Eisenwald Courtyard: Kageyama vs Erigor

Romeo and Kageyama faced off against Dosu and Erigor; however, the Reaper of Eisenwald didn't want any distractions when it came to teaching his former ally a lesson. As such, wind began to spiral around his hands.

"Kageyama, if you want to join those Fairy Flies, then you can die like they will." Erigor declared. "Dosu, prove your guild's worth and get that brat out of here." He glared at his former member. "He's all mine."

"With pleasure." Dosu stated.

"You want to turn this into one on ones?" Romeo smirked. "Fine by me." He turned to run. "Try to keep up."

He ran and Dosu charged after him.

"Wait!" Kage yelled. "Erza will have my head if…"

"Magic Wind Palm!" Erigor declared.

Before Kageyama could give chase, Erigor shot his wind into him. The resulting wind knocked the shadow user off his feet and into a nearby wall.

A purple magic circle appeared beneath Erigor. "Wind Wall!"

A tornado spread out and passed over Kageyama until the courtyard was covered.

"Damn it! I'll just need to hope that kid can hold his own; otherwise, Titania will have my head." Kageyama stood and faced his old ace determined. "Alright Erigor, it's just you and I."

"Someone actually grew a backbone, didn't they?" Erigor lifted into the air with a smirk. "While not as cowardly as Karaka, you always were the overly cautious type."

"You could say my eyes have been opened to the truth." Kage retorted. "In short, I could spout a lot of nonsense, but the fact is that god and demon you want to bring about are beings you could never control.

They'd kill you just like anyone else. Quite frankly, I don't want to die whimpering in the corner. If I'm going to die, I'll die knowing I fought to the bitter end. That's how I'll choose to live from now on."

"If your wish is to die…" Erigor held out a hand. "…I'll be glad to oblige."

"Shadow Form!" Kage declared.

Erigor let loose his destructive wind kicking up dust and debris. When it cleared, Kageyama was nowhere to be seen. That's because he'd turned into a shadow version of himself enabling him to slip around Erigor.

Kage then changed back to normal as a purple magic circle appeared. "Knuckle Shadow!"

Erigor immediately turned around and launched higher into the air avoiding the knuckles before holding out his hand. "Storm Bringer!"

A much smaller tornado appeared around Kageyama picking him up. The wind cut into the former Dark Mage eliciting screams of pain. He was then shot out and slammed into the barrier which cut into his back. The Shadow Mage screamed in agony before collapsing to the ground.

"Look at where all your bravado got you, Kageyama." Erigor landed and laughed. "You never could best me before, and you most certainly won't do it now. Your fate was sealed the moment you betrayed me."

"Dad, I don't understand…"

Flashback: Forest…

A child Kageyama stood across from a man with unkempt, raven hair, black eyes, and broad nose. He wore a high-collared, black Uchiha outfit along with a tanto strapped to the right side of the back of his shoulder.

"Dad, I don't understand." Kage stated. "Why can't I use mom's magic or have your eyes? Why am I restricted?"

"Honestly, I'm not sure Kage." The man stated. "Normally, the Sharingan is received due to experiencing a powerful emotion regarding someone you're close to. Shadow Destruction Magic, on the other hand, has no real requirements."

Kage looked at the ground. "Then, maybe I'm just a failure of a son."

The man rubbed his son's head with a smile. "No, you could never be a failure." Kage looked up at him. "If anything, you're a prodigy. You have the strength of your mother, yet the drive of your father. Never forget that."

"Still, why is this so hard?" Kageyama asked while looking off to the side.

"Well, I haven't met many people from my world…let alone another Uchiha. That said, perhaps it has to do with the way magic functions." The man theorized. "I'm not your average Uchiha, but you're even less so without growing from it.

You aren't burdened by the Curse of Hatred every Uchiha must deal with, so perhaps that is a sign." The man stood. "You know what I think? I think your power will manifest much like how your mothers did."

"So, you think the powers are already inside of me, yet I must need it to get it?" Kage asked.

"Well, it would explain why the doctors say you have dormant magic that we haven't been able to draw out." The man patted his head. "Sorry son. It's likely that my eyes suppressed your power while the power changed the suppression."

"I see…" Kageyama was dejected. "All I've ever wanted was to be strong like you are and mom was. How can I do that if my own power is suppressing itself?"

