"Sooo bored," Angel said as she leaned back in the navigator's seat within the SR3's bridge.
"Well, we could go find a few Reapers to shoot and then bug out," Joker suggested as he rechecked the data of the Mass Effect and Slipspace drives.
"Jane would yell at us."
"That I would," Jane said as she walked in.
Angel leaned her head back to see Jane walking over to her. Angel got up and fixed her hoodie. Angel started to leave before noticing that Jane wasn't following. She turned to see her older sister waiting for Joker to get up and come with them. Angel sighed before going over to Joker and grabbing his arm.
"Glad I got my bones reinforced," Jeff said as Angel dragged him out of the chair he was in and into the elevator as the doors closed.
"One of Wrex's squads went missing. We're off to find them," Jane said.
"Anyone we know in this squad?" Angel asked, referring to Grunt.
"Not sure yet, but supposedly this squad is being reinforced by UNSC S-IVs."
"Which team?" Joker asked.
"Crimson, I think," Jane said as the elevator doors opened to reveal a tall woman in UNSC BDUs and the SPARTAN II emblem on her left shoulder. She saluted as Jane returned it.
"Captain, Lieutenant Commander, Flight Lieutenant," the woman said.
"No need for formalities SPARTAN," Jane said as she shook the woman's hand.
"Alright then. Senior Chief Petty Officer Maria Carter, Spartan 062 reporting. I'll be assisting your ground team during this Op."
"Any reason why the Commander isn't going in your place?"
"I have a personal reason for this, ma'am."
"…Alright then. Angel, go pick three more for our team," Jane told her younger sister.
"You got it sis," Angel said before running off.
She got to the hanger to see someone she wasn't expecting, the newest member of the Spectres, S-III Luna Cole. Angel smiled before running over to her cat like friend.
"Hey Luna, what are you doing here?"
"Apparently some Elite…Split-Lip…Sangheili, Spec Ops team already did my job for me. And there are tons of people that have said that sticking near the Shepard siblings is like asking for a grenade up the ass, and it's better to just put a pistol in your mouth and pull the trigger," the SPARTAN III replied.
"Um…I don't know why any of those rumors would start…anyways, wanna go on an Op with us? There'll be lots of explosions."
"If I get to join in then sure. Lotus, come on we're going to the SR2."
"Are we going on another joy ride Luna? Because we are in the middle of a war," Luna's AI, Lotus, said in a monotone voice as she walked over.
"I completely forgot that you got Lotus a body like Cortana."
"Lotus had hers first, Cortana's just copying," Luna replied with a large smile.
Angel laughed as James walked over. The Alliance Marine stopped to stare at Luna with confusion. He rubbed his eyes and then looked at her again.
"I don't remember drinking this much yet," Vega said as he shook his head.
"Vega, wanna go on an Op?"
"Got nothin' better to do, so why not?"
"Great just need one more…I'm gonna go find Amber."
"Who?" The UNSC Spectre and Alliance Marine asked.
"Tell you later," Angel replied as she ran towards an elevator to the med bay.
She started whistling during the elevator ride and stopped when the doors opened. She stepped out of the elevator and into the med bay. She looked around to see multiple military doctors and finally spotted the combat medic.
Amber was standing next to Dr. Chakwas. Both grey haired women were helping out several wounded Turians that they had picked up from Menae. Angel walked up to Amber and tapped her on the shoulder.
"Give me a second…ok," Amber said after she finished applying the Turian's bandages. "Hey Angel, something you need me for?"
"You are going on an Op with me and Jane. No arguments, you're a combat medic after all."
"I'll go get suited up," Amber said before she and Angel left the med bay.
"Why are all of the Shepard siblings like that? Amber isn't and she's Jane's clone," Chakwas said to herself.
"So, what armor are you going to wear anyways?" Angel asked.
"…Standard Alliance combat armor," Amber replied.
"…I'm gonna repaint your armor after the Op."
