"Will you stay?" Asha asked as she looked at the taller man

"I got to get back to my crew kid." Marco stated as he rested his hand on the girls shoulders pulling her back into his chest before wrapping his arms around her. "Will you be ok?" he asked as he rested his head on her shoulder.

"What do you mean?" Asha questioned as she rested her hands on his.

"Blackbeard.."

"I will be fine Marco. This is something I have to do."

"I know that kid I won't stop you. Just be careful."

Asha nodded in response as Marco kissed the back of her head before removing his arms and walking away leaving Asha to look out at the sea.

"How is she Marco?" Serenade asked looking up from her cup of tea she had just sipped.

"She's fine." He answered as he sat down next to her "You are more scared than her."

"Because I don't want her to do this!"

"You should understand why she wants to do this!" Marco snapped

"Of course I do! White beard was my father! But she is my little girl!"

"She is not little anymore. She's stronger than you give her credit for, stronger then you in fact."

'Blackbeard... am I really strong enough to fight him?' Asha asked herself as she slumped against the railings onto the floor. 'The next island shouldn't be too far away. I think we are docking there, black beard was seen near there.'

Asha walked into the kitchen joining her mother and her crew as she sat down next to Marco.

"Not long till we arrive Asha." Her mother stated weakly

Asha nodded slightly as she looked around the room before Marco's hand rested on her shoulder bringing her closer to him. "I'll be leavening you when we arrive at the island. My crew is waiting there for me."

"Thanks Marco." Asha smiled up at him as she snuggled into his chest.

"No problem kid." Marco smiled as he kissed the top of her head.

The serene pirates watched on in slight confusion about the two's closeness.

"Luffy we can't go any faster calm down!" Nami yelled as her captain continued to pester her to go faster.

"When will we get there?" Luffy asked

"Soon! Luffy we left later than them. We will get there soon ok!"

Luffy walked away from Nami and into the kitchen demanding food from Sanji. Sanji obliged without saying anything but putting food in front of his captain. He knew Luffy was worried, they all were black beard was nothing to laugh about and they all knew that.

All Luffy could think about was seeing Asha again at this point he didn't care about black beard or fighting.

"Cap, where approaching an island!" Ell stated as she walked into the kitchen.

Asha rushed out on to the deck to look for herself. There it was the island where Black beard was last seen. This was where it would end. This is where Asha would prove herself. Where she would take down the man who killed her grandfather.

Picking up her swords she looked back at the island realising there was no turning back now. This was something she had to do and now was a good time for it.