The man knelt before his son and put his hands on his shoulder with a smile. "Kage, you'll become an incredible Mage one day. Even if your powers never manifest, I will always believe that."

Present

Shadow energy began to flow around Kageyama as he rose to his feet with his eyes closed.

"Seems as though you still got some fight in you." Erigor chuckled. "That's good because it means I can continue to…"

"Shut up." Kage stated quietly.

"Hm, what was that?" Erigor asked.

"I said…" He opened his eyes to reveal crimson red eyes with one tomoe each. "…Shut up Erigor!" The shadows whipped around Kage as a pitch-black magic circle appeared underneath him. "Shadow Destruction: Knight Mode!"

The shadows formed into a pitch black, medieval suit of armor that completely covered Kage while leaving his crimson red eyes still visible.

"What?" Erigor was shocked. "This pressure…"

Kage shot his fist forward slamming it into Erigor's face. The Wind Mage was sent flying, but he managed to right himself in midair before glaring down at Kage.

"That strength." Erigor was shocked. "What is this?"

Kageyama held out his right hand. "Shadow Destruction: Shadow Bomb!"

Shadows accumulated around Erigor who held out his own hand. "Wind Barrier!" Wind gathered and managed to block the darkness. "It seems I've underestimated your power. What's say we get serious now?" Erigor spun his scythe. "Storm Mail!"

Wind completely covered Erigor to where the person was just an outline within.

Kage stood his ground and held his hands as though they were gripping a sphere. "Shadow Sphere!"

A sphere of darkness manifested in between his hands and began to grow.

"Here I come!" Erigor declared.

Erigor flew straight at Kage who held his sphere out, and they clashed. The ace of Eisenwald began to push Kage towards the barrier, and his suit would only protect him for so long.

"I need more power to my attack!" Kage's eyes hardened as he was constantly pushed. "Shadow Destruction: Darkness Conversion!"

The armor around Kageyama turned back into shadows and flowed into the sphere increasing its size and power. This slowed Erigor down until they stood just at the edge of the Wind Wall. Kage gave a mighty yell as he pushed his attack forward.

In an instant, both magic canceled each other out leaving Erigor floating there in shock. "Impossible."

Kage wasn't nearly as stunned as a pitch-black circle washed over his right arm. "Shadow Destruction: Devastation Fist!"

He upper cut Erigor sending him crashing to the ground. Kage then stared at a now unconscious Erigor before sighing as his eyes returned to normal.

"Those spells of mom's and dad's eyes are draining." Kage walked past his former ace a couple of feet before falling to his knees. "I need a breather."

Dead Forest: Romeo vs Dosu?

Once they were outside Eisenwald's courtyard, Romeo turned and took a deep breath. "Earth God's Bellow!"

The black earth shot forth from Romeo's mouth heading straight for the oncoming Dosu. The sound user stopped and thrust his arm forward while purple magic circles appeared on his amplifiers. Sound was emitted which softened the oncoming attack before it hit him.

He was still pushed back though. Romeo immediately charged him as an earth brown magic circle appeared in the palms of his hands. Dosu prepared to punch Romeo only for the God Slayer to pivot off his right avoiding the punch and ending up behind the sound user.

Before he could turn, Romeo laid his hands on the amplifiers. "Earth God's Resounding Reverberation!"

Black earth came from his palms with such force that it crushed the amplifiers before Dosu managed to spin around and deal a powerful kick knocking him away. Romeo caught the ground with his right hand and flipped to his feet.

The god slayer smirked. "Kakashi warned me about your amplifiers, and we quickly concluded that this was holder magic. That means, without the needed item, you can't use your magic."

Dosu removed the amplifiers. "Your God Slaying Magic is impressive, and you fight well for someone so young." He began clenching his fist. "That said, I believe you are merely assuming I am a Holder Mage when I never told you as such."

"What?" Romeo asked.

"Orochimaru never seemed to catch onto the truth." Dosu stated. "At least, he never seemed to get that Dosu was no more."

"Y-you're Dosu though." Romeo stated unsure of himself.

"Am I?" 'Dosu questioned.

He was obscured by white smoke, but once it cleared, he was revealed to be a fair-skinned man with spiky, black hair tied in a ponytail. He wore a blue shirt with the Uchiha crest and blue pants. On his waist, he carried a katana.

"W-What?" Romeo asked. "Who are you?"

"Perhaps my guild's symbol will give you a clue." The man declared as he turned around.