"But…I thought only Spectres could do that?"
"Jane is, and you're her clone, so it's not really breaking regs."
"Well…I…alright, fine."
"Good."
The doors opened to reveal the main hanger with Jane standing there, wearing Hahne-Kedar chest armor, gauntlets, and greaves; the N7 rebreather helmet, and Kassa Fabrication shoulder pads. Angel dragged Amber with her to the armory and started handing her parts to a random set of armor. When she was done, Amber was wearing what looked like Cerberus Ajax Armor in Alliance colors. Angel smiled before grabbing an N7 Defender armor set. She quickly suited up and replaced the normal helmet with a rebreather variant.
"Let's go," Angel said as Amber grabbed an extra bag, attaching it to her back after she did. "There a reason you grabbed that?"
"Combat Med Kit. I always bring it with me when I go into combat."
"Whatever, let's go."
The two of them left the armory and climbed aboard the SR2. They got in and the airlocks sealed. Angel went to the cockpit and looked outside to see everyone clear the hanger as the SR2 hovered slightly. Several people went to control panels and crouched as shields appeared around them. She looked over at Joker to see him press a button on his console before looking outside. She followed his gaze to see a person flash them a thumbs-up before the floor beneath them began to fold away.
"Whoa," Angel said as the SR2 dropped out of the SR3 and flew towards the planet beneath them.
"SR2 to SR3, we are clear of the hanger," Joker said as he continued to press buttons on his console.
"[Understood SR2, SR3 standing by for after-mission pickup.]"
Joker looked towards Angel as she pulled off her helmet. She scratched her head once before looking at Joker. He smirked at her and she sighed.
"I know, I look like a guy in this armor," she said with a sigh.
"You said it, not me," Joker said before going back to piloting.
"[Angel, hanger bay,]" Jane said over the coms.
"Wish me luck," Angel said.
She then kissed Joker before putting on her helmet and running to the elevator. She walked in, pressed 5, and went straight to the hanger. Angel ran out and then ran straight into the Kodiak. She looked around and noticed that Steve was sitting at the requisition console. He looked up to see her staring at him. He smiled at her and nodded his head.
"Wait…where's Steve?" Jane asked as Angel ran into the shuttles cockpit and took the pilot seat. "Oh dear God."
Everyone instantly strapped in, except for Luna, Lotus, Maria, and Amber. The last was because she didn't know what was about to happen. Angel pressed a few buttons and the shuttle instantly rose into the air. The hanger's door opened and Angel launched the shuttle out of it. She heard a thump and looked back to see Amber picking herself up.
"Sorry, forgot to say I always fly without the gravity generators," Angel apologized as Amber quickly took a seat, slowly followed by the UNSC soldiers.
With them strapped in, Angel turned her attention back to the view screen and smiled. She started rapidly hitting buttons, being a bit of a showoff, and doing multiple little tricks in the shuttle. Angel laughed when she heard Luna start yelling in excitement. She then slowed down a bit, being less than a minute from the landing zone.
"LZ in sight, ETA 10 seconds," Angel called out before gunning it.
The shuttle came closer and closer to the ground. At the last second, Angel spun the shuttle around, making it face the opposite direction, and gunned the engines again. The shuttle stopped and hovered before slowly and gently landing.
"Damnit sis!" Jane yelled out.
Angel laughed as she unstrapped and got out. The others followed her and saw a large team of Krogans in black armor. Walking up to them from the back was a Krogan they recognized in grey armor.
"Grunt!?" Jane and Angel exclaimed.
"Shepard!?" The tank breed Krogan called. "Ha, ha, Shepard!"
"Good to see you Grunt," Jane said as she patted the Krogan on the back.
"You to Shepard, and little Shepard is here to."
"I'm not little Grunt," Angel said.
"Without the armor you are…didn't expect to see another SPARTAN though. She's taller than the ones in Crimson."
"I'm a SPARTAN II, not an IV," Maria replied.
