Sagitarria Selkirk- District 3

As Atala finishes reading off instructions, I bite my lip nervously. The boy from 1 has been glaring at me for 10 straight minutes, and it's freaking me out. "Tributes, head to the station of your choice," Atala calls. I catch a quick glimpse of Honorius moving over to the Gauntlet. I decide to head over to the rings course. I can see Librae, the girl from 11 who seems like a worthy ally, jump onto the first ring. Both tributes from 7 and 10 are in front of me, and the quiet boy from 5 is behind me. I catch a quick glimpse of Honorius falling from the gauntlet and slamming into a pipe. I wince as the Careers laugh at him. Before I know it, it's my turn to do the rings. I quickly grab the first one with ease. On the second one, my grip is shaky from all the sweat on my palms. When I reach for the third one, I can't hold on anymore, and I fall a good 15 feet. My wrist slams on the concrete, hard. Dammit, this is harder then I thought.

Persei Lowenek- District 9

I feel a smirk of satisfaction cross my face as I choke the last of the moving holographic dummies to death. The Careers don't look my way. Instead, they're watching Sam struggle to build a fire. I notice a dummy out of the corner of my eye, running towards me. I let out a scream of effort that catches everyone's attention as a orange, blocky head sails through the air.

Titus Erwin- District 1

The dumb girl from 9 is making hollers and wails as she trains. Whatever, I think. Just one more to kill in the Bloodbath. Cypress grabs an axe and begins hacking away a dummy nearby. Its limbs are strewn across the floor in a matter of seconds. I grab a spear and begin throwing at targets, getting bulls-eye after bulls-eye. Nothing new.

Martial Yuke- District 12

Shouts and grunts fill the air. I sit next to fawn, throwing darts as she weaves. "Fawn," I say, "you're not going to get a good training score with weaving." She chuckles. "Who ever said I needed a good score?"
