Izzy stuck her head through Willow's apartment door.

"Is Leo here?" she asked as Riley and Felicia both looked at said turtle sitting at the kitchen table and then back to Izzy.

"Yes he is...?" Leo said confused as Izzy rolled her eyes.

"Well shoo!" She said putting her hand through the door and waving it towards him.

"I have Willow's dress!" April pushed past Izzy pointing her finger at Leo.

"Leonardo, you need to get up and go into Willow's bedroom until I tell you it is ok to come out. Do you understand me?" Leo looked at her almost scared by her "big sister" voice as Mikey calls it and got slowly from the kitchen table.

"My dress?" Willow said skipping over to the doorway "Get out!" she said looking back at Leo who moved slowly into the hallway.

"I'm going, I'm going... Sheesh."

"Gimme gimme gimme!" Willow clapped opening the door wider and letting Izzy into the apartment.

Izzy looked beyond her excited friend at Donnie as he came out of the hallway in a dark brown button up shirt, dark jeans and nice navy blue blazer. April had brought the blazer for him a couple weeks ago. She had bought all the guys some more nicer clothing with their money she kept for them from their many rewards they received over the years.

"Oh, Don that fits you perfectly! I knew it!" April gushed going over to the young, nicely dressed man and smoothing out the jacket in the back for him. Donatello's face heated up.

"Thanks April."

"You look nice." Izzy said as he smiled at her nervously.

"Thanks."

"He should, he's going out on his first date with Betty tonight." Riley smiled as she and Willow looked over the dress in Izzy still outstretched arms. Felicia was busy in the kitchen getting all the girl's wine glasses ready. Izzy furrowed her brow to Riley's statement, looking back towards the nerdy brother.

"As in, my little sister Betty?" She asked. Donnie nodded slowly and Riley grimaced looking from Izzy to Donnie. Felicia's head shot up to the stare off in the entryway of Willow's apartment and quickly moved to Izzy's side.

"Lemme just take that..." Felicia said calmly as she took Willow's dress from Izzy's arms. Riley and Willow both followed slowly, stepping back from Izzy as she glared down Donatello.

"Does she know about you?" Izzy asked Don, her hands on her hips.

"I'm not exactly ready to tell her that yet." Donnie said firmly as Izzy scoffed.

"Why the hell not?"

"Well, firstly because she's new to our life and my brothers and I don't exactly open up quickly."

"She's my sister." Izzy shrugged.

"I know that..." Donnie said slowly, looking up at Felicia and Willow for help. Willow went to step in and Izzy held up her hand to her.

"What's goin' on?" Raphael asked, leaping over the back of the couch easily and putting the hockey game he and Casey had been watching on mute. Casey sighed and got up as well, going over to April's side and tucking her comfortably under his arm.

"Well, Izzy is concerned that Donnie should tell her sister about you being what you really are and Donnie doesn't agree with her because Betty is new to your guys' lives and yadda yadda." Riley said, filling Raph in. He looked at her confused for a moment before stepping up besides his brother.

"What's the difference if its me or my sister?" Izzy asked, crossing her arms. "You trust me."

"Should we?" Raphael stepping in, crossing his own larger arms over his plastron. Felicia looked at her boyfriend and then best friend. She really hated confrontation. She knew Izzy wasn't exactly Raphael's favorite person from how she treated Donnie as a human and completely ignored him as a turtle.

"Of course you should!" Izzy exclaimed, glaring and Raphael. Willow sighed and shook her head looking over at Leonardo who slowly came into the kitchen from the hallway.

"Is everything alright in here?" He asked, his large hand covering his eyes as Riley giggled. She took Willow's dress and moved it to the coat closet beside the apartment door, hanging it safely in there for now.

"You're safe to look now Leo." Riley said, as Leo looked around the room full of uncomfortable, angry faces.

"What's going on?" He asked, stepping up beside Raphael and Donatello.