"Well, let's see what the older generation can do," Grunt said with a laugh. "Grab what you need and then meet us up ahead. Aralakh Company, Move out!"
With that, Jane walked into the small building next to them before coming back out with a new weapon attachment and a new gun. Angel looked around before pulling out her Black Widow and following Grunt's team. She looked back to see Luna smile beneath her depolarized helmet before disappearing from sight. The team got to where Grunt and Aralakh Company, along with Crimson, were waiting.
She went over to the edge of the cliff and kicked a rock over, watching it as it fell.
"That's a long fall," Luna said as she decloaked, her tail swinging back and forth.
"That it is…think either of us could survive the jump?" Angel asked.
"Not without much better armor and biotics to slow you decent," Lotus said monotonously as she walked up.
Angel sighed before looking back to see Jane, Vega, Amber, and Maria walking into another building. Angel nodded her head to it and the three of them ran to catch up. They got into it just as the building shifted slightly.
"Nobody move," Jane said as everyone stayed still.
The building didn't move again and Angel let out a sigh of relief. She turned her head to see a large bird fly over to one of the open doors.
"Well shit," she said as the bird landed, making the building start sliding again.
The winged animal instantly started flying off while the building they were in continued to fall. Angel shouted as she held onto the side of the wall. The building stopped and Angel let go, dropping a bit. That made the building fall more and Angel fell out of it and onto the ground.
"That hurt," the youngest of the Shepards said as she got up and looked around to see the rest of the team picking themselves up. She looked over and saw Amber checking her med kit, while Jane had her Lancer raised and aimed at the entrance to a cave in front of them.
"Hey Meds, you good?" Vega asked Amber.
Angel watched as her sister's clone looked up at Vega confused, her helmet was off and resting at her side. Vega then explained to her his thing with nicknames.
"Lola," he said pointing to Jane, "Zen," Angel, "Cat," Luna, "Bot," Lotus, "Athena," Maria, "and you're Meds."
"…Do you just go with the first thing that pops into your head, cause some of those names…well…kinda suck," Amber said.
"…Yes."
"That's actually a psychological thing. It means that-…" Amber was cut off when Jane covered her mouth.
"We got enough of that from Kelly, we don't need you doing it to."
Amber mumbled something that Jane couldn't understand before pointing to her helmet. Jane let go of her clone and grabbed the helmet before tossing it to Amber. The clone spun it in her hands before placing it on her head and sealing it.
"Shepard, you alright!?" Grunt yelled from the top of the cliff.
Angel looked towards the top of the cliff to see Grunt looking down. She sighed before looking over at Luna, Lotus, and Maria. The UNSC troops looked completely fine, with Luna casually sitting on a rock nearby. Angel noticed Maria's body language, and became slightly concerned for Luna.
"We're fine, but where did Crimson go?"
"They fell down there with you. We split up to cover more ground. We'll meet you at the center of the cave system."
With that, Grunt and his team left while Angel and the others were stuck down here. She looked toward the cave as someone ran towards them.
"Mom, you guys alright?" the S-IV shouted.
"We're fine Gabby, I'm just glad you're safe. Now let's get back to the mission," Maria said as everyone else, minus Luna and Lotus, stared at the two SPARTANs.
"Sup, Gabby?" Luna asked.
"That's Gunnery Sergeant Carter to you Cole. We aren't friends, we aren't teammates, and I really don't like you."
"Why does every SPARTAN hate me? I really don't understand why," Luna said as she jumped down.
"Can you two work together or do I have to leave a teammate behind Carter?" Jane asked as she crossed her arms.
"We'll be fine Captain. Grudges don't get in the way of missions with SPARTANs," Gabby said as she turned to the cave. "So who's going first, my vote's the damn cat."
"I'm going first," Jane said as Angel checked her Black Widow.
