Henry attends an exhibition of the Second World War, visits an exhibition that talks about his participation in said war.
Patrick: "Touted as a symbol of the nation, but also as a hero to the world, the story of Indiana Jones is one of honor, bravery and sacrifice."
Henry attends incognito, as he does not wish to draw attention to the scene.
Patrick: "He was initially barred from enlisting for being over the required age limit, but was still cast in a unique project in American war history, one that would make him the first super soldier in history."
A boy is able to recognize Henry, he asks him to keep the secret, the boy agrees without further ado. Henry then sees some wax sculptures of his command, made up of: Nathan Drake, George McHale, Simon Katanga, Lao Che, Sallah and Wolf Kahler, they talk about how they overthrew S.P.E.C.T.R.E, this brings back many memories for Henry, especially after seeing A written biography of Nathan, described as the only commando to have given his life in battle, is greatly missed by Henry.
Indiana Jones: "I'm the one who should have died that time."
Henry sits down to watch a recording by...Marion Ravenwood that dates back to 1953.
Marion Ravenwood (recording): "I remember it as a hard winter, a storm caught half a battalion when it was after the Germans, and Henry...Indiana Jones fought his way through a S.P.E.C.T.R.E. barricade that had besieged the Allies for several months , saved over a thousand men...including the man who would later become my husband: Colin Williams."
Henry looks at an old photo of Marion, he understands that for others... time hasn't stopped.
Marion Ravenwood (recording): "To be honest, even after he left...Henry was still changing my life."
After this, Henry decides to pay a personal visit to Marion, who obviously is already in the elderly stage.
Indiana Jones: "You must be very proud, Marion."
Marion Ravenwood: "It has been a beautiful life, the only pain I carry is that you did not get to live yours."
Henry doesn't say anything.
Marion Ravenwood: "Is something wrong?"
Indiana Jones: "Even when I was studying college, I remember that I always wanted to do the right thing, but I don't think I know what it means anymore, I think it's taking everything back and following orders... and serving, but it's not the same."
Marion lets out a laugh.
Marion Ravenwood: "How cheesy."
Henry winces.
Marion Ravenwood: "Henry, you saved the world, we...did the opposite."
Indiana Jones: "Don't say that, it's not true, you helped found U.N.I.T, that's one of the reasons I'm here."
Marion Ravenwood: "Hey."
Marion holds her hand.
Marion Ravenwood: "The world is not the same as before, and no one can go back to the past...we only do our best, and sometimes...the best thing one can do...is start over...".
Marion starts to cough very badly, Henry tries to give her some water, but when she sees him again... it seems that she has forgotten all the conversation they just had.
Marion Ravenwood: "Henry?"
Indiana Jones: "Yes?"
Marion Ravenwood: "Is that you?...you're alive, you're back, you're fine."
It is painful for both.
Marion Ravenwood: "It's been so long, so long."
Indiana Jones: "I would never give up my beautiful girl, I would like one last trip to Las Vegas."