"Apparently, you're brother is going out on a date with my little sister and doesn't seem it necessary to tell her about your... Situation." Izzy said as Willow and Felicia both rolled their eyes.

"He's not ready to tell her yet, what's the big deal?" Willow asked as Izzy scoffed, turning to her friend.

"The big deal is that I don't want my sister caught up with these guys! She'll get herself killed, or captured, or... Whatever the hell happened to you years ago!" Izzy said throwing her arms out as Riley joined the girls in rolling her eyes.

"Hey, pizza's... Here...?" Mikey started to say happily before his voice faded out noticing the glares he got as he entered Willow's apartment. Hayden on his heels, making a sour face as he too noticed the glares. "Who died?" Mikey asked.

"I don't understand why this is concerning anyone but myself and Betty." Donnie finally said as Izzy whipped her head back towards Donnie, who was grabbing his spare key and wallet that Willow had got for him off of her kitchen island. "I'm going to be late." He sighed as Izzy stepped in his way to leave.

"You're not leaving until you promise me that you will tell my sister the truth about you."

"I'm not going to do that Izzy, please move out of my way."

"No. Make me." She said, crossing her arms as Donnie sighed. He was tempted to move her by just picking up the tall, thin woman easily and rushing out the door but, he knew she'd just be back here waiting for him, more pissed off than before. He was about to just give up and go to the rooftop when Felicia stepped in between the two of them, placing her arms over her chest.

"Get out of his way! You're not going to ruin his first date because of some bullshit excuse! You just don't want your sister with him because he's a turtle. You can say it, we all know that's why. It's why you couldn't picture a relationship with Donnie to begin with. But, I have news for you Isabella! Your sister couldn't ask for a better man in her life! Donatello is an amazing person because his brother's helped him become one. You're moving out of his way and he is going to tell Betty in his own way in his own time. You are not going to force this if he doesn't want it!"

Izzy's eyes widened at her meek friends outburst. Felicia's face was flushed, her breath was labored and she felt her hands start to shake at the adrenaline coursing through them. She was ready to fight her friend of nearly twenty years if she needed to. Donnie didn't deserve this. Her boyfriend standing there listening to her bad mouth his family didn't deserve it and Willow getting ready to have an amazing night, trying on her wedding dress for the first time didn't deserve it either. She was livid.

"Woo!" Riley exclaimed, clapping her hands. "Way to go Fee!" She laughed as Felicia broke out of her glare towards the tall red head and looked over at Riley. Izzy's face was red too, from embarrassment, from anger she really couldn't decipher which.

"Well..." Izzy said, clearing her throat and trying to straighten her back. "Fine. Go on your date." She said, waving her hand at Donatello who also had a red face. His was definitely from embarrassment. "But, don't keep her out too late." She said, pointing her finger in his face as he nodded his head slowly.

"Have a good night Don." Willow said with a smile and small wave as Donnie moved as quickly as he could out of the apartment. "What the hell is wrong with you?" Willow asked, glaring towards Izzy.

"I said what I thought I needed to. That's my sister."

"And that's my brother." Willow said. "You know he'll treat her right and it's none of your business how or when he tells her. He'll do it. It's Donnie! He can't lie to anyone."

"Ok, ok, ok..." Hayden said, putting his hands up towards Izzy, Felicia and Willow and stepping between them and placing his hands on Felicia's still tight shoulders. "Can we just move on from this now? The scared, poor little boy is gone and we have pizza and boos. Why does there need to be arguing?"

"Here, here!" Riley said, grabbing the pizza boxes from Mikey as the three of them moved into the kitchen. They opened bottles of beer, handing them out to Raph and Casey.

"Apologize!" Hayden mumbled out between bites of pizza and swigs of beer as Izzy, Felicia and Willow all looked at each other.

"I'm sorry." Izzy said, rolling her eyes as Felicia just glared at her.