Jane walked forward and the others followed her. They went inside the cave and found a single dead Krogan lying against the side of the wall. Angel walked over to it and picked up its weapon, an M-451 Firestorm. The Infiltrator lifted the flame thrower and activated it. A tiny flame appeared on the end of the barrel. Angel looked up and saw webbing blocking the way to the rest of the cave.
"See if your new toy can do anything about that," Gabby said.
"Burn the spiders to the ground…I'm bored, when are we going to actually do something Sarge?" One of Gabby's teammates asked.
"I'm sure we'll have to deal with a considerable amount of shit inside the caves, Jen," another Crimson member said.
Angel sighed before burning down the webbing and walking forward, resulting in her falling. She hit the ground and instantly popped back up, activating the light attachment of her weapon. She looked around to see a darkened tunnel system. She turned around to see a small ledge with a decent fall. She tilted her head up to see Amber and Jane crouching at the top of the ledge.
"You alright sis?" Jane asked as Amber brought up a scanner on her omni-tool.
"I'm fine, nothing broke," the younger Shepard replied as the rest of the two teams jumped down.
They all nodded before turning and walking again. Angel stayed in front, keeping her flamethrower ready. She jumped over a small ledge and saw something run across her field of vision.
"What the fuck was that?" Vega asked as he walked forward.
"I'm gonna say Rachni," Angel replied as they kept walking.
Angel suddenly stopped when she found more webbing. Quickly burning it down, she found a chunk of disabled Reaper tech, a dead Krogan with another Firestorm. She picked it up and tossed it to Amber. The clone caught the weapon and activated it and the light. Angel looked at her older sister to see her activate the light connected to her Lancer. She also noticed the SPARTANs activate lights on their helmets.
Angel started moving forward again as AWOL ran up.
"Does anyone else have a really bad feeling?" the S-III asked before rounding a corner and finding a pod that began glowing. "Yep, knew something bad was about to happen."
The pod exploded just as Angel yanked her friend back by the tail. The SPARTAN's eye twitched as she quickly spun on Angel.
"Don't touch my tail."
"Got it, no touching the tail," Angel said as she stuck her hands up.
"Yet you wonder why people laugh at that," Amber said as she walked up. "Your newest appendage is extremely sensitive. That's why cats always instantly go to 'scratch-your-eyes-out' mode when you pull their tails."
"You, shut up," Luna said as they kept walking, with Angel setting any pods she saw on fire.
The teams continued to walk, setting fire to any Rachni they saw. Angel and Jane kept setting the webbing at the sides on fire and finding random things, most of which were the corpses of the Krogan recon team.
The teams stopped before entering an open area. Angel jumped down and something started screeching. She looked up to see multiple Husks running at them and a Reaper altered Rachni staying at the other end of the cavern like area.
"Get to cover!" Jane shouted as several missiles impacted near Angel.
The youngest of the Shepard siblings jumped to the left and hid behind a large rock. She popped back up and sent a wall of flame at the charging Husks. A wall of bullets and mass accelerated rounds quickly followed it. Another group of missiles sailed towards them as Luna cloaked. Maria and Gabby ran up and took cover with Angel. The S-II and S-IV nodded to each other and Angel before popping up and firing their weapons.
Angel dropped her flame thrower and lifted up her Black Widow. She set the reticule on the Rachni Savager and fired. The cryo rounds she had loaded froze the Reaper altered, bug like alien and Gabby and Maria finished it off. It toppled sideways as the teams started moving forward.
"That's teamwork right there," Angel said as a second Savager toppled of the cliff next to them.
"You missed one," Luna said as she uncloaked.
"Fuck off, AWOL," Gabby said as she kept walking.
"…Minefield," Luna said simply as she jumped down to them.
"What?"
"I took care of the minefield up there. Now we can just walk by."
Gabby's expression couldn't be read under her helmet, but Angel assumed it was one of confusion and annoyance.
"Whatever. You abandon the teams again and I will make sure you're demoted from your position as a Spectre."
