Just as the fourth decade passed, Mahoutokoro, the Japanese magical institute, and the nearby island populous settled into various magical townships, and small cities, reported successful progress of the modified plants reducing the radiation pollution in the region around the Fukushima Power Plant and much further out.

Out in the water, the new seabeds and even the riverbeds of the Fukushima Prefecture region and the surrounding area were now covered in a healthy number of the radiation absorbing plants, each glowing in the darkness by giving off a warm glow.

Even the plants around the power plant glowed a heavy fluorescent warm light, setting the entire place to sparkle alive in a unique colouring only ever closely represented in the film, Avatar, by renowned Director and Filmmaker James Cameron.

Much like plant life from the film at night, the plants from the modified seeds had gained similar capabilities after absorbing the radiation seeped into the environment, which just happened to mutate their growth process to accept such alterations.

Many plants had in fact grown to the size of large trees with thick branches extending far and wide than considered normal, yet they melded perfectly into the growing fields of wild nature.

The Reconstruction and Dismantling Departments of the Magi Terran Government had long removed the power plant from the area, stopping any further contamination, yet it quickly became the haven for the magical luminescent plants and trees, shaping into a unique alien forest of its own.

Seeing value in the magical luminescent plant life, most of the Fukushima Prefecture and the surrounding lands were thoroughly dismantled, only to be left for nature to reclaim.

Only a handful of historically valued buildings were left standing with plenty of parkland around them for visitors to roam around as they wish.

In the rare few cases, some parts were claimed by the local magical populous to either further extend their range of the settlement or turn the place into a government office as pillar of order for their community.

On the other hand, the Forestation and Nature Preserve Department raced around like headless chickens to spread out the trees and plants as far and wide they could, gaining a lot of supporting from the scouting teams.

Even if the work nowadays for the scouting teams wasn't comparable to what they'd achieved during the earlier years of their conception, they were still instrumental in traversing the globe to places long left alone or undercovering hidden locations under ancient protections to ward away visitors.

Ancient cities like London, Rome, Athens, and Constantinople had far too much history hidden away in chambers and lost tombs buried deep into the ground, at times in large intricate underground cathedrals.

It was all uncovered by the diligent scouting teams, heavily inspecting each location with a securitizing eye before moving on to the next site.

The scouting teams ensured the history and artifacts remained untouched and safe for transport, before professionals were called for to assess the goods and location to see what value they held in the past and what they could be used for now.

Majority of the time, preserving history trumped its destruction or removal from the land that'd assured its creation.

As such construction teams had built a facility that kept everything safely stored away, not just to prevent it from being damaged or stolen, but also for viewing in the museum built off to the side from the building.

This meant most mundane cities and towns around the world were dismantled and returned to natures embrace if they had nothing of historical note for preservation to save the site.

For a lot of large settlements with nothing of note saw their historical sites moving to the facility in London.

The United States of America saw a large amount of its landmass returning to nature as very few places were preserved for historical purposes.

Other than those in select remote areas, combined with the few larger mundane settlements, all of the rest was moved to the Historical Sites & Artifacts Facility & Museum.

What was saved had been made ready for magical settlements to take root and possibly establish a new farming industry to serve the people.

Food production and in general, the agricultural industry of the Terra Empire had secured land across the world to manage the demands set by the current populous.

Of course, they were scaling up production to meet projected future demand requirements, however they struggled to meet the labour force needed to ensure production wasn't affected.

The Magi Council left to oversee the government and report directly to Harry as their High King, chose to invest heavily into creating crops with greater yields and stronger characteristics to survive in all sorts of climates.

Making full use of the Research and Development Department, organised by Harry and 'contracted' to the government, allowed the Magi Council to gain their assistance on the matter of greater crop yields.

It wasn't long before they found plenty of solutions to the current problems plaguing the Magi Council, such as crops requiring far less water for their grow, while others brought large yields of acceptable crop yields, but needed more water as a counterbalance to the changes.

Eventually, they were able to create the perfect seeds needed for large, high-quality crops, produced with minimal water for their management.

Similarly, artifacts were created to ensure the crops weren't damaged during transport or ruined from a sudden distribution to the network.

So far everything was managed through the Wolves organised by one of the many Alphas under Daniel, moving the crops via Portkeys, either through specific equipment ensured to last beyond one time uses, or by their modified and heavily enchanted vehicles.

Most preferred to ride enchanted motorbikes, after a couple mundane-born wizards and witches rode their own through various settlements, but a few had heavy duty vehicles and much enjoyed the added security they provided on the roads.