Romeo saw the crest of the Uchiha Clan and knew he was in trouble. The Uchiha Clan was a Dark Guild, one of the four leading members of the Balam Alliance, and comprised of Shinobi from the Elemental Nations.

"My name is Izuna Uchiha." Izuna declared firmly. "I am the head of the Uchiha Clan."

Romeo stepped back. He wanted to be brave, but the Uchiha Clan was a well-known part of the Balam Alliance. Some of the more well-known ones gave S Class Wizards trouble.

"What are you going to do with me?" Romeo asked.

"I will take you back to my guild where your magic will be extracted and given to another." Izuna replied. "In short, you will die."

This was worse than his father because at least there was still a chance to find Macao. Even if Romeo fought, he wasn't certain he could hold this guy off. Still, he recalled how devastated the guild was when they learned Macao was gone.

That was enough to make Romeo stand his ground. "I won't be going anywhere with you." He stepped forward and put his hands up. "I am a member of Fairy Tail, and that is where I'll stay."

Izuna vanished from Romeo's sight only to appear before him aiming a punch at the top of his head with enough force to knock him out. Romeo could only watch it happen as it was all so fast that he couldn't even mount a defense.

Before his fist reached Romeo, a new figure appeared beside Izuna and punched him with all their might, sending the Shinobi tumbling along the ground. He managed to catch the ground and skid along it before coming to a stop.

It was the man who'd been watching from atop a tree branch. He had shaggy, greyish-brown hair, gray eyes, and purple markings. His attire consisted of a celestial blue no sleeved shirt with matching pants, celestial blue with yellow accented trench coat, and a celestial yellow scarf.

"Stay back and observe." The new man stated as he stepped forward. "You did well, but when this gets serious, he's out of your league."

He walked towards the Uchiha while cracking his knuckles.

"Who are you?" Izuna asked.

"My name is Sukea." The dharma wheel comprised of the 13 large versions of the gold zodiac keys disappeared. "I will be your opponent."

"That look in his eyes is of hatred towards me, yet I do not recognize him." Izuna spit up some blood causing his opponent to stop. "I don't know what magic you have, but I can sense you are power. I will take you back as well to siphon it for another."

"I won't let that happen." Sukea declared.

"Is that so?" Izuna asked. "Well, it seems you are not of this world, so let me ask you a question. Have you heard of the religion called Astrolism? It's been the main religion of this world for 400 years. It states that everything was created by three titans.

The proprietor Sirus created the following two in Sigma and Titian. The sun and the moon. They were tasked with breathing life into this world. No one knows if this is true; however, I'm inclined to believe it because I was chosen to access the power of these gods."

"Interesting story, but it doesn't matter." Sukea declared. "As an old friend would say, I'm still going to kick your ass."

Izuna drew his sword and sped at Sukea who merely dodged to the right, grabbed the handle, and flung it off into the woods. "No weapons."

He fell to his hands and spun on them kicking Izuna back.

Before he hit the ground, Izuna caught himself and closed his eyes."Sharingan!"

He opened his eyes revealing a tricolored Sharingan consisting of a shimmering gold, sun red, and night blue. Three tomoe were displayed in each eye. He then charged at Sukea faster than before.

"Titian's Strength!" Izuna charged at Sukea who merely dodged every strike. "Why can't I hit you?"

"It's because I'm faster than you." Sukea declared. "Celestial Dragon Art: Leo's Eta Claw!"

Sukea's feet and hands became cloaked in celestial blue energy, with yellow stars, forming claws. He used them to rapidly combo into Izuna before ending it with a back flip which sent his foot into the Uchiha's chin knocking him back.

"This is no normal opponent." Izuna was quick to get up and study his opponent. "Celestial Spirit and Dragon Slayer Magic. Just who is this guy beyond his name?"

"Is this really all you got?" Sukea asked. "I expected better of the brother of Madara."

"Whoa, that Sukea guy is amazing." Romeo was gawking. "I'm unable to keep up with either of them, but he's making Izuna seem like a common citizen."

"I only have a third of the equation up." Izuna declared. "Sigma's Speed!"

The ground cracked around the Uchiha as he blitzed forward heading straight for Sukea. The two began fighting it out with pure Taijutsu as every one of Izuna's strikes were met by a mirror image from Sukea.

