DanganRonpa:

I'll Dance On Your Grave

Chapter 6:

Kyoko's P.O.V

"I'm home!"

The sound of my husband calling out to me immediately woke me up from my semi sleep. I had a day off from work today, and didn't really feel like fooling with friends, so I stayed home and watched tv. Mind you, our home was already clean, I just felt like being lazy.

"Welcome back dear." I looked up at him, and felt a warming smile cross my face. In his hands, I noticed a beautiful set of flowers in plastic as he approached me. Aw. Did he really get those for me?

"I noticed you've been acting so tired lately, I thought I'd bring you these to show you how much I love you. I don't do it often, but I figured I'd start." He smiled at me as I rose up and gave him a soft hug. How thoughtful of him! He even knew I was feeling more tired than usual lately. What an amazing guy.

"You're only human honey. You deserved this day off." He told me, still embracing my somewhat fatigued body.

"Oh shucks, I suppose so." I told him, that same smile on my face not disappearing at all. What I didn't expect however, was for him to hand me a small yellow packet.

"Hey Honey, I'm going to find something to put these flowers in for you, you had a package sitting in the mailbox I got earlier. See what that's about hm?" I heard him tell me as I took the small envelope from his hands. What was this? I certainly didn't order anything recently. Nonetheless, what was even odder was that there was no return address. Just my address, along with my name. What in the hell?

"I wonder what this is." I pondered to myself. The moment I opened it however, a feeling of nausea and dread swept over me. What popped out, was a tape. Not a VCR tape, a camera tape. A CAMERA tape. It wasn't blank either. There were two single words printing over the top of it. They read; "Sayaka vision" What... What the hell was this!?

"U-Uhh..." I subconsciously mumbled out loud as I simply stared at this. What... what in the hell was this?!

"Kyoko? Is that a camera tape? When'd we get a camera tape?" I heard my husband call out to me. Of course, we don't own a camera of the recording variety... but Sayaka fucking did.

"It.. It is..." I could feel my heartbeat race faster and faster as I squeezed the small thing with my thumbs. Was this some kind of joke?! I'll kill them!

"Honey? Are you alright?" I could hear him say as I repeatedly took the tape, and beat it on the table. I'll kill them. I'll kill them I'll kill them goddamnit!

"I'll be back later ok!" I quickly turned towards him and gave him a quick peck on the lips. I certainly wasn't laughing. I was panicking so much I thought I'd have a panic attack right here and now. Turning away from him, I quickly bolted towards the front door, and quickly lept outside towards my patrol car. Those goddamn idiots have gone way too far this time!

Junko's P.O.V

As soon as I heard the sound of a car approaching my trailer, I quickly lept outside and shut the door behind me. The sound of a small blue car pulled into my driveway as I stood there with a menacing frown on my face. Alright, time to find out which of these assholes dropped off this shoe at my fucking door!

"Where the hell have you both been?" I called out to them both as I watched Sayaka climb out of the passenger's seat. I could see a smile on her and Celeste's face as the sound of their car's engine died down. I watched Celeste open her door, before hearing;

"Beauty queen over here was doing her makeup and hair for like two hours straight. Jesus almighty." I heard Sayaka say as she pointed over at Celeste. Were they honestly joking about something as stupid as hair right now?!

"What's this about Junko? What happened?" Celeste asked me as they both strolled over towards me. Oh, I'm about to show them what this is all about!

I didn't answer her, But I quickly took the shoe I was holding in my hand, the sneaker, and quickly threw it over to Celeste's chest. Judging from the shocked looks on both of their faces, I could tell they knew who it belonged to.

"Where in the hell did you find this?!" Sayaka asked me, a look of horror plaguing her once smiling face.

"Where'd I find that? Where in the hell did you think I found that?! One of you assholes left it here last night!" I growled back at them. This stupid game was no long funny, or entertaining whatsoever!

"Goddamnit... Toko! It's gotta be Toko! Come on!" I watched Sayaka say as she began to rub her forehead. Wait... Toko? I hadn't seen her in a while. Was she honestly up to this?! What in the hell was going on?!

"Have either of you seen her at all? What about yesterday? Anything?" I quickly stepped towards both of them, suppressing the urge to yell again. I needed answers damnit!

"No Junko... neither of us have... No one has seen her... People at the electrical place even told us that she was out of work the past few days..." Celeste told me as she held the red and white sneaker in her hand.

SCREEEEECH!

The sound of tires screeching harshly echoed through the woods as Celeste quickly looked behind her. What in the hell was that? Was there an ongoing crash? Why the tire screech? "What in the hell was that?" I quickly asked them both. It didn't take long to receive an answer. Because quickly rounding a curve on the road, the sight of a white POLICE car came barreling down the street. Oh hell. Kyoko?! This wasn't good.

"Oh hell..." Celeste started to say as she stared at it too.

"This ain't good..." Sayaka said as she started to back away from her car.

Moments later, that same Police quickly skidded left into my driveway, kicking up dust and rocks, before finally parking sideways just beside the road. The moment the car stopped and turned off, I watched the driver's side door pop open. My theory was correct. Kyoko looked mad. I mean, REALLY mad. What for though? What happened with her?