Over the last few decades, roads all over the world underwent a unique change to keep up with the developments in society, largely due to leading edge Magi-Tech being introduced to the market.

In this case, taking inspiration from a mundane creation by rural scientists, modular solar panels the size of a street 'STOP' sign had gone into mass production after receiving a magical upgrade to draw larger sums of energy from the sun's rays as they bared down on earth.

Not only that, they were smaller in size, but capable of storing much more power, as it was sent through the underground powerlines reinforced by magic to ensure they didn't crumble away over time or faulter.

The power generated from the modular solar panels brought plenty of energy for the magical settlements around the world to draw upon, as they aided in the generation of magical energy available for appliances to capitalise upon.

Harry hadn't figured out a method to release the charged magical energy from conversion of electrical energy into the atmosphere without it dissipating into nothing, yet it didn't stop him from storing away plenty of excess energy for later use or experimentation.

As such, Harry spent the minimum time possible involving himself in the day-to-day life of the Terra Empire, leaving the government to manage the citizens who'd long respected him as their High King, while he worked on projects to improve their lives.

Even if he acted very little publicly, Harry constantly worked to improve the conditions of the new magical world he'd found himself at the centre of, while overseeing the reduction of radiation contamination damage left behind from the War to End All.

Besides working on various projects issued by the R&D Department or created himself, plenty of novelty items were made and even put into production if deemed worthy of use for society.

However, he much preferred focusing on his magical studies to improve his own skills and at times, learning about magic's greater applications.

For the past dozen or so years, he'd studied mundane subjects along with magical fields to not just improve his own pool of knowledge, but to understand Magic to a deeper state for greater control over his power.

This also drew most of his attention into projects like the perpetual magical generator engine, and portable water storage units, both of which were vital for the progress of the world and society at large.

However, part of his time and efforts were absorbed by the effects left behind by the bonding with the Deathly Hallows artifacts.

They shot Harry's fine control to absolute shit, leaving the wizard to diligently train endlessly to grasp his strength over his magiks, as he was taught by the educators personally chosen by Lady Death.

Unfortunately, the gifts handed to the three Peverell brothers, the very same in Harry's hands, had altered his magiks in a way he'd yet to understand but deeper studies over the decades into various subjects helped improve his understanding over such matters.

Delving into mundane fields gave Harry the chance to experience his magiks by comparing it against the past form to its current state, leaving the pros and cons to be assessed.

Over the years, several noticeable changes he'd found to his magiks allowed for its use in the proximity of technology without frying the electronics or causing sudden combustion by the different frequencies emitted naturally by the two energy types.

He'd found there wasn't the typical strain on his mental, bodily, and spiritual strength to wield the power from Death's Domains, as it could be controlled to an extent due to the Deathly Hallows alterations.

Unfortunately, Harry wasn't able to wield his magiks and combine it with the power drawn from Death's Domain, even if there was synergy between the two energies, however his body wasn't strong enough to sustain the two sources as once for long.

He'd tested it once and stopped barely moments before the toll on his body could truly take effect, yet it was enough to stun Harry solid, and leave him utterly worn out physically by the act.

To see if he could utilise both energies without it straining his body and mind, a lot of time went into researching magical languages and systems utilised by ancient civilisations before the Roman Empyreal System of Wands went into effect across the world.

Even now, most people used wands to help wield their own magic and focus it through a medium, however using a different tool, such as bracelets, rings, and other such items one can wear, it still was possible to wield magic, but it meant a different system.

Though it wasn't difficult to incorporate parts of another system with another if the magical being is educated in their styles, intent, and language at the very least.

So, creating a whole new system of magic that utilised Wandless and Foci Magic, allowing Harry to draw on power from Death's Domain as well as his own magiks without destroying his body, began to take up most of the emerald eyed wizard's time.

.

It all started with learning about magical languages and the effects each posed when chanted and not, while testing the very same with and without a Foci.

Harry recruited ancient language experts and linguistic academics to support his private project, working alongside his personal Research and Development team.

They all managed part of the brunt work and performed an analysis of the system's possible application to a wider audience of users, if it were to ever reach the hands of the masses.

Through their support, Harry began testing the magical system leading into the last years of the end of the fourth decade he'd spent as part of this world.

It meant he was near the halfway point left of the blessing Lady Death, laid across the world to save it from the radiation contamination before it expired in another six decades time.

