"welcome to PandasTreat!" said a worker as I stepped foot into the local café, placing my umbrella in one of the holders and taking my grocery bag with me as I began looking for my brother.

After a few moments I spotted him sitting at a round table for 2 in the right corner of the café, he was looking out the window looking a bit sad. He had a suitcase and bookbag behind him, "that's odd..?" I thought

"ah there you are Ni-Chan, hope I didn't keep you waiting" I said as I got closer to the table. Ni-Chan turned his head surprised

"Misaki! No it's okay I haven't been here long anyways." he said, gesturing me to sit.

He looked off, his whole face screamed nervousness and hesitation. "um, is everything alright Ni-Chan, and what's up with the luggage?" I asked, hoping it wasn't anything bad.

"well Misaki I actually wanted to meet you here because well, me and Manami are planning on having a kid and moving away. Maybe to a bigger apartment in an area where we can properly raise a child.." Takahiro blurted out "and I don't want you to feel as though you need to move with us, you're an adult now and your work is here, which is why I think we're both ready to make this decision. You're not a kid anymore, you don't need me here." he finished, waiting for a hopefully okay response.

"oh.. I see, um no Ni-Chan no need to worry about me! Your right I am an adult I can manage plus I can just visit whenever right?" I chuckled, no it wasn't okay. Not living with Ni-Chan was okay because I knew he was just a few minutes away, but knowing he'll be hours away.. I guess I could still call him but it wouldn't be the same. No Misaki don't be selfish Ni- Chan wants to start a family, without me. I'll be all alone, no girlfriend, no kids, just a turtle, manager and well at least I have Todo, my best friend.

"Misaki?" Takahiro asked, interrupting Misaki's thoughts, "maybe he isn't taking it as I hoped he would" Takahiro thought to himself.

"Oh um sorry I was just thinking how good this cappuccino looked, hey look it has a bear design!" I said, quickly grabbing the menu to show him.

Thankfully he just seemed to brush it off, I don't want to cause him any trouble. My brother deserves this and I'm happy for him, afterwards I walked with my brother to the train station where I wished him and Manami a safe travel.

It was already 2 so I decided to take my grocery bags and head home, I usually have a driver with me but that's only if I had business places to be. Plus I don't have a driver's license yet, it's all just too confusing for me I'd rather walk.

I walked along the sidewalk, crossing the roads and waiting for cars to pass, the rain had stopped but the sky was cloudy, only a bit of sun shining in between the light clouds. It was a gloomy cold day for fall was changing to winter, slowly but surely.

Finally I walked past BEARMART where earlier I had bought bread and green peppers, checking my phone for any new messages I saw a message from Ni-Chan I had ignored in the morning. Meds? What meds, I stopped taking those years ago and I've been just fine without them, Ni-Chan worries too much.

Excuse-Ahh! Thump

"Watch where you're going, don't you know not to stare at your phone for long while you're walking?" A woman yelled, she picked up her bag and looked up at me where she had fallen.

"oh.. Hana-San.. oh! Um I'm so sorry ma'am!" Putting me out of my shocked state I reached my hand out. My manager, she had come out of a hair salon as I walked pass, I didn't even notice the door open.

She grunted as she took my hand, "Misaki, where are you coming from, don't you have today off? and don't worry about it Hun." she said standing and adjusting her bag.

"I was heading home from the train station, my brother is moving away to start a proper family so I wanted to wish him farewell. Are you sure you aren't hurt?" I picked up her phone that had fell out of her bag when she fell.

"Yes I'm okay Misaki, thank you. Such a sweet boy you are. Well tell your brother I wish him well, and be careful walking out alone, I don't want to have to save you from fans again.." muttering the last part, she took back her phone, I noticed she had a scrape on the palm of her hand.

"Hana-San! You are hurt, please come to my place. I can give you a bandage and we can have some tea to make up for it, besides I didn't get to see you much yesterday after the performance." she reluctantly agreed and soon we arrived at my place where I gave her a bandage and began preparing 2 cups of tea.

"Misaki I have a question" Hana said as she took the tea from me, "uh yeah ask away." I said drinking my tea, we were both sitting on the brown sofa in my living room. My house was well decorated and clean, light blue rug laid across the cold wooden floor, a dark brown coffee table set in the center

"What happened towards the end of your performance yesterday? It's nothing big but you seemed scared for a moment before walking off stage and fell asleep in the car. You worry me sometimes Misaki." she said, sipping her tea afterwards.

"oh.. Well actually I don't remember much of yesterday, I had a horrible nightmare too. It was about that stalker and-" RING RING

Hana-Sans phone began ringing, beep. "I'm sorry it's just Kirishima please continue." she hung up the phone but before I could continue it rang again. RING RING

"ah.. Let me see what he wants" she answered the phone to Kirishima yelling franticly, it startled me because he was always so calm. Hana-San looked shocked too, her eyes widened as she hung up the phone and picked up her bag. "Thank you for the tea but something has happened back at the performance stage, please stay inside until we receive more information Misaki, we can continue chatting another time." she ran out the front door.

