath the covers, smiling to herself as his breathing slowed comfortably. She bent next to the bed, stroking his cheek lovingly.
"Ahem," the woman coughed, trying in vain to get the attention of Ahri but to no avail. The woman was still cuddling her unconscious mate.
"If you're hungry I think I should have enough for you and you're ahem…mate downstairs," Martha offered before closing the door and leaving the two alone.
Ahri seemingly didn't care or even notice as she continued stroking Axel's cheek. She wanted the first thing that Axel saw when he woke up was her, and she simply couldn't wait to see that cute face he makes whenever he's nervous.
'Grrrrr'
Ahri blushed immensely as the realization that she was hungry settled upon her. She hadn't realized up till now how hungry she was, but she really shouldn't have been surprised considering how much energy she had used.
"nrrg"
Ahri's body tensed up in excitement as she watched Axel start to stir, her tails twirling this way and that along with her fox ears reaching towards the sky.
'Finally' Ahri thought excitedly as she practically clutched the end of the bed sheets next to him as he finally started to open his eyes.
Axel awoken, his eyes coming across the seemingly new Ahri.
"Ah-Ahri?" he asked curiously. "What happened?"
"A lot of things happened Axel," Ahri said softly before rubbing his cheek. "But everything is fine now."
"What happened to you Ahri?"
Axels almost lost whatever sense of calm he when the new Ahri saddled him on the bed, her palms resting on his chest and a generous smile on her face.
"Well it's hard to explain..." Ahri tapped her chin in thought as she tried to figure out the best possible way to explain it. "There's two of us I suppose~" she giggled.
"And I'm guessing you like me too?" Axel nervously asked, knowing full well by this point her answer.
"Love you silly," Ahri giggled girlishly before flicking his nose. "We love you very much."
"Well I love you both too," Axel said hella nervously, glancing away with a mad blush adoring his face.
"Oh my~! Axel darling I think I might just," Ahri didn't even finish her sentence, biting her lip with a lustful grin on her face.
"Wa-wa-wait Ahri!" Axel blurted, placing his hand on her shoulders. "Seriously though what happened while I was unconscious?"
Ahri sighed before tapping her lip again. She felt if she told the truth Axel would be mad at her somewhat but honestly she no other choice, they called her a monster after all!
'grrrrr'
"Oh my! How embarrassing~" Ahri blushed before patting his chest and leaping up off of him. "How bout we go get some food," she said while outstretching her hand.
"sur-hey!" Axel blurted as Ahri pulled him up and started to carry him bridal style.
"What the hell Ahri?"
Ahri looked puzzled somewhat. "You weren't complaining when I was carrying you for the past four hours."
"I was unconscious!" Axel replied before he a looked of shock appeared on his face. "You carried me for four hours?
"Of course silly~" Ahri giggled sweetly.
"Well aside from how frightening and sweet that is I can walk perfectly fine on my own," Axel commented fiercely.
"I know you can but I just love holding you darling," Ahri chimed cutely.
"Ahri," Axel said sternly.
"pleaseeeeeeee?"
"No Ahri."
"pwetty pleaseeeeee?" Ahri asked cutely.
"No Ahri."
"Pwettttyyy pleaseeeee with kisses on top~"
Axel hesitated for only a brief moment but that was all Ahri needed as she started to attack Axel's face with quick kisses. The fox woman could barely contain her giggles as her mate tried in vain to avoid her kisses. The last one she placed was a quick on his lips.
"Do you really want me to put you down Axel?" Ahri asked with a knowing smirk.
"This is the last time Ahri," he mumbled before looking away, his face red scarlet from embarrassment.
Ahri hummed in victory as she carried axel downstairs, following the smell of something simply amazing. Ahri could only smile in delight as she walked into the old ladies kitchen, a big pot of lined on the stove as the contents within were being stirred by the old woman.
Martha turned away from the pot, a small smile gracing her face as she looked upon the blushing man and delightful looking woman.
"You seem to have woken up young man. Does she usually carry you around everywhere?"
"This is a onetime thing," Axel replied quickly, earning a giggle from Ahri.
The older woman could only laugh in response before she went back to stirring for a little bit.
