Chapter 14: 25-02.

AN: Hey guys, so this chapter brings a lot of questions. I'm not gonna lie, they will not be answered until next chapter. But it's not a reason not to enjoy it :D

It was the night, Nunnally had already fallen asleep and Lelouch was, well, meditating on his bed.

'This is Suzaku's second life.' He thought while having his hands posed at the back of his head. 'And this is my twenty-fifth already. Does that mean that once I'll reach my fiftieth life it will be his third?' It wasn't the first time Lelouch had these thoughts, but they kept on popping to his head from times to times. 'But perhaps it has something to do with time. Maybe two thousand years in my perspective equals seventy years in Suzaku's perspective...'

"Mmmh, Lelouch…" One of the two girls moaned in her sleep.

Oh yeah, Lelouch just had sex with two hot female students of the academy, at the same time, on his bed.

"Or maybe it's just completely random…" Lelouch muttered to himself. "Maybe there won't even have any third life for him after all."

He closed his eyes. Two thousand years … twenty-five times where he had died and lived again… it was few, come to think of it. Lelouch didn't have made many loops, but some of his lives were exceptionally long because of him obtaining a Code and living through the eras. One day, or rather one life, he decided that he'd live long enough to see the first extraterrestrial civilization.

Oh, he was so disappointed when he found out that E.T was just a primate living at billions of light years and having barely discovered how to make a fire. Guess the Christians were right and Earth was indeed the center of the universe…

"Great." Lelouch muttered sarcastically. "I can't sleep…"

Lelouch pushed the two young ladies who were grasping his chest and got out of his bed. Then, he put some pants and a shirt on himself and headed to his desk where his computer was posed.

He stared at the screen nonchalantly.

'Without my Geass and my natural awesomeness, this is the only power I posses.' He thought. 'I've promised Suzaku that I'd help him, but being a counselor for him just bores me… Creating a better World is one thing, but fighting against my family is another…'

"Alright." Lelouch said to himself. "I've made up my mind; I'm going to do it."

He began to type on his computer with an incredible speed.

"So, Mr. Rosenberg." He said with a smirk. "You're rumored to be one of Shneizy-boy best financial support, it's a shame all of your accounts are now empty…"

It was the morning, and Lelouch was preparing breakfast for his little sister.

"You've been bringing girls here again, big brother." Nunnally said sternly, referring to the two ladies of earier.

Lelouch served her the tea. "Yeah, sorry. I haven't told you anything about it yesterday." He raised an eyebrow. "Are you jealous?" He asked with an amused smile.

"It's not funny!" Nunnally retorted. "I'm just worried about you, that's all."

Lelouch took his sister's hand. "You don't have to. I'm fine."

It was frequent that people he knew would question him about his sudden change in behavior. Not like it bothered him, Lelouch had thousands of made-up answers for them after all.

Nunnally sighed. "But you have changed all of a sudden one month ago, there was many questions running to my head and…"

Lelouch knelt in front of his sister. "That's right, I've changed. I've decided to be a bit selfish for once."

"Don't say that, it's not true." Nunnally protested.

Lelouch smiled again. "You know me more than any other." He lied. "In fact, I've just decided to profit a bit and give a positive answer to all of these girls…"

Nunnally's face brightened. "So you weren't chasing them?"

Lelouch chuckled. "No, they were the one chasing me."

The siblings finished their breakfast in a shared good mood, or it would seem.

"Hey, Lelouch." Nunnally said suddenly. "Today is the day of Suzaku's Knighting."

Lelouch smiled to his sister. "Yeah, who'd have guessed it would go that well for him?"

"I'm happy for him." She said sincerely.

"Me too." Lelouch replied absently. "Me too…"

Lelouch was wandering in the Academy's park, staring at his reflection in the water. The classes would begin in an hour, so he didn't have to hurry up.

'It's the first time I haven't my Geass.' He thought. 'It's strange, because I don't actually feel like I'm losing something. Perhaps I'll try to become Zero again without using this power. The lack of Geass brings a whole new set of challenges.'

"Yo, Lelouch."

'Speaking of the devil…' Lelouch mused, staring at the green-haired girl approaching him. Like yesterday, C.C was wearing an Ashford Academy uniform, probably stolen from an unlucky female student.

"Yo, how's my favorite immortal going?" He asked. "Do you remember that Suzaku's your contractor, not me?"

C.C shrugged. "Business is business. Got what I asked?"