"Kyoko what's wrong?" I heard Celeste ask her as she slammed the car door shut. She had the ugliest scowl spread across her face as she practically stomped across the grass. It took a few seconds to realize she was headed straight for Sayaka.

"W-What?!" Sayaka's face turned into one of sheer horror as Kyoko kept heading towards her. Uh-oh, what in the hell did this idiot do this time?

Kyoko didn't say a word as she kept getting closer and closer. Seriously, what was this about?

"I didn't do anything Kyoko!" I heard Sayaka cry out as she stumbled backwards onto the couch we were sitting on earlier. Once Kyoko finally caught up to her, I watched her pull something out of her jacket pocket.

"You wanna tell me why this was dropped off to my house?" Kyoko coldly said, staring down at Sayaka with deadset eyes. She held the object she pulled out earlier right in front of his face. What in the hell was that? Was that the tape?!

"...To my HUSBAND!" I heard her immediately shout afterwards after getting no answer from Sayaka. In the next moment, I watched her take that tape, and begin to shove it into Sayaka's mouth. She wanted her to eat it?!

"Ack! S-Stop!" Sayaka cried out as she began to wrestle with the Detective's hands. There was no way she was gonna be able to swallow that thing. That didn't stop her from trying though.

"What's on that tape?!" Kyoko said, before pulling a revolver out of her jacket. Oh hell, she was gonna shoot her?! "Is this some kind of messed up joke?! I smashed this damn thing myself!" Kyoko said, never wavering with her grip on her gun. Sayaka certainly wasn't talking, so I decided to step forward and answer for her.

"No Kyoko. Genius over there reloaded the camera." I told her as Celeste quickly back up towards me. I could tell, she was just as scared as I was. "T-The one you smashed didn't have anything on it!"

Whatever I said though, must've pissed her off even more. Cause the moment I finished my sentence, she quickly turned away from Sayaka, gun in tow, and aimed it at me. She quickly made her way over to my face before saying;

"You fucking knew about this?!" She yelled at me as her purple eyes stared into mine.

"N-No!" I quickly rebutted back. She could probably sense my fear at this point; my voice was breaking faster than an egg does when you step on it! "I just found out about it myself! Not too long ago!" I quickly told her. I made damn sure to tell her the truth!

The sounds of Sayaka taking the tape out of her mouth rang through the air as Kyoko and I turned around towards her. This set her off however, because she immediately shifted her gun from me, and ran over to the poor girl.

"Eat that tape you blue haired bitch! Eat that tape!" Kyoko cried out as she quickly jumped on top of her and shoved that tape back into her mouth. From where I was standing, I could see Sayaka trying to fend her off. That wasn't working however, and I could see a stream of blood pouring from her mouth as Kyoko shoved the tape back into her mouth.

"Heh heh heh..." I froze as I heard slight laughing coming from Celeste. Oh damnit, this was sort of funny. But no way in hell was Kyoko not gonna hear that.

She did, cause Kyoko lept off of Sayaka, and quickly walked over to Celeste. With her scowl not leaving her for a second, she quickly asked; "You think this is funny?! This is some kind of game?!" She shouted in Celeste's face.

Celeste didn't say a word. Rather, she shook her head, ceased her laughing, and simply hung her head. Well she shouldn't have been laughing! This obviously wasn't a joke! "Yea that's what I thought!" Kyoko shouted in her face before turning around, and pointed her gun over at Sayaka's face.

"You screwed up girl. You fucked it up." Kyoko told her as she calmly walked over to her with her gun. A wicked smile finally erased the scowl on her face as she crept closer and closer to the now crying girl.

"K-Kyoko! It was Toko we're sure of it! I mean yea, idiot over there kept the tape as a souvenir sure, but Toko's definitely the one that took it! Look at this!" I quickly told her, taking the shoe away from Celeste's grasp and holding it up in the air for the Detective to see. "Look at this! She left me a present last night at my doorstep!"

"Y-Yea! She's probably obsessed with him or something! I mean the other day we were getting rid of his car, she was blubbering about how we'd get caught, and she was hallucinating or something like that!" I heard Celeste quickly say after I finished talking. I watched Kyoko quickly look over at her, before continuing with; "I think.. she may even feel guilty or something." It'd make sense to be honest. The other day they did tell me that she was freaking out about the whole thing. Yeah, guilty would make the most sense.

I watched Kyoko rub her forehead, before saying; "I want you idiots to bring her to me, you got that? The moment I get the gyst of you people thinking it's a joke, I will shoot you. You got that?!" Kyoko said, making sure to make eye contact with all three of us.

"I mean yea Kyoko we have been looking for her, honest to god we have!" I managed to reply to her. I wasn't lying either; I'd spend an hour after work every day looking for her. I wasn't sure whether or not she heard me, because after I said that, she quickly made her way over to Sayaka, before removing the tape from her mouth.