(A little while later)
After Ahri and Axel had come down they ate the dinner provided by Martha along with the woman herself, Ahri had told them what happened- more or less. She had purposely left out the bits of killing and simply informed them that she had escaped with Axel using her powers. When Axel had asked about her powers she had didn't know why or how she got her powers, it was he honest truth. She didn't know how or why she got her powers, but she was deathly effective with them nonetheless. She tried explaining more in-depth about the two sides of her but it was quite difficult- luckily Axel didn't press her. More or less the conversations afterwards was more casual, a few laughs here and along with some obvious flirting. Now they were done all eating and Axel had volunteered to wash the dishes and of course Ahri volunteered with him.
"Ahri you really don't have too," Axel commented nervously as Ahri as shoulder constantly brushed against him.
"Oh I know but I want to!" Ahri chimed cutely as she washed dishes along with Axel, humming to herself happily.
Axel could only smile before he also went back to washing dishes.
After a couple of moments Axel felt something poke him on the shoulder. He turned around and only laid eyes upon one of Ahri's dark purple tails.
"Really fun-"
He was silenced with a kiss on the lips from none other than Ahri. Surprised was written all over his face as Ahri attacked practically attacked his lips, her damp hands placed on either sides of his face. Her tongue practically demanded entrance, slipping into his mouth and dominating his. Ahri's dominance was so fierce that Axel was practically bending backwards a little. Ahri giggled inwardly as she kissed him.
He hadn't seen nothing yet.
Ahri finally released his lips as she jumped up wrapping her arms around his neck as well as her legs around his back.
Axel instinctively wrapped his hands around her waist, mentally berating himself as doing so caused a smile to appear on Ahri's face. This was happening way to fast, this was certainly not the Ahri he was used to.
"Wait a minute-"Axel tried to speak but was interrupted by Ahri placing her lips on his once again.
"Come on Axel~, I know you want to as much as I do," Ahri panted hotly, her eyes dancing with fire.
Axel was about to speak when the sudden sound of something crashing to the floor. He turned to his left and inwardly cringed at the sight of a broken dish on the floor.
"Ahri you have to get off of me right now."
"Why?"
""so I can clean that up!"
"Are we gonna continue this after you clean it up?" she asked lustfully.
"Hell ye- I mean no!"
"Then I'm not getting off," Ahri replied with finality before strengthening her hold on Axel.
"Ahri please."
"No, "Ahri plied before she buried her face in the crook of his neck. There was no way she was going to be denied as well, she would make him hers and vice-versa.
"Ahri are we really having this argument right now?"
"We wouldn't be if you just let me pleasure you," Ahri voiced irritably.
"There will be no pleasuring in my house you too."
"Thank yo-," Axel looked towards the door, his eyes widening in sheer embarrassment at the whole situation. "This isn't what it looks like."
"This is exactly what it looks like axel," the old woman commented dryly.
"Ahri get down now," Axel said sternly.
"No," Ahri replied childishly.
Axel eyebrow twitched in disbelief. He couldn't believe this Ahri!
"I worked so hard to protect you and I love you so much- Ow!"
Ahri was interrupted as the old lady bopped on her on the head, causing her to finally cause her to fall butt first on the floor.
"That's enough out of you young lady."
Ahri head was downcast for a couple of moments before she turned her head toward the old woman.
Martha's breathing hitched as she saw Ahri's face. Her eyes looked at her with an edge that she only compare to that of a wild beast. A sadistic smile stretched across her face, showing her fangs to the woman quite clearly.
"Axel," Ahri whined, completely whipping away from Martha as she grasped onto his leg, crying fake tears all the while.
"That's what you get Ahri, you don't do that in other peoples home," Axel nagged though it was in vain as Ahri just continued with the fake waterworks. He just sighed before addressing Martha. "I'll have this cleaned up in no time please excuse us…are you ok?" Axel asked as he finally noticed her worrying look.
"Oh. Yes I'm fine, I was just seeing things I suppose," she replied, sound as if she was trying to convince herself more than anything. "Well I'm off to bed, goodnight you two." With that she left, trying to clear her head from what she had just saw. That had to be her imagination.
Right?
(Meanwhile with Axel and Ahri)
"Ahri can you let go of my leg so I can clean this up?" he asked nicely, his eyes widening in surprise when she obeyed silently. He sighed tiredly before dipping low and getting eye-level with Ahri. "What's the matter Ahri?"
"Nothing," Ahri pouted before looking away.
Axel couldn't help but laugh, he had to admit she looked really cute when she was mad.