For Harry, this simply meant he had plenty of spare time to focus on other projects on his mind and filed away in his private office, ready for his attention, just as his native version of this world had asked of him in the letter left behind with Gringotts Bank.

Reports also stated the contamination left behind by radiation had greatly lessened, as had the recovery of nature as it took back plenty of land across the world, as mundane cities were stripped away to nothing.

Advised that the recovery schedule for earth was moving faster along, Harry only saw it fit to spend some of his time understanding how to build his language for the Magic System.

Figuring out how other ancient languages could mix and match with others to form new spells, different but similar to those employed currently with either greater control, or power depending on the spell, had become just a small part of Harry's research into developing the Magic System.

Such complicated and precise work only became easier and slightly more streamlined with Oliver's magical computers with faster processors, among other things, that couldn't be matched by the mundane world in the past, for at least a century or more.

.

Most modern mundane computers by the time of the War to End All were nothing more than scrap left to rust until Oliver gathered them all together through the scouting teams and started their reconstruction into magic compatible machines.

Bill 'William' Weasley, spent much of his time assisting Oliver in his work developing the runes to insulate electronics from magical energy before moving onto developing the magical operating system for the magical computers.

Ever since he'd joined Oliver, Bill found the work pleasant and soothing that he underwent further education at Hogwarts to understand everything regarding computers, electronics, physics, mathematics and so much more to know all that was mundane.

In just a few months, Bill began to showcase the efforts of his labour by creating solid and enchanted computer components, ensuring they operated without fault, remaining cool if they heated up.

For those components known to heavily generate heat, Bill redirected more of the cooling runes to help the computer run at its peak, without any chances of it running the systems ragged till it all crashes horribly.

His work was made easier as the first computers started to spread out among the schooling institutes before entering the public market, and plenty of feedback from the users led to further improvements.

Of course, the first iterations weren't exactly magical computers, but rather mundane type computers with magical runes and enchantments to improve the processing and computational powers without melting away from the excess heat or breakdown from the operational tasks.

Since very few people were utilising the first generation of magical immune computers besides students, it wasn't until a few ambitious and newly formed businesses tried their hand at mundane technology with a magical twist to aid in their business operations.

As it could connect easily with the internet and power itself from either electricity or magical energy, there wasn't any issues in regards to a constant power source.

Over the years however, the group saw significant progress in the computer variants created and sold on the market, with only the most advance and experimental computer systems kept securely in the grasp of the project teams.

Eventually though, Oliver realised the exact requirements for a magical computer, capable of functions already covered by products on the market, but far greater and specific to magical fields.

Though only a few ever chose to accept and use the magical computers for personal means, expect for the generation who grew up with the abundant magical technology now sold and freely operated by a large portion of the magical society.

All of which revived the Ancient House of Weasley to heights never ever reached previously, economically, as the Hjarkdun Bank, Kelbar's Financial Institute, and Gringotts Bank became overrun with the family's wealth, leaving the bankers grinning madly.

.

Harry happened to be one of the few making full use of several newly released magical computers personally made by Oliver's brightest constructors and engineers before the MagTech Wolf got involved in the crafting process to make sure nothing went wrong.

After all the computers were going to be used by Harry personally, so Oliver oversaw how his team saw to their build before calling on an Aelflyn to deliver the items.

Oliver further got involved to set up a network between the computers, increasing the processing output and computational speeds to a level very few computers could reach around the Empire, unless they were utilised for heavily automated operations.

For the emerald eyed wizard however, they helped his unique Magic System become a reality, combining ancient languages, magical intent, arithmancy mathematical equations, and far much more.

At the same time, Harry's strength grew as he came to truly wield the new Magic System, since it meant he could freely use power drawn from Death's Domain and his own magiks without imploding his body, or the surroundings.

'Eldr Egrof Kolasis' a spell binding Ancient Greek, Norse, and part of Harry's own magical language he'd developed during his studies, to create a controlled variant of Fiendfyre, one that wouldn't challenge or overpower the will of the magical user.

The power behind the magical fire came from the magical being's willpower to keep it steady and intent to ensure the forged fire did as required.

Magical computers ran their own simulations, testing different mathematical outputs to best understand the correct application of the spells without overloading or straining the user's magical core.

They were right to an extent, however Harry was a unique wizard, which meant he had to, more often than not, adjust the spells to match his magical core strength and power.

Though such a task wasn't ever a burden for Harry as he rather enjoyed the development of the project into its current state, as it wasn't accomplished overnight, but through strenuous hard work.

.