"But then I can't break laws without getting in trouble," the S-III fake whined.
"Wait, what? That's why you accepted! You little-…"
"Stow it," Maria shouted suddenly.
"Yes ma'am," Gabby nearly instantly replied.
Angel laughed at the fact that the S-IV's body went stiff with apparent fear at her mother's raised voice. Luna laughed at it as well. Jane interrupted their laughing.
"Angel," Jane shouted, making the younger Shepard have the same moment of fear.
"Shutting up now, sis," Angel said quickly.
The teams started moving again and found that AWOL had told the truth. All around them was the remains of detonated spore pods. The two teams continued to move forward and found their path blocked not by webbing, but Reaper tech. Angel looked back at her older sister and noticed that, other than her Lancer, she was using the new N7 class weapons. Specifically she had the N7 Valiant and the N7 Crusader. She looked over at Amber to see her using the N7 Typhoon, N7 Piranha, and the N7 Hurricane. Angel herself was using an N7 Valkyrie, her Black Widow, and an N7 Eagle.
"Hey, Amber," Angel called, making her sister's clone run up. "Why are you using weapons better suited for…well my brother? Other than the Hurricane anyways."
"John isn't here, so I'm doing his job along with mine. Slows me down considerably though," Amber said. "Next time I'm just using a Hurricane, a Valkyrie, and an Eagle."
"I can understand why," Jane said as she walked up. "The Typhoon is heavy. You could probably carry the rest easily."
"Yeah…can we switch ARs?"
"Hell. Fucking. No."
"Ha, Jane just told herself to go fuck herself…would that be -…," Luna tried to say when Lotus covered her mouth.
"Lotus…I forgot you were here…my bad," Angel said as the AI nodded.
"I understand why you forgot. I have been extremely quiet," Lotus said in her usual monotone voice.
Luna mumbled something and Lotus sighed before releasing her. Angel looked around and found a Reaper generator. She set it on fire and started walking. The teams got through a cave when Luna smiled. Angel instantly knew she was going to finish her previous sentence.
"…-incest or masturbation? She is your clone after all," Luna finished.
"Damnit, Luna!" Angel shouted. "Now I'm never getting that image out of my head. I'm gonna need therapy."
Just as Lotus finished getting through the cave, a rumble sounded. They turned to see the boulder that had been sitting above them fall to the ground, sealing off the way back.
"No turning back now," Vega said.
"Thank you Lieutenant Obvious," Angel and Luna said as the group began moving forward again.
They climbed up several areas and finally found another small opening in the caves. Luna went dark to scout out the area as Angel and Lotus did the same. Their small scout group found multiple Reaper soldiers waiting to ambush the intruders. Angel looked over at Luna, only able to see the S-III because of her visor's marker function. Luna's outline was easily seen by Angel and Lotus, but was completely unseen by the Reaper forces.
"[I can set up a few explosives to-…,]" Luna tried to say.
"[No go. We don't know if the caves can survive that. We already barely missed getting crushed by a boulder, let's not push our luck,]" Angel replied.
"[I scanned the rocks around them. There is a cavern underneath us. Even if the rest survives, the explosion would create a gap between us and our destination. One that we wouldn't be able to cross,]" Lotus said.
"[Alright, alright, point taken. You guys set up a flanking position here then, I'll see what's up ahead. See you guys later,]" Luna said before running off.
"[Luna! Great, now we have to worry about her.]"
"[Not true, Lieutenant Commander. Luna has shown a survivability amount that even S-IIs would crave.]"
Angel sighed as she and Lotus walked over to the rear of the Reaper forces and readied their rapid fire weapons. Angel then told Jane about the ambush and their plan. Jane said acknowledged as her response, letting Angel know that her sister was in her 'commando' state.
Angel sighed. Vega didn't know it, but the N7s had given each of the Shepard siblings their own nicknames. Jane's was Cap for her 'commando' state. John's was Rager for his usual loss of self-control when he gets mad in combat. Angel's was Zen, the only one that Vega got right, for her 'zen' state while sniping.