Lelouch nodded and threw her a credit card. She caught it with her right hand.

"The code is 2-5-0-2." He explained. "There is enough money for a thousand years worth of pizza."

"Neat." C.C said neutrally.

Lelouch smirked. "By the way I have something to ask you."

C.C raised an eyebrow. "You want me to join your harem? You'll have to become my contractor first."

He chuckled. "Not going to happen. Yesterday was good enough for me."

C.C hit him in the shoulder. "That was mean." She said with a dull tone.

Lelouch shook his head with a smile. "That's not it. I only request two things from you, but you might not like either of those…"

She raised an eyebrow. "Go on."

Lelouch whispered something to her ear.

C.C widened her eyes.

"Oh."

"I see…"

"But that would be against…" She tried to argue with him, but there was no point.

"Sure." She said finally. "I'll do the first thing, but I'll think about it for the second one. It's the same as breaking a contract, you know."

Lelouch shrugged. "I don't think Suzaku would care anyway. And did we ever been punished by the Gods for breaking a contract?"

C.C stared at him dumbfounded. "Perhaps that's what happened to you."

"Who knows?" Lelouch asked rhetorically, before walking away. "In any cases, you're free to do whatever you want."

She stared at the boy two times older than her and sighed. "See ya, Lelouch. Take care."

He raised his hand nonchalantly. ""Yeah, See thou." *

Lelouch entered the student council meeting room and found that Shirley was there.

"Yo." He greeted her.

"Hey Lelouch." Shirley greeted back. She seemed depressed. "You're a hopeless case aren't you?"

Lelouch shrugged. "Yeah, that's what I am."

He sat in front of the orange haired-girl.

"Having this depraved behavior with all of those girls…" Shirley said, annoyed. "You weren't like this before!"

Translation: the guy she loved wasn't the same as before. It was expected, since you cannot really expect to give someone 2000 years worth of memories and stay exactly the same.

Lelouch stared at her with an empty gaze. "That's right, but I've changed."

Shirley was taken aback by the tone in Lelouch's voice.

"Truth is …" Lelouch began. "This sudden hedonism of mine is because … I can't feel anything else."

She widened her eyes. "Oh."

Lelouch looked down. "Right now, physical pleasure is just the only way for me to feel alive."

There was a pause, a heavy silence in the room. It was the truth; for once Lelouch told someone the truth about himself.

"But how…" Shirley began, but was suddenly interrupted by the arrival of two girls.

"Hey Lelouch!" Milly said cheerfully, oblivious of what was going on. "Hey Shirley!"

Kallen was following the student council president, keeping her feeble and reserved attitude. Well, this time she didn't have to act since she was under the influence of Suzaku's Geass.

Lelouch stood up. "Hey, how are my fellow boss and my fellow potential partner in crime going?"

"I'm fine." Kallen replied with a smile. No, seriously, Lelouch couldn't accept that. 'I understand that he wants to avoid conflicts, but come on… to be afraid of her talents to the point of Geassing her… Suzaku must've lost it.'

"I'm fine too." Milly replied with a suggestive wink. "By the way, thanks for yesterday."

Lelouch chuckled and headed to the door. "Anytime."

Then, when he arrived next to her blonde boss, Milly leaned to his ear.

"Go to my room later, I have a surprise for you." She said in a low tone, but enough so Kallen could hear too. "I'm sure you'll love it." Milly added seductively.

Lelouch gulped. It wasn't in the program, but damn it was tempting.

"Can I come too?" Asked Kallen innocently. Too innocently.

Lelouch and Milly stared at her with amusement. Lelouch wondered if Suzaku's Geass didn't lower some inhibitions or something similar. After all, wanting to have fun with his friends was an inherent part of the 'Light' side.

"Suuure." Milly said with interest. After all, Kallen was damn cute.

Lelouch cleared his throat. He noticed that Shirley's face gained a level in red.

"Who am I to refuse this kind of proposition?" Lelouch asked rhetorically.

Milly had her devilish smile on her face. "Perfect."

"Suzaku's Knighting ceremony will begin soon." Kallen pointed out, as if the situation was perfectly normal. "Don't you want to watch it with us?"

Lelouch waved his hand. "Maybe later. I have to speak to Sayoko right now."

Then he got out of the room and walked away. In the corridor he met with Rivalz. He had some kind of intensive body-building program in order to try to match with Milly's standards. It didn't seem to have any effects, though.