"Ahri are you really getting mad because I wouldn't have sex with you?" he asked with a slight blush.
"You promised you would," she whispered.
"I know and I will as soon as we leave this place," he said before taking a seat next to her on the floor, making sure to avoid the shattered plate pieces. "You have to understand Ahri that were in someone else's home. As much I as I want to Ahri we can't at this moment. Does the sex mean that much to you?"
"It's the only way I can make you officially mine!" Ahri blurted before looking away. "I just don't want anyone else to take you from me.
"Ahri…can you look at me?"
Ahri complied and was genuinely surprised when she felt Axel place his lips upon hers. She giggled in the delight as she wrapped her arms around his neck but was slightly disappointed when he pulled away.
"No one else is going take me away from you Ahri I promise," he whispered softly.
"Promise?"
"Promise."
"Kiss on it?" Ahri asked slyly.
Axel could only shake his head before going in for another kiss. After Ahri was finally satisfied with their little session Axel finally cleaned up the mess they had made.
"Let's head on to bed-Ow!" Axel blurted as she felt Ahri sink her fangs into his neck from behind.
"Your mine now~!" Ahri teased as she piggy-backed Axel, a big grin across her face.
"Why the hell did you just bite me?" Axel couldn't lie, when she had bit him he had gotten immensely turned on after the initial panic.
"I marked you," Ahri answered happily." I thought about it for a little bit and I just came up with marking you right on your neck!" she finished a little too happily.
"Oh lords Ahri…" Axel sighed
"And it's never gonna heal completely, that's the best part!"
Axel could only shake his head his head in defeat as Ahri hummed happily.
"So are you satisfied yet?"
"Mhmm~," Ahri purred.
"Good," Axle replied.
Soon enough, Axel began walking up the stairs, finally noticing something slapping him in his chest.
"Ahri where'd you get the red bag from?" Axel asked, finally noticing a small red bag in Ahri's hand.
"These? I got them from Martha's food pantry," she answered nonchalantly.
"Did you ask for those?"
"pffff, of course."
"Put them back."
"There was like a hundred or so in there. Pwetty please Axel? I really wanted to try this chocolate stuff," Ahri pleaded.
"Fine, "Axel sighed, earning a loud smooch on the check from the fox woman.
"Thank you darling~" Ahri giggled sweetly.
Finally Axel had made back to their room, opening the door with the help from Ahri.
"Ok wel-
The man was interrupted as Ahri spun them around before both of them land bizarrely In the bed, the both of them making a't' shape with Axel on the bottom. Ahri was the first to move, laying right next to Axel though she was looking up at the ceiling.
"Hey Axel."
"mhmm Ahri?"
It was few moments before she finally answered her question.
"Do you miss the other Ahri?"
"Of course I do," he replied without hesitation.
"I see," Ahri whispered a little sadly as she clutched the small red bag somewhat.
"I miss you too if u guys switched out again. I Love both you," he replied quickly, trying to appease this Ahri.
"She should be soon, I can't explain it but I can feel myself getting tired," she whispered softly.
"I'll see you again right?" Axel asked in an equally low voice.
"Of course darling~!" Ahri giggled before sighing happily. "Despite everything I really enjoyed being able to meet you for the first time today."
"Me too Ahri," Axel whispered as he finally turned towards Ahri. A small smile formed on his lips as she looked to be sleeping.
Of course that wasn't the case.
Oh my! Darling you simply have to try these!" Ahri exclaimed, using her tails push Axel closer to her.
Axel didn't argue with other, simply opening his mouth and letting his girlfriend feed him. He instantly recognized the object of Ahri's delight. They were a rarity that he heard you could only find in Piltover and Ionia.
'Huntwaz', a delicious mix of chocolate and mini pretzels that were probably the most sought after delight in Runeterra. Only reason he knew about them was because he had been graced by his boss giving him a bag from a humongous shipment of the damn things he had got for himself.
Axel couldn't help but laugh as Ahri ate a couple more before purring in delight.
"Theses' are so yummy!"
After a minute or two of Ahri finally finishing up her new favorite snack she sighed in content before snuggling up to Axel, wrapping her tails around them.
"Goodnight Axel."
"Goodnight Ahri."
"Love you."
"Love you more."
"No you don't."
"Yes I do."
"There's two of us remember?"
"True."
"Goodnight Axel~"