Eventually, the results of the project were introduced to students across all the magical institutions around the world, so the youth could grow magically and understand all the different Magic Systems used by magical beings, now and throughout history.

As part of Linguistic Studies and Magic, the subject was taught from a young age, until the very end of high school education, after which a student was more than capable of further higher education.

By the time the magic system Harry named the Erebus Magic System became part of the Terran Empire's society, over a hundred years had passed and the world had changed significantly over the years, more so with magic returned to the world.

He'd achieved the feat around the eighth decade to pass by, as the magical energy around the globe reached its lowest levels, with mass migration of magical creatures and beings from certain regions of the world to settlements as they had the largest gathering of charged magical energy in the air.

Otherwise, they headed towards lands with higher magical dense environments to continue surviving another day.

The bioluminescent plant life developed by Harry's R&D team to combat against radiation contamination became instrumental in returning magical energy to the earth after converting the absorbed radiation.

However, it only came about after Harry ended up on the ancient island of Avalon, a hidden isle off the coast of Britain, safely kept hidden away from non-magical and magical society.

It'd been discovered after Harry found Atlantis, the hidden continent island, much like Australia, was surrounded by sea, and kept heavily secure by magical wards to keep the land hidden.

The safety of the ancient land and the surrounding smaller island, stopped humanity from leading themselves down a path of destruction, more so than they already were destroyed.

As the knowledge of the ancient civilization wasn't anything to scoff at, even if it was developed long ago in a different era.

From Atlas, Harry travelled into the unknown open sea until incredibly strong wards tried to repel him away, but the wizard dressed in the finest magical armour forged by his own hands, all equipped with his Ancient Peverell armour, had trained himself over the years to not faulter in such a situation.

Pushing through and making landfall, it'd taken close to a dozen hours to find the wardstone powering the runes for the wards currently keeping the island hidden away.

Only when he'd connected his magic to the wardstone, a rush of information pertaining to the lands once held by the Atlantean Empire entered into his mind, including the authority over the properties, while his magic exerted itself and took ownership of the land.

The Atlantis continent became the ideal centre for the next expansion of a magical society from the known continents of the world, but only after all the ancient treasures and knowledge were safely found and secured.

Using his spare time to read through the stacks of priceless knowledge left behind by the Atlantean Empire led to the discovery of the Pendragon Lineage originating from the Atlantean Royal Family itself.

The House had formed from a Second Son of a former Atlantean Emperor many centuries ago, helping the Pendragon House secure itself as one of the Lealest supporters of the Royal Family.

In the final days of the Atlantean Empire, they'd sent a portion of the family to the land known by the world as Avalon, where they'd kept themselves alive, until they moved from the hidden isle for other lands as they heard nothing from the Empire.

Sadly, the last of their House died with the end of Arthur and Modred Pendragon, until Harry learnt from Ragnok, the King of the Goblin Nation, that the bloodline still existed through the House of Gryffindor and Potter, by daughters and an unknown son marrying into the two Ancient Houses.

This made his journey to Avalon much easier as the spirit of the land accepted his magic and allowed his activities across the isle to continue without much interference.

Only his visit during the eighth decade to deal with magic's revival led to a special journey deep into the magical forest of Avalon to see the Ancient Sacred Tree of Atkaye.

Records found hidden away at the Atlantean Royal Residence stated the Ancient Sacred Tree sprouted from a seed gifted by the original just as the Atlantis continent saw the rapid death of its people.

Harry's own trip to Atlantis to find the original tree wasn't fruitful, so he'd moved onto Avalon, having already seen it spread out from the peaks of the vast forest treetops.

It wasn't more than a day's hike to the tree before Harry found himself stopped in front of the pulsating tree of magical energy, sensing its strain and struggle to continue meeting the supply called on by the earth.

Harry closely examined the tree by sending a surge of magical energy to his eyes, activating his Mage Sight to notice the Ancient Sacred Tree of Atkaye was trying to draw on his magical energy discharged by the wardstone of the isle.

After spending some more time investigating the wardstone and magic of the Ancient Sacred Tree of Atkaye, Harry concluded neither could identity the other source, meaning they weren't working together but rather against in protecting the hidden isle.

As such, Harry smeared his blood onto the tree trunk of the Ancient Sacred Tree of Atkaye and pushed out his magic into the trunk, to blend his magiks with the pulsating energy from the tree until he felt a sudden rush of power sent to his mind, body, and spirit like never before.