"Hey buddy!" The blue-haired friend of Lelouch greeted him. "Wanna play against some nobles tomorrow? I've found the perfect opponent for you."

Lelouch chuckled. "Sorry, I have something planned for tomorrow." He replied with an apologetic smile. "And no, Rivalz, no one is the perfect opponent for me. No one can compete against the king of awesomeness."

Rivalz stared dumbfounded at the vice-president walking away. "Suuure."

Lelouch walked again for a few minutes, replying automatically to the people who greeted them. He encountered girls who giggled upon seeing him, boys who greeted their sempai –apparenty it was how Suzaku's power worked. Lelouch was Suzaku's friend so the victims of his Geass acknowledged Lelouch as their sempai, probably because he was superior to them on all points (except in sports)- and other people who knew of Lelouch's new reputation but didn't want to have anything to do with him.

But in the end, Lelouch didn't care about them, since they were all part of the furniture.

"Hey, Lulu!" A female student, pink-haired, good looking, well-shaped and all that greeted him with a sensual tone.

Lelouch could hear her female friends giggling in the background. "Hey…" He said with a fake smile, unable to remember correctly her name.

She approached him and leaned her mouth next to his ear. "Wanna fuck?" She whispered seductively. In the corner of his eye, Lelouch could see a group of boys glaring at him, boiling of jealousy.

'I'm gonna be killed by one of those if I stay a bit longer.' Lelouch thought boringly.

"Sure." He replied while grasping her ass.

It had been one month since the whole academy acknowledged more or less Lelouch as the 'third master of the place'. The first was obviously Ruben K. Ashford and the second was Milly. Many girls wanted to have their 'round' with Lelouch and it was starting to become a casual thing. The teachers didn't say a word, or else their accounts would be emptied by a super-skilled hacker. Even without Geass, even despite having any will to dominate anything, Lelouch would always stand at the top.

But he didn't care about any of that; he just happened to say yes to a couple of propositions and saying no to all of the troublesome things he'd have to endure in a relationship, like going on a date... It wasn't like he wanted to build a harem or anything… Well, he had liked the idea of having a harem of female Geass users when he had a Code.

'Well, that's a good idea for my next life.' Lelouch thought as he brought the girl … Fiona, to the elevator where he could access his secret place in the sewers. 'Since having a Geass is too boring, I'll just get a Code and live a long life of luxury and debauchery…'

The doors of the elevator closed and they started a rather passionate make-out session.

Sayoko could wait after all, just like Kallen, Milly and the old geezer.

Suzaku, or should we say Sir Suzaku Kururugi, was going out of the Government bureau. The fellow time-traveler had just been knighted by Clovis la Britannia, third Prince of the Empire, Viceroy of Area 11 and loyal servant of Suzaku, thanks to his Geass. It was such a shame for Suzaku to be knighted this way –he would have preferred being knighted by Euphemia- but there was no place for his whims in the World he'd create. Everything he did was, after all, for the greater good.

Manipulating Clovis had been beneficial for the Japanese: the Ghettoes were on the about to be reconstructed, the supplies were actually given to the population and corruption was actually fought. The last war against the Chinese Federation had proven that the Japanese weren't destined to be vassals of another nation, should Britannia leave the place. Suzaku agreed with that: the Eunuchs were a bunch of losers anyway. He was glad Lelouch agreed too, even when he was Zero. The memory of them fighting side-to-side against Sawasaki would always be a good memory.

Suzaku was wearing ordinary clothes; he had attended a press conference and everything with his Knight uniform but he was now off-duty.

"Watch out!"

Suzaku widened his eyes. He heard a voice, a girl's voice, coming from above.

Princess Euphemia was falling right into Suzaku's arms, just like in his first life.

Suzaku caught the princess and 'saved' her from falling on the ground.

'Incredible.' He thought in disbelief. 'Even though everything's changed…' His thoughts faded away as he looked at her.

"Oh, Sorry!" Euphemia said quickly.

A tear rolled down his cheek…

Suzaku was glad he had put his badass sunglasses this day.

"Are you alright?" Euphie asked with genuine concern.

On this moment, he didn't care if he'd become like Lelouch one day, or if he'd had to struggle against the whole society to build a better World. None of these mattered.

"Yes, everything is fine."

Suzaku was damn glad fate had given him another chance to live. And even if Lelouch was just a bitter, deluded man Suzaku would live his second life as if it was his last one.

'Thanks, fate, damn it!'