"Whatever." Felicia said, moving into the kitchen and grabbing her glass of wine she left on the counter and storming down the hallway. Willow's door at the end slammed and Raph jumped a little to the sound.

"She's mad huh?" He asked, looking towards Willow who nodded her head. She went to go to the hallway when Izzy placed a hand on her shoulder.

"No, I should go." She sighed. Izzy knocked softly on Willow's door hearing the sound of Felicia, slamming dresser drawers shut.

"Go away Will. I'm just cleaning up in here."

"It's Izzy."

"Oh..." She waited a moment before Willow's door opened up to the glaring eyes of Felicia. Her usually pigtailed hair was down as soft curls played around her still flushed round cheeks. Izzy took a moment to realize her friend had changed her look. She had been so preoccupied with her life, and Willow's wedding and the anger towards Donnie that she didn't even noticed.

"You changed your hair..." Izzy said, cocking her head to the side as Felicia rolled her eyes behind her still thick framed glasses.

"It grew out." She shrugged.

"You're not wearing pigtails?"

"It was time for me to grow up." She said, eyeing Izzy knowingly as Izzy smirked a little and nodded.

"Can I come in?"

"Depends. Are you going to bad mouth my boyfriend's family some more and explain to all of us how we're going to get killed and maimed for being with them?"

"No. I wanted to apologize. For real this time." Izzy smiled as Felicia opened the door for her. They both made their way to the end of Willow's bed, taking a seat. "I'm sorry. I am just..." She sighed and shook her head. "I'm not around anymore really, and ever since you all started dating them I just felt out of the loop I guess..." She shrugged.

"Them as in the turtles?" Felicia asked, glaring back as Izzy sighed again.

"I just don't understand it. It's not..." Izzy paused for a moment trying to find the right words. She didn't want to offend her friend further but, she finally wanted to get this off her chest. It had been gnawing in her mind ever since she found out that the 'great Leo' Willow always talked about was in fact a turtle. Living, breathing, standing up right... Turtle. She knew Willow was happy, she's marrying him for God's sake but, then Riley and Felicia joined Willow in starting to date them and have these feelings for them and Izzy started to feel so wrong. As though she was the one that wasn't normal.

She would never tell her friends how she felt about it, she couldn't without offending them and as long as they were happy what did it matter? She just never thought she could get involved with one of them herself. They weren't human after all...They were turtles. She was a veterinarian. She knew the workings of turtles and scientifically it just didn't make sense in her mind.

"It's not what?" Felicia asked, cocking her head to one side. She knew Izzy was not one to hide how she felt. She was waiting for the argument to turn bigger. Felicia was preparing herself to fight tooth and nail to make Izzy understand why Betty was good for Donnie and why Willow loved Leo and why she... Well... She was still trying to figure out how she felt exactly for Raphael... That was another discussion for another time...

"It doesn't seem right to me I guess." Izzy said, looking down at her hands almost ashamed. "I mean... They're...Turtles. You don't see anything wrong with that?"

"Well... No." Felicia said plainly. "Their personalities are what makes them most attractive. They're fierce loyalty towards one another, towards us, even you. It's breath taking sometimes. They're beautiful souls and they deserve happiness. They didn't ask for this." Felicia shrugged.

"And now my sister is..."

"She's going on a date with Donnie."

"Yeah. I just hope she doesn't hurt him like I almost did. If she ever does find out... I have no idea how's she is going to react." Izzy said, letting out a breath as she pushed her hair back from her face. "She's a lot to take in and I'm glad she has Don, he'll at least keep her academics on track... I just didn't want to lead him on and I didn't want to just think of him differently because he was human. I know I probably hurt him a little... I am just glad it didn't go too far."

"He knew better. He's smarter with his emotions than he leads on." Felicia shrugged.

"I'm glad. I was confused when I saw him as a human. I mean they're all very handsome."

"They're all handsome anyways." Felicia corrected as Izzy shrugged.