SHUT

Well.. that was strange, but Hana always seemed to be in a panic anyways, it was still day so I decided to watch some YouTube to pass time. Grabbing my laptop and a bag of chips I walked into my room and laid on my stomach, placing the laptop in front of me. It felt relaxing to finally get some type of rest , for the next few hours I watched videos and did karaoke as my turtle Pemmy watched from afar.

It was then when I felt like I was forgetting something, checking the time it was now 9pm. "Wow time goes by fast", I sighed. Wait. 9?! Pemmy was supposed to be fed at 8, no wonder she was out for so long, poor thing must be starving!

I quickly got up and opened a cabinet under my tv stand, looking around I realized I didn't have any turtle food left. Ugh and I just went to the store today too how could I forget, looking outside it was dark and a few street lamps were on while others didn't seem to work. I suppose I can make a quick run to the store, I could use some more snacks too.

Grabbing my coat and sliding on my shoes I said goodbye to Pemmy as I headed out the front door, while leaving the property I saw a very expensive looking red sports car parked nearby. It definitely caught my attention considering how out of place it looked compared to the regular looking cars there would usually be. Tonight though it was gloomy and lonely, it seemed so empty.

The walk to the grocery store was very refreshing, it was so quiet and the wind was fresh and welcoming. Took my mind off things, I completely forgot where I was going until I saw the familiar bright neon words, "BEARMART" following with a cute simple bear logo.

Upon entering the store it was also pretty empty, only a few customers shopping around while most were at the one cashier register that was working a night shift.

I quickly walked to the pet section where I grabbed Pemmy's regular turtle food, it was an expensive brand but my turtle supplies is the only thing I'd pay full price for. Walking towards the chips and candy I grabbed my favorite "Ducktastic" chips and headed towards the counter, but while leaving the isle a person came around from the next isle at the same time, causing us the bump into each other.

"You dumbass, watch it and apologize before I knock you with this milk asshole!" a man yelled, this time it was me on the floor looking up at him in surprise. He was average height with long brown hair to the back of his neck and light brown furious eyes, my turtles food rolling across the ground. "um, I'm sorry sir." I quietly said, why was everyone so mean when it came to these situations..? Before I could stand a very tall masculine man with black hair and navy blue eyes picked up what had fallen and helped me up, lifting me up by my arm.

"I'm sorry for my lover, here you go and I hope you aren't hurt." he said handing me my items, "I'M NOT YOUR LOVER ASSHOLE, HEY KID HE'S NOT MY LOVER YOU HEAR ME?" the man with brown hair yelled, he was so loud in such a quiet store. "um, yes, yes of course and thank you sir" I replied, I just want to get out of here and head home.. As I began to walk around them the angry man grabbed my arm and pulled me close, "wait a minute, aren't you Misaki Takahashi?" he asked, looking at me with a questionable look.

Great, a fan. I love my fans but right now was not the time, "yes that's me. Do you want an autograph or picture?" I asked, such a rude fan I had indeed. "Uh no, I only know you because my friend is friends with your brother, don't think I'm one of your little fan girls Takahashi." he retorted, letting me go he walked off with his "not lover". Sigh, what a weird man.

"well then Ni-Chan needs new friends", I thought to myself as I headed towards the cash register.

While the cashier begun scanning my food I felt a vibration from my back pocket, pulling out my cellphone it was a call from Todo. I haven't spoke to him in a while, answering the phone I heard a confetti pop with my music playing in the background. "Congrats on another amazing concert Misaki-Kun! I know it's just another concert but you worked hard and I'm sorry I couldn't attend." Todo said, he has always been such a good friend.

"It's okay Todo, and thank you so much. Don't worry about it I know you and others are supporting me the best you can and that's all that matters.", I replied, bagging up my groceries. I began making my way outside as Todo ranted about the new "The Kan" episode that I missed this morning, as I exited the store I could see a reds sports car parked outside the market.

"That's odd, I saw the same one outside my house.." my thoughts were interrupted by Todo's panicking voice.

"Misaki! Have you checked the news?! 2 people were found dead backstage of your performance, one of them was your fashion designer! You need to check it right now Misaki, call your manager too and please get home fast." Todo's panicking voice were like punches to my stomach. I felt nauseas, dead? Behind the stage I performed at last night? How did this happen.. "Misaki? Misaki are you there?" Todo worryingly said

I held my left hand to my stomach as I held my phone with the right, I felt as if I was going to vomit. This can't be happening..

SHUT

"yes Todo um I'm sorry, can I call you back in a bit? I don't feel so well." I blurted out

"of course Misaki, but please don't forget to stay safe, call an uber or driver if you need to. Whoever did it isn't to be trusted around you.."

Tap Tap, Tap Tap

I heard footsteps behind me, I turned my head slightly behind me. Reds sports car, tall man. Purple eyes, right behind me, not even a few feet away.

"Call me back when you ca-" clank

My body froze as I dropped my phone, hand still on my stomach I dropped the bags that were rested on my arm. I couldn't move, he just stared at me. His breath so close I could hear it, before I could process anything his gloved hand covered my mouth and nose with a cloth and soon everything went blurry before going black.

Perfect timing Misaki, picking up the phone from the ground I hung up and shoved it in my pocket as I dragged the love of my life into the backseat of my red sports car.

I drove the opposite direction of my penthouse and threw the phone out the window into the highway before turning back and heading home, home sweet home.

For the both of us.