The dragon slayer eventually flipped back landing a powerful crescent kick which sent Izuna stumbling. The Uchiha rushed forward only for Sukea to catch his punch. The two of them then stared each other down.

"Celestial Dragon Art: Gemini!" Sukea declared.

A second Sukea appeared behind the original before coming around and delivering a powerful punch to Izuna's jaw.

Izuna was sent reeling before he glared at the two of them. "You can duplicate yourself, and that didn't feel like any clone I've seen to boot."

"That's because the Celestial Spirit Gemini is more than a mere clone." Sukea answered. "Allow me to show you."

They both charged at Izuna and began to overwhelm him. He'd block or dodge one only for the other to kick or punch him. The Uchiha eventually managed to block Sukea before kicking him back.

Gemini had been coming up behind him, but Izuna turned to greet him. "Sigma Destruction!"

A fire red magic circle appeared on his hand, and he shoved it into Gemini's chest causing an explosion which knocked the copy away.

"Gemini, return!" Sukea declared. "You certainly are strong, but I think we both know who'll come out of this worse for wear."

Izuna growled. "It doesn't matter how bad I may look because this battle is far from over."

"I agree." Sukea declared. "Celestial Dragon Art: Aries' Wool Bomb!" Pink wool obscured Sukea from sight. "Celestial Dragon Art: Virgo Style!"

The wool cleared to reveal that Sukea was gone.

"Damn it, where did he go?" Izuna asked himself as he scanned his environment."

"Yeah, where did he go?" Romeo questioned. "Why is the ground shaking?"

Sukea came up out of the ground uppercutting Izuna into the air.

"Celestial Dragon Art: Scorpio's Pillar!" Sukea declared as he slammed his hands on the ground causing a pillar of celestial blue sand with yellow stars to shoot up from the ground further launching Izuna into the air.

"Celestial Dragon Art: Libra Gravity Shift!" Sukea ascended into the air above the Uchiha before flipping around and holding out his fist. "Now, for the final act. Celestial Dragon Art: Aquarius Meteor!"

A huge sphere of water shot down at Izuna sending him hurtling into the ground hard. Sukea landed across from him.

"Whoa, that guy is amazing!" Romeo commented.

"Unless you want me to keep putting you in the ground, I suggest you get out of my sight." Sukea declared.

The Celestial Dragon Slayer turned his back on Izuna and that infuriated him. It was a sign of disrespect that his opponent didn't even find him worthy enough to end. The Uchiha would not stand for that as he slowly rose while preparing the final third.

"Stop!" Izuna yelled causing Sukea to look back at him. "My name is Izuna Uchiha, and in my brother's place, I lead any Uchiha that find their way here. That is why I refuse to let it end like this. We lost one world, so I shall deliver onto them another!"

"You should have stayed down or ran." Sukea commented as he turned to face him.

"My power surpasses all!" Izuna declared as gold, blue, and red magic flowed around him. "Sirius' Power!"

"The pressure coming off him is insane." Romeo thought shocked. "I didn't stand a chance."

Izuna's blue clothing turned golden, his eyes became red alone while glowing brilliantly, and his hair became blue. Sukea maintained a calm, composed attitude, but his stance became firmer. The Uchiha charged, and they began another bout of Taijutsu faster than before.

Eventually, the Uchiha ducked under one of Sukea's punches before slamming a fist into his gut and sending the Celestial Dragon Slayer soaring into the air. He jumped after him cracking the ground upon leaving it. As Sukea faced the ground, Izuna wrapped his limbs all around him.

They sped down toward the ground as blue magic encompassed them in the image of a spear, and Izuna called out, "Titan Spear!"

"Celestial Dragon Art: Libra Gravity Shift!" Sukea declared.

The celestial blue magic circle appeared on the ground as the gravity magic did its best to slow their descent. The impact was still enough to create an explosion which pushed Romeo back. He managed to flip midair and land. He looked and saw Sukea rising to his feet across from Izuna.

"He who reigns above all, grant me your vast power." Izuna held his hands together and held them out towards Sukea. "The Sun and the Moon are then required to give there all…"

"Celestial Dragon's…" Sukea began.

"God's Vanquishing Beam!"

"Roar!"

A red, blue, and gold beam of energy met the celestial blue with yellow stars breath. No clear winner could be seen.

"I will not fall to you!" Izuna declared angrily. "I will win for my clan!"

Sukea simply closed his eyes. "Celestial Dragon's Drive!"

