I do not own Twilight or Gilmore Girls for that matter! But my OC's are all mine! Mine mine
It was pitch black in Florence when she felt the plane land on the tarmac. The nervousness that she had when taking off and landing did nothing to lower the level of excitement at coming home. Lord only knows what her mother was going to do! It's been two whole months and tomorrow was her mom's birthday! So many plans! Emaline was bouncing in her seat as the plane took its sweet time, most likely annoying the older woman beside her. As soon as the stewardess gave the ok to leave she was up like a light, bolting out of the door and into the tunnel. She was so excited! She couldn't wait for hugs and she is even going let her mother make a fool out of them! Two whole months!
However it was the sight in front of her that caused her to skid to a stop before plopping on her butt in front of her mother. Her mother stood with an awkward smile on her face and a red rose tacked to her jacket. But it was the person standing behind her that surprised her most.
"Well that was unexpected." Jennifer teased, watching the confused look of her daughter. She grinned at her before coming to sit in front of her, ignoring the tall figure behind them. "Now sweetie would you like to go back into the creepy tunnel and try again or do I have to share the video that I just took on YouTube?"
Emaline looked at her mother's teasing face before coming once more to rest on the man behind her; she slowly stood up leaving her to sit on the floor. The imposing form of Master Aro watched the two with barely contained interest. "What did she do now?" she questioned him completely ignoring her mother's huff of annoyance.
"Hey now," Jennifer cried out before placing her hands on her hips and glaring at her now nine year old daughter, "I will have you know that I have been on my best behavior!"
Emaline cut her a look of doubt before returning her attention once more to the man behind her. He giggled before watching her mother closely and cocking his head towards her before replying in a teasing voice, "Niente che non ho potuto gestire, vi assicuro. (Nothing that I couldn't handle, I assure you)"
"Oh non ho dubbi. Tuttavia, non avete mai viaggiato con lei per venimi a prendere. Come mai! (Oh I have no doubt. However, you have never traveled with her to pick me up before. Like Never!)"
Jennifer was watching the two of them while trying to dig out her planner, she let out a huff of frustration and stomped her foot. The effect was immediate and drew the attention of both of them. "That is unfair and you both know it!" She pointed to Emaline, "You! Were supposed to be all mushy and come and tell your poor momma how much you missed her! And you!" She started, pointing at Aro who was watching her with one raised eyebrow and his arms crossed. The cheeky smirk on his face immediately sent a jolt of pleasure that shocked her core, causing her to falter.
"Yes, dearest, do tell me what I am to do." He taunted while he watched her with hooded eyes.
Emaline watched the two adults closely for a moment before she saw the tall form of Felix by the baggage claim, "Right! So I am going to gooo, over there!" Emaline spoke before darting over to Felix. His booming laugh greeted her with a hug that lifted her off her feet.
"Hello little one," Felix said with a smile on his face, "You're mother has missed you dearly. Such a trouble she has been with no one to keep her in check!"
"Well it's a good thing I am back then," she said in an excited voice before being put back on the ground. She stood up straight and saluted him with a flourish, "Sergeant Emaline here to relieve you of your duty, sir!"
"A sergeant, are you now?!" Felix said, "I suppose gaining another year of life has filled you with delusions of grandeur!"
"I earned that title thank you very much, can you imagine how many purses and shoes I had to drag home! And the birthday presents …" She started before an excited voice came out of nowhere
"Presents!" Jennifer cried out, clapping her hands while staring at Aro before bounding over to them, running passed them, "I have presents?! I love presents!"
The two vampires and one human child watched as the grown woman began to try to dig through the luggage that was piled on the floor before her. It was only a matter of time before the child stomped over and pulled her mother off the luggage, waving her finger and threatening no presents. The small pout that Jennifer showed her daughter was enough to bring Aro by her side.
"Come now, let us return home." Aro said joyfully while reaching for her mother's arm and pulling her still pouting form along to the cars.
Felix laughed before looking down once more at the child beside him, "It is good to see you returned, little one."
"It's good to be home!" Emaline replied as she walked beside him and began to talk about all the things that she said and did while she was gone. She had a feeling that there would be a lot to talk about once she returned home with her mother, mainly what was going on between her and Master Aro.
The return trip to Volterra was filled with laughter and excitement. Emaline was joyfully talking about her journeys the last two months. Her grandfather took her to the Bibliithèque national de France, a trip which lasted three days and cost him a small fortune in books at locally owned book shops. He mused that the child bought books that were far beyond her skills and when the fact was brought up to her she just shrugged, like her mother and told him she would get there. A look of annoyance was filled when Emaline groaned about all the shopping that her grandmother unwillingly made her do, tea times and floral gardens.
While Aro was quite sure that Jennifer loved her mother dearly, it was quite clear that the two of them were like night and day. Their father seemed to be a quite enjoyable man; he would dearly like to meet this man. A licensed CPA and owner of his own firm in Paris, he immediately knew where Jennifer got her accounting skills, even if she never admitted it.