"Ack!" I could hear Sayaka struggling for more air as a thin trail of saliva fell from her mouth and dribbled down her chin. We watched as she held the flimsy tape in her hand, before finally dropping it and smashing it to pieces, for the final time we thought. After a few seconds of her finally smashing it for good. She put her gun away, before finally speaking to us again.

"I want her found. Tonight. Do you girls understand?" Kyoko asked us, her voice softer than it was a few moments ago. "If I don't have her by then, I swear to God I'll bring the wrath of god down on all of you. Got it?" She said, putting her hands on her hips.

"Yea.."

"You got it.."

Celeste and I both nodded as we watched Kyoko quickly walk back over to her car. Not even seconds after getting inside, we watched her pull back out on the street, and quickly take back off the same way she came through. I guess she was gonna do a little hunt of her own? I didn't know. But we had until tonight to find this girl. And we had to start NOW.

"What the hell are you two doing?! Get started!" I scolded them both before throwing the damn shoe I was holding down onto the ground.

Kyoko's P.O.V

Bang! Bang!

The sound of my shotgun ringing through the air filled my ears as I walked through the bleak woods. A few hours after talking with those numbskulls, I decided to teach Aoi the basics of hunting a few birds. Even quail. It was nice for the most part. Heck, the sun was even beginning to poke through the sky somewhat. So it'd make sense if we tried and attempted to kill something today.

"Can you believe there used to be a limit on how much you could hunt?" I turned back towards Aoi with a grin on my face. She still wore her blue shorts and red jacket, but I figured it wouldn't get in the way too much. We were heading down a path that had nearly no thorns, or poison ivy or the like. Maybe a few fallen logs or something, but that was it.

"Animals and birds are like locusts now. They're everywhere!" I told her. I could see a small grin cross her face as we continued our trek deeper and deeper into the woods. She had absolutely no idea...

"Heh, much to our good luck right? This definitely beats sitting back at the store with nothing to do." Aoi told me, quickly catching up to my slow stride. Earlier we discussed a few ways she could shoot; balancing the gun, keeping your hand off the trigger, and not pointing your weapon at anyone at all. She got it down pretty quickly, not that it'd help her any.

"You got that right!" I chuckled a little as we made our small talk. In the back of my mind, I could feel guilt slowly making it's way up my head. "I needed to go through with this! This is the best course of action. Shut up Kyoko and do it already!" I mentally scolded myself.

"Ahh could we sit down for a moment? Just for a bit so I can rest my legs. I've been standing up all day like no one's business." I heard Aoi ask me. It wasn't an unreasonable request, so I simply nodded in affirmation. Yes... we could sit down for a bit.

"Heh, I remember back in the day I tried teaching you how to aim a gun. But you wouldn't have it." I chuckled a little as we began to sit down on a nearby log. This was my perfect chance...

"Oh hahah... I just wasn't interested... But I can get used to this! I wouldn't mind doing this with you every once in a while Kyoko." She smiled as she rested her gun down on the forest floor. Oh man. Where did the days go?

"To the good ol days!" I said, before reaching into my back skirt pocket, and pulling out a glass liquor bottle. Only the finest with me!

"Oh man! Fancy. To what do I owe Kyoko?" Aoi asked me as she marveled at the bottle. It wasn't anything special. Just an ordinary bottle of liquor appropriate for this situation.

"Oh nothing Aoi! You just enjoy it." I told as, as I picked my gun up and started to step away. If I had to do it, now would be the most appropriate.

"Cheers!" I heard Aoi say as I watched her put the bottle to her lips. It wasn't the most expensive like I said, but it'd work for now. After a couple of seconds of watching her drink it, She screwed the top back on, before looking at the label. "Wow, this is kind of sweet! I like it. May make it my main drink." She chuckled. "Tastes like something you'd buy for a hundred dollars or something! Either that.. or something you'd drink at baptisms and stuff." Aoi continued to talk.

"And funerals." I told her, before cocking my gun and aiming it at her.

"Huh?"

Boom!

The sound of my shotgun rang out loudly as I watched multiple pellets shoot forward, and penetrate Aoi's body. She was a witness; She couldn't live so long as she had information on what I told her.

"Ahhhhh!" Aoi screamed loudly as she fell backwards. I watched her flailing as she struggled to understand what happened to her. Her face looked like of of pure horror before she said; "Ahhhh! Y-You shot me!" Aoi continued to scream as I made my way over to her. She needed to shut the hell up. And I needed to make this as quick as possible.

"Call the doctor! Get me to a hospital! Something!" She screamed out in pure pain.

"Loose ends Aoi. It wasn't personal. It really wasn't." I told her as I aimed the barrel of my gun down at her face. Surely she could understand right? After all, she could be my possible ticket to a life sentence in jail, not to mention never being able to see my family again. One murder was reasonable to stop that right?

"H-Huh..?!" I watched her shiver and shake on the ground as blood shot up from her mouth. Choking sounds were rushing from her mouth like a river as I put the top of the gun next to her head. Cocking it one final time, I narrowed my eyes down at her and shook my head. These last words, would be the last ones she'll ever hear again.

"Loose ends."

Boom!