His senses were heightened to the extreme, as the world overloaded his mind with everything from the grass blowing in the wind to the insects moving and animals moving about their day.

Though such senses quickly numbed out and went silent as the power of a higher being cleared away the pressure on his mind by the sudden bond with the tree.

Just then the voice of the higher being made itself known as Lady Magic, a being he'd dealt with in the past at Lady Death's discretion.

She accepted his desire to allow his magic to bind with the Ancient Sacred Tree of Atkaye, her past form as the Atlantean Goddess of Magic.

It acted much like a focus and generator engine, allowing the tree to not only absorb Harry's magical energy and note its signature, but cleanse it and 'synthesise' to spread back into the earth.

Not just that, the magical energy went out into the atmosphere, plant life, water, and more but not at the speeds Harry found acceptable, which Lady Magic appreciated.

She'd actually believed in the past that there wasn't a chance magic would return, yet Harry had proven her wrong, a fact few could ever hold over her.

But even now, such acts didn't mean she would advert some of her attention to repair the world, even if Harry's method of allowing the Ancient Sacred Tree of Atkaye to draw on his magical energy reserves would eventually consume his strength.

What Lady Magic never suspected was Harry's affinity for nature, a gift and passion he developed through Neville, an old friend he considered a blood brother.

.

When Harry returned to find himself before the gigantic tree trunk, kneeling in front of the majestic feat of nature, he'd sensed the new life present in the tree, pulsating at the same frequency as his magic.

'You are now the source of this world's magic, as it'd become the fuel to sustain your engine.

But beware… the power you now wield may become far greater than you could have ever imagined if you're not careful.'

With those words said, Lady Magic disappeared and left behind a confused but accepting Harry who returned to Atlas and eventually Hogwarts with plenty of good news that leaded into the last two decades of Lady Death's blessing.

But not before Harry found through his bond with the Tree of Atkaye a connection to the bioluminescent plant life designed to combat radiation, had accelerated a slight modification to transformation the absorbed reserves of radiation into magical energy to spread out into the environment.

Therefore, seeds of the bioluminescent plants spread out across the world in mass droves, expanding Harry's web of magical energy through the Tree of Atkaye.

While this meant more of a draw on his magical energy reserves daily, Harry's magical core began to strengthen to unseen heights to manage the draw of power.

New tree roots of Atkaye also sprouted around the world, as the tree back on Avalon released plenty of new seeds of its own.

They were planted in various locations around the world, but selectively closer to magical society centres, yet warded to not be easily interacted with or effected by those exuding ill intent, so they could populous regions were deprived of magical energy as they had in the previous few decades.

By the time Death's blessing ended, Harry's magical energy reached all over the world through the Ancient Sacred Trees of Atkaye, rejuvenating nature and animal life, while his own magical core expanded to whole new level.

Through magical body meditation and tempering via ritualistic magic allowed Harry to compress his magical core to a size that it wasn't considered unnatural or dangerous anymore of harming his magiks.

His magical energy grew heavier and far more proactive than ever before that it required a couple months of secluded training to fully tame, though there were the odd moments it became a little unhinged.

Afterwards Harry returned to Hogwarts and began to involve himself more in the development of the Magi World Government to see its progress, while spending more time with the last friends and family he knew to be alive in this world.

Before long, weeks turned into months and then years out of the blue until Harry found himself at the funeral of the last friend from the native version's life.

Both Delacour sisters had passed away due to their old age, with only the Weasley brothers exceeding them by a decade until they moved onto the afterlife as well.

At Charlie's funeral, one which had hundreds of people in attendance, became marked as Harry's last appearance in society for quite some time.

Making the necessary preparations to leave everything behind for a while, Milly and a number of others gathered everything they believed necessary to travel with their High King.

In the case of Milly and many of her brethren, none felt it wise to let Harry leave on his own, especially after all he had done to give them a new life and existence.

Others of their kind were staying behind to ensure his will and intent for the world remained true until his return but for those going along, they were to serve the High King with honour, glory, and loyalty.

As such they found themselves placed in stasis, only after drinking the draught of living death, after which Harry transfigured them into coins and moved each into an expanded chest, sealed away in one of his pocket dimensions linked to the soul.

The Aelflyn weren't the only species to give their support to Harry, as such the Aelflyn in the expanded chest weren't alone for the ride with Harry.

The Magi Council also felt it was wise to send the best and brightest of each species to help their High King in any endeavour he wished to take.

As such, Harry left with his own support as he walked through the veil at the Ministry of Magical Britain.