Celestial blue wings sprouted from Sukea's back while his eyes and hair turned as yellow as the stars within his roar. This change wasn't merely aesthetic as his attack doubled in size overcoming the lesser attack.

Izuna screamed in pain as he was sent flying and ended up splashing down in a river that took the now immobile clan head down stream. Sukea opened his eyes and took a deep breath as he returned to normal.

The dhamma returned to his back before Sukea walked to Romeo's side. "I protected you today, but I won't always be there." He walked on. "I suggest you get back to whatever group you may have and continue training once this mission of yours is over."

"Wait!" Romeo turned to him. "What are you?"

"My name is Sukea, and I'm a Celestial Dragon Slayer." Sukea had stopped, but he wasn't looking back. "My allegiance is to Fiore."

He jumped into the trees and took off.

"Wait!" Romeo tried, but he didn't stop. "Damn it!" He knew now more than ever that he wouldn't have done anything to Izuna, and he hated it. "I need to get stronger."

Eisenwald Guildhall: Gray vs Aoi

Once the others were gone, Gray squared off with Aoi who retrieved the blade at his side and activated it causing a blade of lighting to appear. Aoi smirked, but he wasn't saying anything. At the very least, Gray could conclude that this guy was a Holder Mage.

He was smart enough to know that may not be all this guy is. Especially since it was confirmed that this was a Shinobi from Kakashi's world. He'd have to be on the lookout for other magic but standing around would achieve nothing.

Gray got into position. "Ice-Make: Arrows!"

A barrage of ice arrows fired off at Aoi who simply held up his blade. "Sword of Thunder: Protection!" The blade sparked with electricity which destroyed any arrows that would have hit him. "Nice try, but this blade was used by the Second Hokage of the Leaf."

"I've never been big into fancy tittle unless I've met someone with it. Ice-Make: Sword!" Gray held his blade of ice out. "Even then, Minato wasn't some Hokage when he entered this world."

Gray lunged forward and they clashed blades with neither budging an inch.

"Impressive." Aoi laughed. "Maker Magic is more durable than I thought."

"Maker Magic is powered by my imagination, so it's going to take more than some fancy lighting stick to break my creations." Gray declared.

"Sword of Thunder: Lighting Slice!" Aoi smirked as the blade intensified cutting through the ice like butter before he shot it upward. "Sword of Thunder: Lighting Cage!"

Gray screamed in pain as he was caught in a cage of lighting and lifted into the air before being thrown at the nearest wall. He fell to the ground landing on his stomach. Gray wasn't about to go down like this as he began to rise.

Aoi noticed this and took out his umbrella before throwing it into the air. "Senbon Rainstorm!"

The umbrella opened and spun launching senbon at Gray who was on his knees making the correct hand movement. "Ice Make: Shield!" He held out his hands and a mighty shield of ice appeared obscuring him while taking every senbon to protect him. "Ice Make: Platform!"

Gray ascended well above the shield drawing Aoi's attention. "Whatever you're thinking of trying, I wouldn't bother." He held up his sword. "My sword will just destroy it like your previous sword."

"That sword is strong, but there are ways around it." Gray got into position. "Ice Make: Lance!"

Lances of ice flew at Aoi drawing his attention while his opponent lept off the platform. "Sword of Thunder: Protection!"

The blade eliminated the ice which came his way. The only problem was that every lance had hit around Aoi. Almost as though it were a…

"Ice Make: Hammer!" Gray called out.

Gray slammed the hammer down on Aoi smashing him into the ground. The Ice Make wizard then dispelled the hammer and landed before snatching up the sword which had returned to normal. He immediately pocketed it figuring Erza could use it better than this guy.

Gray then looked down at the unconscious Aoi. "Looks like you were too reliant on your weapon."

He froze Aoi down before moving towards the trap door and entering it.

Smaller Courtyard: Cana vs Akahoshi

Cana threw cards coated in golden magic making them far faster and more powerful.

Akahoshi held out both of his hands. "Star's Might: Beast!"

The light purple magic circle appeared, and a beast made of that magic shot out charging straight through the cards at the Card Mage.

Cana quickly retrieved another card and threw it on the ground. "The Prayer's Fountain!"

Water shot out in all directions, and when the beast touched it, he was reflected.

Akahoshi grunted at this before holding out his hands again. "Star's Might: Beast!" A second beast appeared alongside the first before the guy put his hands together. "Combine!"