"Again, I just... Don't get it. But, I'm not going to condemn my friends who do. You are obviously all better woman than I. I just... Couldn't."

"You shouldn't condemn them either. They all have feelings and they're all amazing." Felicia said with a little bit of a smile thinking of her one favorite turtle.

"They are." Izzy agreed. "I mean, knowing them for this long I really couldn't picture Willow with anyone else. They just... Work, somehow? Kinda like me and Zachary." She said with a smile as Felicia chuckled.

"How are you and Zach?" Felicia asked.

"Me and Zachary are fine." Izzy smiled as Felicia rolled her eyes.

"Really? He doesn't mind being called Zach, I know that." Felicia said, taking a sip of her wine.

"I know, I just don't like calling him that. His name is Zachary. I like it. Do you get mad at people when they call Raph Raphael." She said rolling her eyes as Felicia narrowed hers.

"No. That's his name." She shrugged. "Why would I get offended at someone calling my boyfriend by his name."

"How is that...Anyways?" Izzy asked slowly, almost scared to look over at Felicia. "I mean the sex, how does that work? Willow never explained it to me."

"I wouldn't know, we haven't exactly gotten there yet." Felicia sighed as Izzy snorted.

"Typical."

"What's typical." Felicia asked taking another sip of her wine.

"Don't get mad, it's just... It takes you awhile to get intimate with people. Does he think you're still a virgin? Maybe he doesn't wanna hurt you?" Felicia was trying to decipher whether Izzy was being sincere finally or still coating everything she was telling her in sarcasm.

"We've talked about it, he understands." Felicia said almost down trotted, looking into her glass nearly empty with dark red liquid.

"Well... That's good I suppose. Have you like... Kissed yet?"

"Yes, I'm not a Quaker." Felicia said in offense, shaking her head. Izzy laughed, out loud and it had been awhile since Felicia heard that sound. She'd been far too uptight lately with all of them, not just her. She needed this.

"That was a good one. Raph has been rubbing off on you. That's good. You needed a little bit of edge." Izzy chuckled, getting from the bed and holding out her hand for Felicia to take it.

"He has been..." Felicia smiled.

Donnie ran two blocks, fixing his jacket and hair as he reached the stoop of Betty's dormitory building. He sighed to himself, looking up at the well lit building before he started up the brick steps. What Izzy basically yelled at him for was still ringing in his ears. She's not good enough for you. She's never going to want you when she finds out what you really are. You're wasting your time Freak. His stomach dropped to his own voice throwing his own insecurities back at him.

He knew why Izzy was so upset and it wasn't just the fact that his brother's have a questionable past, it's because of what he is. Keeping Betty safe is easy. Keeping Betty from freaking out when she finds out about him is a whole other thing. He looked down at his hands, empty and back towards the building.

"Damnit!" He said, pulling out his shell cell and dialing a number quickly.

"Leonardo."

"Leo, it's Don. Uh... Should I have gotten her flowers?"

"What?"

"Flowers! Things that grow out of the ground, indigenous to all areas of the world. Pretty colors!" He was in a panic. He didn't even know if he should be. Should he have even been worrying about this? He wanted to make a good impression and not have this seem like a 'friendship' thing. Mikey had explained to him the 'friend zone' and he did not want to be anywhere near that with Betty. He wanted in. Well not...in... He shook his head to Leo's voice chuckling on the other end.

"What's going on?" Willow asked as she looked over at Leo, laughing into his phone.

"It's Don. He's nervous."

"About what? Give me the phone!" She said, snatching the phone from Leo. "Don? It's Willow. What's going on?"

"Flowers! Should I have gotten her some? I don't want her to think that I'm just a friend. I want her to think I am making the effort to be more. I don't even know if it's still technically cool to bring flowers on a first date? Is it? I mean I watch a lot of Jimmy Stewart movies and he always brought the girl flowers..." He sighed, knowing just how much of an idiot he sounded like.

"Awe, Don..." Willow said, making a pout face. "You're so cute!"