"And how was your time spent with your father?" Aro questioned.
Jennifer knew the answer as soon as her little face fell. Brayden didn't show up, again. She told her mother that he wouldn't show up, she begged her father not to take her to New York. Yet again, Brayden was Brayden. She wanted to drop an anvil on the man's head as she watched Emaline shrug and look at the window.
"But hey! I bet it was snowing in New York! Did you drag Grandpa to Rockefeller Center?" Jennifer questioned while hugging her shoulders.
"Grandpa Ice skated and everything! Then we go hot chocolate and a funnel cake! Oh and grandma took me to Saks!" Emaline said, slowly getting out of her funk before she full out started to talk about all the things she did in New York. The atmosphere quickly returned to its previous jovial state. However, as Aro watched the child, he made the quick decision to speak to Caius about the child once he returned. There were many things that needed to be discussed, many things that were foolishly being hidden from them. Aro realized quickly that perhaps they were becoming too lax in allowing others to think to overpower them.
Felix took in their things without question, setting them in the foyer of the small home. A giant hug to both of "his" girls was stolen before opening the door to the stoic form of his master on standing on the front porch. He stood firm and bowed to his master, awaiting his next orders.
Aro waved his hand, not bothering to even look at Felix as he left. He knew she was beside him without even looking her way, "This is quite a charming house."
Jennifer hummed in agreement, standing beside him quietly, watching him while he was in thought.
"I expect her to be inside by her curfew," teased Emaline, watching them from the doorway, "None of this lolly gagging and behaving like hoodlums."
Aro laughed childishly and turned to look at the child, "I have dearly missed you Emaline, and while your mother would not let us call you, I do hope you had a most pleasant Birthday."
Emaline smiled at them before closing the door, she turned to look at the luggage in front of her and sighed. Much to do and much to plan! "Better late than never," she said as she rolled up her sleeves.
Now finally alone the two watched each other, Aro breaking the silence first. "It will be most difficult, not joining you in your bed my dear. Perhaps I shall catch you in your office, or maybe I will slip into your window."
Jennifer chuckled, "Maybe I should make you beg for sex."
Aro's eyes widened before he pulled her close and kissed her softly. The thoughts in her pretty little head flowed through him, causing him to clutch her tighter, "Now that's not fair dearest."
Jennifer grinned before stepping away, "Did you see that I am not wearing anything under my clothes?"
It was a groan of frustration that she heard behind her, Jennifer looked back at him with a warm smile, "Good night, Master Aro."
Aro watched her walk away, silently wishing he could join them, but knowing that this time was needed with her daughter. Besides, he needed to speak with his brothers. It would seem that there was trouble brewing within the West, they would have heard from dear Jane's trip by now. As Aro walked, he let an evil smile come to his face, perhaps Caius would know what needs to be done with dear Brayden.
Besides, he just knew that Caius would be so excited to hear about his entire trip with Jennifer to Beijing. He wondered how their lives would become once she learned about her place in not only his life, but all of their lives. She would be in for a great surprise when she experiences shy and nervous Marcus and the fiery temper of Caius. She would be ready soon, Marcus had not yet begun to fight for the woman's affections and Caius, well Caius was Caius. The confrontation that they would have on their hands will be most glorious; perhaps they should do it in the throne room. There would be no sense destroying countless ageless books and the furniture. This would finally give them new purpose for the bedrooms they held in the castle.
Upon entering the throne room, he looked up to see Marcus scrolling through a tome and Caius pacing the floors.
"Brothers!" Aro called out gleefully with a flourish of his arms, "And Caius dear, you are right where I left you!"
"I trust Emaline and Jennifer arrived safely?" Marcus inquired, looking up intently at the grinning for of Aro.
"No need to fret Marcus, your young student is safe at home with her mother." Aro replied, waving him off before sitting in his chair next to the table.
"And your trip?" Caius impatiently cut in.
Aro grinned up to Caius before slyly responding, "Beijing was most aggregable dear Caius, the meetings were over quickly but there was still so much to do!" At that Caius bristled and glared while Marcus just ignored his brother's antics. It was the next statement that drew their attention, "something stirs in the West and it would seem that the Japanese coven has acquired a shield. It is most distressing. Tell me, has there been any news?"
"The newborn army was discovered, it appears that the master of this army has a vendetta against Bella Swan. They are watching closely to determine the outcome; perhaps we can kill two birds with one stone?" Marcus said tiredly, looking at Aro and Caius.
"They should have been destroyed when we had the chance." Caius bit out before sitting in a high backed chair next to Aro.
"Now, one must not be hasty. To experience young love is a rare gift, the girl deserves a chance." Aro said while watching his brothers closely. "Besides, it will be most interesting to see what becomes of dear Carlisle and this newborn army. Perhaps the situation will be dealt with."