The two beasts became one before charging Cana again. This time, they were powerful enough to go clear through the water and slam into the Fairy Tail Mage knocking her away.

"Is this the famed strength of the Fairy Tail Guild?" Akahoshi grinned psychotically. "It's pathetic." Cana was just managing to recover. "Star's Might: Destroy!" A beam of concentrated, light purple magic rammed into Cana's stomach pushing her into the gray wall.

"You're pathetic." Akahoshi just laughed. "Star's Might: Rope!" A rope of purple magic shot forth from his palm, ensnared Cana by the throat, and brought her to him before he closed his hands around her throat. "You may have…" Cana just smirked at him. "Why are…"

He then noticed that she was holding some cards. Cana dropped the cards and immediately closed her eyes before they exploded into pure light blinding Akahoshi for the moment. He screamed and couldn't resist the urge to rub his eyes.

This resulted in him releasing Cana. The Card Mage got some distance before throwing more of her cards which hit their mark several times over. Akahoshi had reached his boiling point as purple magic flared up around him.

"Whoa, his magic pressure just shot up." Cana thought shocked.

Akahoshi's hair began to glow, and his chest resonated with that as a spherical, purple light pulsated from the center. Without even calling out the spell, the dragon made of magic formed up around him.

"I should have done this from the start." Akahoshi laughed. "It may be more uncontrollable than my normal powers, but it makes up for it with strength. You can't touch me now, Guild Mage!"

The maw of the dragon opened, and a ball of purple magic shot at Cana faster than she could dodge. She screamed in pain as the magic washed over her knocking the Card Mage flat on her stomach. She could barely move as all the damage settled in.

Akahoshi laughed once more as he slowly approached his downed opponent. "Now, do you understand? You never stood a chance." He smirked as he stood before her. "You are weak compared to the likes of me."

"You claim to know how strong Wizards from Fairy Tail are, but all you've been spouting are your own opinions." Cana declared as she managed to grab a specific card and slapped it on the ground. "Let me tell you a fact. Fairy Tail Wizards never give up."

Akahoshi looked up at his dragon. "Destroy her."

The purple magic shot down at Cana who focused all her remaining magic into pulling off her last spell. "Card Summon: Blizzard Wyvern!"

An icy blue scaled lizard appeared. It looked like a dragon, but one fourth the size. That's because it was a lesser draconic creature. Creatures like this aren't as powerful as the dragons, but at least they were still around. The wyvern flew up meeting the purple magic head on.

His body glowed with ice magic which rushed through the purple magic freezing it. The Wyvern then descended and faced Akahoshi who immediately pumped in more of his own magic shattering the ice around him. This also left him exposed.

"W-What is this?" Akahoshi looked at Cana, but she was knocked out. "How does she have…"

The Wyvern opened his mouth and unleased an icy roar into Akahoshi sending him crashing through the stone wall behind him. The Wyvern continued the assault freezing the rubble Akahoshi was trapped under completely.

After a moment, the wyvern turned around and approached Cana. He sniffed the Card Mage before determining she was just unconscious. He then laid down next to her and stared at the rubble intently while expanding his other senses to pick up anyone approaching.

Storage Room: Elfman vs Mizuki

Elfman still had his hold on the former Chunin, and that same guy was beyond pissed that Kakashi Hatake had gotten away. He had looked forward to seeing the Jonin's face when he used the power of that so call 'Green Beast of Konoha'.

Because of this interruption, simply killing Elfman wouldn't be enough. No, this big ape had to suffer for getting in his way. Especially since Mizuki could just sense his current opponent's magic power. It was beyond weak.

"I said, let me go!" Mizuki's magic flared up. "Eight Gates: Opening!" He cupped his hands and hammer fisted down on Elfman's head knocking him into the ground. "Eight Gates: Healing!"

He slammed his hand down on Elfman's head as purple magic seeped inside.

"Beast Arm: Black Bull!" a purple magic circle washed over Elfman's right arm transforming it into a humanoid, black bull arm. "Get off me!"

He jumped to his feet attempting to uppercut Mizuki, but the Gates user merely jumped back allowing the big guy to stand.

"Only an arm?" Mizuki crossed his arms. "What a pathetic Wizard."

"If you don't shut your trap, I'll make you!" Elfman declared as he charged forward.