"Can you just please tell me what to do?"

"What's going on?" Felicia asked, leaning against the back of Willow's couch that her and Leo sat on.

"Donnie is having a problem."

"Gimme the phone." Felicia said rolling her eyes.

"I can do it! He's like my little brother." Willow defended as Felicia just gave her a look.

"Because the first one came out so good?" She said looking over at Hayden as Willow sighed nodding her head.

"You're right." She chuckled as Hayden glared at her.

"What the hell! I'm right here!"

"Don?" Felicia asked as he sighed back a 'yes'.

"What's the problem?" "Should I get Betty flowers?"

"No." Felicia said plainly. "She hates flowers." Riley nodded sitting on Mikey's lap on one of Willow's flea market reupholstered chairs.

"She doesn't like them. They remind her of funerals." Riley called out as Felicia nodded.

"She won't like you any less if you show up with nothing. Betty is a very low key kinda girl. She's not impressed with gallant offerings. She'll be put off by it. She just wants you for you. She talks about you a lot Donnie and it's not about your looks. It's just about you." Felicia was cut off by Izzy taking the phone.

"Don, it's Izzy." He didn't say anything back and he barely could move. All blood drained from his face. He couldn't handle another ambush, not feeling the way he was being one the verge of a nervous breakdown. "Don't worry, I'm going to help. I know my sister, believe it or not better than these three and it's true she doesn't like flowers and she will like you for just you. Please do not let my behavior this evening ruin your night with my sister. I was out of line and it's none of my business what you do with your relationship. I am sorry..." She paused for a minuet as Donnie furrowed his brow. He could hear the sincerity in her voice. It was surprising.

"Th-Thank you Izzy." He said softly as she smiled.

"You're welcome. Please have fun tonight and don't worry about anything. Elizabeth is nothing like me." She chuckled. "Thankfully right?" She laughed again. "Bye Don." She hung up the phone, tossing it back to Leo who caught it easily.

"That was nice of you." Felicia said eyeing her red headed friend carefully. "Well... He deserves it. Someone told me that." She shrugged.

Donnie climbed up to the large glass door, looking into the large foyer of the building with a small girl standing behind a wooden desk. Betty was talking to her, leaning against the desk. Her converse covered foot bounced up and down, the tip of it hitting the marble covered flooring. Her legs were covered in a dark red lace looking stocking that his eyes crawled up before they met the dark fabric of a short skirt with buckles along the side. Her back was covered in a sweater that was tied up the back with a dark red satin ribbon, mocking a corset. Her dark ebony hair was free but pulled over one shoulder off her slender neck, with soft curls at the end.

The blonde haired girl at the desk made eye contact with Donnie and he saw her lips move as she nodded her head up towards him. Betty's head turned, her cheek against her palm and a smile going across her face. Her head nodded and her lips moved as well. He smiled back meekly, giving her a small wave. She bounced away from the desk and opened the door for Donnie.

"Hey." He said, grabbing the door for her and holding it open.

"Hi." She smiled, looking back towards the girl.

"Don't be too late Betty!" The girl called out with a chuckle as Betty rolled her eyes.

"Let's go before she keeps me locked in there." She said, grabbing Don's hand and walking down the steps. He kept her hand in his and they both looked down at them before she met his eyes. He was taller than she remember and her eyes had to crawl a ways before they met his brown, honey eyes. She smiled, remembering how sweet they were. "So, what's for dinner?" She asked, swinging their hands between them as he chuckled.

"Uh, well... There's this little Italian place a couple blocks down that has..."

"The best pizza ever?" She asked, excitement covering her tone. "I love that place! You totally read my mind! I've been cramming for this stupid test this week and I need some junk food to consume my head." She laughed as Donnie joined in.

"Well, let's go!"

"If there is anything wrong with it we can always take it back and get it altered some more. Thankfully you had the smarts to not do this last minuet as you tend to do with so many other things so we have enough time."