Aro could feel the tenseness in the room and decided that the discussion in regards to Emaline's father would be addressed at another time. They had much to discuss and he feared little time to discuss it.
(Deep in the castle)
A harsh hand pulled at a head a red hair while the other hand resting lightly on the pendent around the neck of the woman beneath him. She was moaning as he thrust deep into her body, not stopping as he kissed her harshly.
"Soon," he said in between thrusts, "Soon they will get what they deserve."
"Yes," came a throaty reply, "Please, yes."
Finished with his task, he came to kneel before her, looking down on her lovely body while harshly thrusting into her core. She was close now, he knew, finally releasing in triumph when he heard her moan his name and felt her muscles lock onto his cock.
He didn't even bother looking at the woman on the bed as he dressed to leave. What a useless means to an end. He would much rather prefer another woman screaming under him, a woman that he would have soon, she just didn't know it yet.
Hours later, the door opened one last time to a slightly limping feminine form. She was as pristine as she was when she entered the room hours before, having used the facilities before leaving the room. It was late in the castle as she returned to her room, coming to a quick stop when the tall form of one of the Masters was passing in her direction.
He stopped and looked at her curiously before frowning down at her form, "You are not where you are meant to be."
Angelina watched him leave with confusion in her heart, somehow knowing in her heart, that he spoke the truth.

The outcome of what they just witnessed was quite embarrassing to say the least, this "so-called" army was torn apart but it would seem that they made some new friends while they were gone. That and the girl was still mortal, her masters would be most pleased.
Jane had already ordered Felix to destroy the young newborn vampire, her end coming quickly, ignoring the pleas of the Cullens. There was now just one left on this field of death, a small thing she was with long auburn hair and vibrant red eyes. The child was brave for one so young; however it was the movement from Felix that something unexpected happened.
Just when Felix approached the young woman, who had bowed her head, accepting her fate, the growling form of Demetri launched himself in front of the girl. A wild look entered his eyes as he watched his dearest friend with hate filled eyes. Felix watched his friend curiously, wondering what had gotten into the normally stoic hunter.
"Pain" was all Jane said and Demetri was thrashing on the ground, the girl watching helplessly as he cried out in pain. The tall vampire in front of her approached once more while the younger male stood close to the girl. Pictures flowed through her mind, changing and unfocused. What were they? What was happening? She felt like her body was going to explode as she felt firm hands on her neck.
"Tell them what you see! You must!" A bell like voice cried out powerfully, causing her unexpectedly jerk from the hands holding her.
"Wintergreen!" she screamed out loudly, clenching her eyes when she felt new hands holding her arms behind her back and the same hands around her thin neck. It was then that the screaming and thrashing stopped, before a voice called out.
"Stop." Jane said while watching the girl with new eyes, confused eyes. Felix stepped away from her with a bow while her arms were still being held. She stepped over the prone form of Demetri who was lying on his side and watching the girl with fear in his eyes. Jane didn't even bother kneeling to look at the girl better, choosing to hook a small finger under her chin to force her head up. "Repeat, girl"
"Wintergreen," the girl said, looking into those child-like eyes full of malice and confusion. "I said wintergreen."
"Your Master desires a seer for his coven," the bell voiced girl said while slowly approaching the small group, another vampire close behind her. "He will have one, she just lacks control. Her newborn body can only see clips of pictures, pieces of a bigger story."
"And you are able to teach her this?" The boy holding her arms behind her back now questioned, not bothering to look at them.
"Yes, I will train her. I have seen it. It will be taken care of, I promise."
"She will be fed appropriately." Alec bit out, watching his sister with guarded eyes.
Jane pondered the newborn in front of her for a moment before looking down at the girls face once more, the girl's eyes watching the now standing hunter. "What is your name, girl?"
"Helena." She answered in a small voice. The girl looked at her for a moment before looking at the boy holding her arms. In an instant she was tumbling towards the ground, only to be caught by the vampire that stood in front of her before. He was tall and handsome with a wild look in his eyes, his name was called, "Demetri", they said and he righted her on her knees. She couldn't help but notice him leaning towards her while she was drawn towards his frame by some force she couldn't deny.
"We have no time for this Demetri, come." Jane bit out, glaring at the hunter.
Just as the girl turned to walk away, she felt a small hand grab her cloak. "You must protect them," Helena pleaded with despair in her voice, "Never leave them alone."
The four vanished before her eyes, leaving them with the vampires behind her. The woman that saved her helped her to her feet, watching in the direction that they left before meeting her eyes sadly, "They didn't listen, did they?"
"They will, before it's over." She sadly replied, before smiling down at her, "I'm Alice by the way and I just know we will be the best of friends."
And that was the day that the newborn vampire became a Cullen, and started her life as a future member of the Volturi.