Angel laid on the ground and switched to her Black Widow before closing her eyes and breathing in deeply once. She opened her eyes and was in her 'zen' state. Everything around her seemed to be moving slower as she looked through the scope of her rifle. She spotted Jane running forward as the S-IVs acted as riot shields with their heavier armor and shields. Angel watched as Jane shouted out orders to the group. Within seconds, the Reapers were down. Angel breathed deeply once more and exited her zen state.
The group began moving out again as Jane took the lead. Angel got up and switched back to her Valkyrie as Luna appeared again.
"Not much up ahead, just a tunnel that leads to a cliff and another tunnel being blocked by Reaper tech," Luna said.
"Understood, Lieutenant," Jane said as they walked forward.
After a while, Jane got a transmission from Grunt. Angel looked down the cliff in front of them to see Grunt and Aralakh Company fighting Savagers. The corrupted Rachni were being slowly pushed back by the Krogan Commandos. Angel laughed as Grunt lifted up one Savager and threw it off the cliff they were at.
She got up and looked over to see everyone head towards the Reaper wall. Angel ran over and nodded before Jane shot the control mechanism for the wall. It fell and Grunt's team fell back with them.
Angel looked around for things they could use and found a new weapon mod, but not really anything else. She turned back to see Maria and Gabby nod at Jane. AWOL shrugged at Jane as Lotus also nodded. Vega and Amber walked over to where Angel was and waited for Jane. A minute later, the older Shepard walked over and led the now smaller team through a small tunnel. They ended up having to crawl through, getting up after reaching the end of the small tunnel. Angel jumped down with Amber to see even more Reaper tech walls. Vega and Jane jumped down and suddenly more walls started going up, cutting them off from the true center and blocking them in a small box.
"Well shit," Vega said as Angel looked around, Valkyrie at her shoulder.
She pointed the weapon down and looked over at Amber to see her holding the Typhoon at her hip. Angel shrugged at that. The medic probably found shooting the weapon easier if it was at her hip. She turned towards Vega to see him holding a Valkyrie instead of the Typhoon. Angel walked up to him, holstering her own Valkyrie as she did. She then held out her hand and Vega sighed before handing her his Valkyrie. She walked over to Amber and held out the gun. The medic smiled gratefully and took the gun while handing Angel the Typhoon. She then walked over to James and shoved the Typhoon into his hands.
"There, problem solved," Angel said as some of the walls fell. "Perfect timing too."
Jane walked over to them as moans were heard. Everyone raised their weapons to their shoulders as Husks started running towards them. Vega held down the trigger of the Typhoon as the others sent out bursts from their weapons. Angel holstered her Valkyrie once more before pulling out her blade. She smiled under her helmet before pressing a button on the handle. The blade then folded out and Angel ran forward, swinging her blade while she did.
To everyone else, Angel seemed to be a blur, but Angel didn't see it that way.
"I'm moving too slowly. This armor is slowing me down. The Destroyer armor had a good amount of protection and shields while letting me move quickly," Angel thought to herself. "I'm going back to that one…may put a few little upgrades of my own though."
Angel sliced the last Husk in half as Jane and Amber took out the Savager, and Vega destroyed the wall control. Angel turned and threw off a few pieces of her armor, namely, the pieces covering her arms. She then turned and started running towards the other wall, which was now down, and attacked the charging Husks.
"Still too slow, but if I ditch anymore armor it won't be effective," Angel thought as she activated her Omni-Tool's blade.
Though she wasn't using it, the Omni-Blade did create a gauntlet around her forearm. She then activated a second on her other arm and continued attacking the Reaper forces. Angel ran towards where the wall control was and was nearly hit by a Savager's missile. Angel rolled and avoided the missile before popping back up and slicing off the Savager's missile launchers. She turned toward the console and stabbed the glowing part instantly. She heard the wall blocking their objective fall as the others finished off the last of the Reaper forces.