Willow stopped what she was doing in the bathroom and looked over her shoulder at the door. Riley shook her head, helping Willow tie up the back of the dress as April adjusted the front, keeping everything in place.

"Was that a compliment?" Willow chuckled as Izzy rolled her eyes. "I think Zach is making you soft." She called out over the shoulder through the bathroom door.

"Come on already!" Mikey yelled. "It can't take that long to put on a dress!"

"It's a lot of compartments Mikey." April yelled through the door as he groaned, falling back over the arm of the couch. Felicia chuckled tugging on his bandana that fell over her lap.

"It's a wedding dress Mikey. It'll take a minuet." She said, sipping her wine.

"Take it easy numb nuts." Raph grumbled over at him, placing his arm around the back of the couch and tugging Felicia closer into his side. Izzy looked down the hallway to Willow's room where the door was closed and Leo was safely behind it. He said he wanted to take a shower anyways so he used Willow's bathroom that was attached to her master bedroom.

He needed to preoccupy his mind some how from being tempted to go out and see what the dress looked like. Part of his hated the surprise but another part was excited to see her for the first time walk down an isle ready to take his name as his wife.

"Oh my goodness!" April squealed from behind the door. Izzy looked towards it quickly, nearly bouncing up and down on her feet. "It looks amazing!"

"C'mon! I want to see it!" Izzy yelled as Willow chuckled. She came out of the bathroom, smoothing out her hair a little.

"My hair will be different..." She said a little embarrassed as she looked at all the faces turning towards her. Casey and Hayden nodded approvingly as Mikey jumped up from the couch, his mouth dropped open. Raphael slowly got to his feet and smirked with a nod of his own.

"You look good." He said with a shrug as Willow rolled her eyes.

"Gee, thanks Raph." She said, shoving him as he past her to go into the kitchen. Felicia got up from the couch giving Willow a once over before tears started to fill her eyes. She covered her mouth as Willow's bottom lip started to tremble. "Don't you start!" She said, swatting at her friend as Felicia wiped away a tear.

"I can't help it!" She defended as Willow sniffed and wiped a tear of her own. She heard Riley to her left start to sniff, along with Izzy and April as tears welled in all their eyes. "See! It's not just me!" Felicia said. Mikey walked over with a box of tissues, handing them to the girls. Hayden got from his seat and walked over to Willow, his own tears starting in his eyes.

"You look beautiful sis." He said, his voice cracking slightly as Willow couldn't take anymore. She wrapped her arms around Hayden's tall shoulders and hugged him tightly to her body.

"Thank you brother." She sniffed as Felicia started crying fully now too. "Oh Jesus, you all suck." Riley said, wiping her face as she turned away from Mikey trying to hide her tears.

"I can't believe you know about quantum mechanics!" Betty said, shaking her head as she sipped her soda. "I mean I was only talking about it because of the last episode of Big Bang Theory." She chuckled.

"I love that show." He nodded taking a bite of his large slice of pizza.

She was so happy that he didn't try and take her to this nice, yuppie restaurant down town in the City that she would of had to change to get into. Instead he took her to a completely run down Italian joint that she loved. Filled with loud New York accents and a crazy old heavy set woman in the back cussing at her son's in Italian. And the best part was that he did it without him even asking. She was beginning to think he was too good to be true.

He was absolutely beautiful. There was no doubt about that with his dirty blonde in the right light hair that fell into his eyes when he leaned down. His tall, lanky frame that she could tell was cut and toned under his nice, preppy clothes. But, it was his personality and his spirit that was drawing him to her. It was just so pure and beautiful. She couldn't believe that he was so honest and open with her. It was like they've known each other for years but she'd only talked with him a handful of times.

"But, once you get the basics down it kind of all falls into place." He shrugged.

"I can barely figure out fractions." She chuckled as he smirked.

"I can help you with that." He suggested, trying to sound as nonchalant as he could.