Mizuki effortlessly caught the fist before grabbing hold of the arm and throwing the larger Mage into some boxes destroying them. "The rumors about you are true, huh?" Mizuki grinned maliciously. "You had a little sister, right?"

Elfman stood. "This guy is a lot stronger than he looks."

"Many years ago, you attempted a full body tack over." Mizuki continued relishing in the pain he'd soon inflict. "You failed and went berserk."

Elfman certainly didn't want to hear any more. "Shut up!" He charged at Mizuki before jumping in the air. "Beast Arm: Iron Bull!"

His arm turned into a large, iron arm. Mizuki smirked as he stepped back, and a mirror image of Lisanna appeared causing Elfman to stop in his tracks.

"Are you surprised?" Mizuki questioned. "Well, don't be. When I slammed you into the ground, I got everything I needed from your memories."

"Why you." Elfman was enraged.

"Oh yes, I know exactly what happened." Mizuki laughed. "You and your older sister buried her." Elfman's magic dissipated. "People call me sadistic when people like you do such cruel things to the people they love."

"Isn't that right, big brother Elf?" The illusion spoke.

Elfman was clearly distressed, but he gave a mighty yell as a larger, purple magic circle appeared. "I can't let him get to me. I've got to do this."

"His magic is increasing, but it's nothing compared to me. Still, I'm not done with him." Mizuki smirked maliciously. "Oh, are you really going to do it? A Full-Body Take Over? Are you sure about that? After all, don't you remember what happened last time?"

Multiple Lisannas appeared around Elfman and spoke to him.

"It was all your fault."

"I thought you loved me."

"I only wanted to help you."

"Don't do it!"

Elfman collapsed to one knee in pain.

"This was just glorious." Mizuki declared. "You're every bit the pathetic Wizard I thought, and it's because of your attachment to people. They make you weak."

"You're the truly pathetic one." Elfman glared at Mizuki. "A real man would fight me instead of messing with my head."

"Who put you in charge of declaring who's a man?" Mizuki smirked. "After all, you're the monster that murdered their precious, little sister." He was now standing before Elfman. "If I were you, I'd check your privilege!"

He socked Elfman in the face with all his current strength sending the guy straight into a large assortment of boxes which broke under him.

"Now, here's what will happen." Mizuki had jumped on a box specifically to look down on him. "I'm going to end your life, but before that, I will send you off with only the 'best' of thoughts." He laughed. "That Fire Dragon Slayer you came to retrieve will die.

Once we have his power, we're taking Lullaby to Clover Town and using it to wipe out your precious guild masters. From there, we'll pick off all the legal guilds, and I'll take great pride in ending your sister's life. All of that is the price you'll pay for being weak and pathetic."

"No. No! NO!" Elfman was shaking as he managed to get to his knees. "You can't do that!"

"Oh, you still have a semblance of will." Mizuki jumped down before Elfman. "That's cute." His right hand glowed with purple magic. "Looks like I need to keep pressing if I want to break you."

He put his glowing hand on Elfman's head allowing more magic to seep into him. The Take Over Mage gripped his head in agony and screamed to the heavens.

"You will live your pain over and over again until you can't take it." Mizuki declared. "Suffer!"

"NO!" Elfman screamed. "STOP IT!"

Elfman's Flashback

It started with the day his parakeet died. Elfman saw a younger version of himself crying at his buddy's grave. Lisanna had come to help him. She gave him the advice that all living things will die eventually. It's sad, but that's how life works. That they'll always live on in your heart.

His younger self didn't accept that advice, pushed her away, and ran off. He had cried and made his sister cry. Then it was years later when Mira got that emergency S class job. She had decided to bring him and Lisanna who had been with Natsu and Happy.

The Fire Dragon Slayer had wanted to come, but he denied it. If he hadn't been so stubborn, Natsu's strength might have made the difference. Then, it shifted to that mission. The nearby town was on fire and in ruins.

Right from the start, they'd been outclassed. Elfman thought he could take it over, but he'd been too weak. The beast had control and every minute saw the possibility of Elfman being consumed. He had hurt his older sister and killed Lisanna when she came back from evacuating the people.

The only positive was that Lisanna's death brought him back to reality. It was for that reason that he hadn't killed Mira to. It was all his fault. After the mission, they made a grave. Even though his older sister tried to assure him this wasn't his fault, Elfman always blamed himself.