"Angel, come on," Jane shouted.
The younger Shepard ran over as Jane and Amber sighed. Angel smiled beneath her helmet again as the team walked towards where their objective was. Angel gasped at what she saw. She hadn't been there with John and Jane when they had freed the Rachni queen, but this horror was barely anything like they described. It seemed more machine than organic to her.
"Silence," Angel heard.
She brought her Valkyrie to her shoulder again and looked around to see Krogan corpses lining the walls.
"What did the Reapers do to you?" Jane asked as Angel and Amber checked to see if any of the Krogan were still alive.
"The dark voices have gone for now, but they will return and destroy us. Release us, and we will honor our promise to help fight."
"I didn't condemn you to death before, and I won't do it now," Jane said as she started looking for a release mechanism. "Grunt, I'm freeing the Rachni queen. Can you and Aralakh Company hold them off?"
"[We'll be fine if the SPARTANs are as good as they say,]" Grunt replied over the coms.
"[Oh, we're better,]" Luna replied on the coms. A muffled shout of, 'shut up, AWOL,' could be heard over the coms.
"Alright, they'll most likely charge as soon as I release the Queen," Jane said as she shot the mechanism. "Done. Grunt, get us out of here."
Suddenly a chunk of rock exploded as the Rachni Queen began escaping and Grunt jumped down.
"Hope you know what you're doing Shepard," Grunt said as the team started running.
Amber and Angel would shoot at any Savagers that appeared as they ran, while the others just ran. Grunt fired at Savagers that attempted to block their path every once in a while. They ran through another tunnel system, stopping when Jane spotted multiple Savagers waiting for them in a room nearby.
"Get out of here Shepard. I'll hold 'em off," Grunt said.

Jane put a hand on Grunt's shoulder before nodding and running towards the exit, the others close behind her. Angel glanced back to see Grunt fighting against the Rachni. One managed to knock him down and tried to finish him, only for Grunt to pull off the launcher from a Savager he killed earlier and use it like a club. She turned back to see the others further ahead of her. She picked up speed and caught up to them as they left the cave system. Angel turned towards the entrance and removed her helmet.
She was about to look away when she noticed something heading towards them. She smiled when she noticed who it was.
"Son of a bitch," Angel said with a smirk as Grunt, completely covered in Rachni blood, walked out of the caves.
"Anyone got something to eat?" He asked before collapsing.
Angel caught him as Jane ran over to them.
"Ha, you're definitely ok if you're asking for food," Jane said.
"Come on buddy. Foods waiting," Angel said as they helped the Krogan commando onto the shuttle with the rest of his team and the Spartans.
Angel noticed that Lotus was sitting in the copilot's seat of the shuttle. Angel set down her helmet as she took her seat and launched the shuttle.
"Well, that was fun," Angel said as Lotus rolled her eyes. "Says the AI that looks like a Japanese teenager."
Me: Done, I'll work on the side story next.
Trin: So, about your plans for a…sequel to this?
Me: ME3 ending is definitely not going to be the same. Anyways, I was thinking of adding another universe to this.
Trin: I want him to add Hunger Games.
Me: I want to do Star Wars Rebels.
Sarah: Why not both? That alien species idea you had can only be brought in through introducing it as a previously unknown species in the Mass Effect universe, not likely with the Reapers; having them a newly discovered species in the Halo universe, again, unlikely with the tech level you want them to be at; or by adding them into the Star Wars universe, doable from the size of the Star Wars universe. Also, where would Panem even be?
Trin: Halo universe.
Me: Mass Effect universe, if I use it.
Sarah: It would be easier for a lost Human colony to exist there. The UNSC kept a close eye on their colonies and extended universe says they only lost track of them during the Human-Covenant War. Mass Effect universe doesn't go into any detail about what happened to all of those colonizer ships they launched before discovering Eezo.