"So you're gonna be like, my tutor? And what are you going to get out of this deal?"

"Hopefully more dates." He smiled, sipping his soda.

"I'd like that." She nodded. She looked down at her empty plate and then the empty metal pan that once held their pizza. She really didn't want this date to be over. It seemed like it just began. She looked up at him checking his watch and frowned. "Have somewhere to be?" She ask, looking out the window as she sipped her soda trying not to sound as though she cared but, in her head she screaming why.

"Oh, no." He said, pulling down his sleeve to cover it. "I uh, checked the movie times before I left and there's a showing of Stargate at the old cinema down the block at ten. Did you um, wanna go see it?"

"Stargate?" She asked, her smile gracing her face again.

"It's an early nineties movie about time travel and space. It's a good one, but we can always see something else if..."

"No! That sounds good." She said, hopping from her seat. He smiled at her, holding his hand out for her to take it. "You really are a nerd huh?" She asked as he held the door open for her and they started down the block.

"Yup. Through and through." He said with a chuckle as she laced her arm through his and leaned her head against his bicep.

"Good." She nodded.

"So, if I was an alien and spoke another language you would stay with me instead of coming back to earth?" Betty asked as she and Don walked back to her dormitories.

"Of course I would." He nodded, so sure of himself as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "And she wasn't technically an alien. She just lived in another galaxy in the future." He shrugged as she looked up at him after rolling her eyes.

"What's the difference?"

"Well... Since we went to their galaxy we would be the aliens."

"Ok Mr. technical." She said in a laugh as he joined in.

"It's true!"

"Fine." She said pulling out from under his arm and walking backwards as she faced him. "But, you'd learn my dialect and put me in that tub thingy and save my life?" She asked as he chuckled shaking his head.

"Yeah, I'd put you in the tub thingy." He said as she laughed.

"I'm sure you have a technical term for that too!"

"Well, no. I didn't work on it so I couldn't really know the correct name for it without knowing the mechanics of it." He shrugged as she groaned.

"Anyways!" She said turning back around to walk straight. He put his arm back around her shoulders as they walked in comfortable silence. Don lifted his loose arm and checked the time quickly, trying to make it not too noticeable to Betty, but of course she noticed.

"Why do you keep doing that?" She asked, stopping in her tracks.

"Doing what?" He asked, playing stupid as he adjusted his sleeve. She just looked at him, crossing her arms over her chest. "I just told Izzy I would have you home at a reasonable hour." He shrugged.

"She's not my keeper. I'm a twenty one year old woman. I can stay out with a nice guy for as long as I want. Besides you guys are friends. She must trust you, somewhat?"

"Somewhat..." Donnie sighed as Betty climbed the steps to her doom building.

The blonde girl was still at the large desk, playing with her phone. She didn't even bother to look up as the doors opened and Betty and Donnie entered the large, bright room.

"ID." She said, her eyes still enamored with her phone as Betty slapped her school ID on the desk. The girl glared down at it and up and Betty before a smile went to her face. "You little jerk. I thought I was going to have to write your ass up. You don't know how many drunken idiots I had to write up tonight already. I mean, get drunk in your room like a normal kid. Why risk getting caught?"

"Not everyone has an amazing RA like you Eliza!" Betty called over her shoulder as she took Donnie's hand and lead him to the long hallway to the left of the desk.

"You're damn right and he's outta here by two Elizabeth! I mean it!" Eliza yelled after her as Donnie looked down at Betty who pulled a long lanyard out of her pocket that had little rainbow colored skulls all over it. A key, small flashlight and her school ID was attached at the end. She used the key to open a door in front of her at the end of the hall. He read her number for future reference. E9.

"This is my room." She said, pulling him in and swinging off her purse letting it land on her dark purple, leopard colored computer chair. Donnie took it all in. The smell, the look of it all screamed Betty. They were rock posters of various bands all over the room and a small black desk with a laptop covered in stickers of rock bands and sarcastic sayings all over it. Her comforter was hot pink with black skulls in a damask pattern and black and white stripped sheets. She had various throw pillows along the headboard, some zebra print and soft looking others shaped like guitars and a cheeseburger.

"Come sit." She said patting the side of the bed next to her as she laid back against her headboard, pulling the cheeseburger pillow over her stomach. "We can watch another movie if you want. Technically, Mr. Technicality I am home at a reasonable time. You just haven't left yet." She smiled up at him, as he kicked off his sneakers and laid back against her headboard.

"Yes, technically you are correct." He chuckled. He looked at the wall before them and her large plasma TV. "That's a big TV for a college student?" He chuckled as she sighed and nodded.

"Daddy wanted me to have it. He's proud I guess that I actually graduated high school and agreed to go to college. He's lucky I actually found a major I liked." She said, getting from the bed and going over to her mini fridge underneath her window. He noticed that he could see the lawn right outside. He was worried that she was on the first floor, he hated that fact actually.

"What about roommates?" He asked, looking at the large room, only occupied by her.

"Dad again." She shrugged. "He wanted me to stay focused and not get caught up in 'college life' as he calls it. He gives money to this campus every year since Iz has been going here and since that's the case I got the pick of dorm rooms. He thought I was going to turn into some kind of delinquent because apparently he hasn't noticed me for the past twenty one years." She said rolling her eyes. Donnie remember a time when Willow was telling them all about Izzy's wealth. He felt like an idiot that it took him this long to realize that Betty was apart of the wealth as well. The idea of them being together, as himself again came to a screeching halt. "But, whatever that's a story for another time. I really never cared what my parents thought of me. Izzy was always the one so concerned about that kinda thing." His mind almost rejoiced. Hope. He sighed to himself. "Soda? Beer? Uh... I think I have left over wine... I don't know how good it is?" She said, feeling slightly embarrassed that she can't even entertain a guest correctly.

"What kind of soda?" Don asked, leaning over the bed to see what she was doing. His eyes quickly darted down as she bent down to look into the fridge, her skirt riding up the back of her thighs. He shook his head trying to erase the image from his mind but, the lacey stocking covering her thick, milky white skin taunted his identic memory.

"Orange, Coke, Sprite... Uh..."

"Orange." He nodded, leaning back in his spot as she smiled and took one and a Sprite for herself.

"I forgot you're not a big drinker. You and Leo huh?" She said, tossing him the soda and he caught it easily, opening it in one swift motion. He was so used to the action that he didn't realize she was looking at him in shock. "Wow..." She said as he chocked a little on the sip he had just taken and set the can down.

"Uh, yeah..." He chuckled nervously. "Something Mikey taught me." He shrugged as she nodded her head and sat back down on the bed. "Leo and I aren't really big drinkers no." He said, finally answering her question as she smirked.

"It's a good thing. Keeps your brainy mind clear to figure out quantum mechanics."

"Precisely." He nodded as she chuckled, turning on her large TV.

"Netflix?" She asked, turning on her XBOX. "We can find a hilarious inaccurate documentary to watch that you can correct?" He smiled to what he thought was sarcasm, looking over at her large green eyes that were open with honesty in her comment.

"Yes." He smiled. "I love doing that, actually."

"I figured as much." She said with a nod of her head, before leaning back against her headboard and snuggling into her mattress. Donnie took a moment to get comfortable but finally laid back with her. Betty smiled at him, turning her body onto her side and laying her head against his shoulder. "Thank you again for taking me out." She said softly as he flipped through Netflix.

"It was my pleasure." He said softly. She could feel his voice vibrating through his chest and it sounded so much deeper through it. She felt her body shiver a little and he looked down at her. "You cold?" He asked, leaning up and grabbing her leopard blanket that laid at the foot of her bed. He placed it over her legs and she smiled as he laid back in his spot, opening his arms for her to lay her head back against his chest.
