Authors notes: I'm sorry it has taken me so long to update. I've been auditioning for several local plays so I can get my five year plan started. Haha. I got a part in one of them, so my updates will be once a week, or sometimes twice. (I mean unforseen and this one.) I'm going to update one story a week, and maybe a few randomone shots too suplement, I'm really going to try to update twice a week, because that means a little less of a wait between chapters but I really can't make any promises. If your eview and ask then I can give you a breif preview, so not to leave you with any potential cliffhangers. I'm sorry, really sorry that it's taken so long to update. Unforseen chapter three is the process of being written... Sorry. Oh, and I know my timeline jumps around quite a bit, but next chapter takes place the next day!! Monday. This takes place early Sunday morning.

Johnson-Jefferson apartment, Leah's POV

When I hopped out of bed and threw my skirt and sweater on, Ashlynn refused to tell me what was wrong, just that SS had taken Eric away. I knew something else was bothering her, but I didn't push it. I just grabbed her hand and we headed down the stairs together. She knocked gently on their loft door and pushed it open. I heard Joanne crying, big heaving sobs, and Maureen was whimpering a bit.

Ashlynn fell to Maureen's side, who, true toher drama queen nature, was curled into a ball on the floor.

"Aunt Mo, what kind of cancer is it?" Ashlynn spoke slowly and a articulated each and every syllabel.

"Brest cancer." Joanne was sitting on the chair, her head in her hands when she uttered those two little words. I bent down and pulled her into my arms. Joanne cried softly into my chest and clutched at the fabric of my shirt.

The door opened again and Mimi walked in carrying Isabella on her hip. I flashed them a timid smile. "Iz woke up and I heard you guys. What's wrong you guys? And where is Eric?" Joanne pulled her face out of my chest and looked at Mimi, her eyes red and swollan.

"Gone."

"Gone?"

"They took him from us." Joanne was whispering.

"What the hell?!" Mimi was fuming as she strode over to the still sobbing Joanne, she pulled the lawyer toward her and handed the three months old to me. I took Izzy happily and craddled her head,

Maureen stopped crying and stood up, moving away from my lover slowly. It was then that I realized Joanne was clutching a bandana and a blanket to her chest and rocking back and forth. Her eyes were bloodshot and she was staring vaugely at a spot on the far wall of their loft. Maureen knelt down in front of her.

"Jo? Baby are you okay?" Joanne made gave no sign that she had heard Maureen other than shaking her head. "C'mere." Joanne looked at her this time, breifly, then she shook her head again. Maureen stood up and pulled her into a hug anyways. Joanne was still sobbing, and in that moment I could recognize the signs of an emotionally induced mental breakdown. I knew from experience that if Maureen didn't get better, and they didn't get Eric back, Joanne would never be the same. We had to get her help if we wanted her to keep her cool.

Collins residence, Angel's POV (Takes place the afternoon after the wedding, okay? Okay.)

I felt a arm snake around my waist and Thomas pressed himself against the back of my body. He kissed the back of my head and buried his nose in my short hair.

"I love you Angel."

"I love you too." Anyone who ever said we didn't physically say I love you enough would have thrown up if they could hear all the times it had left one of our mouths since the wedding. We were ecstatically happy. It was funny. I smiled and put my arm over top of his. I twined our finger together and brought them up to my lips, kissing them gently.

"How do you like being married Love?" I could feel Tom's warm breath on my neck as he spoke and it was sending shivers through my body.

"It everything i ever dreramed it would be." I muttered, turning in his arms and pressing my palms flat against his chest. "I love it, and I love you. I can't imagine why we weren't able to do this sooner." I was eceptionally happy. I don't think I had been this happy in a long time. I pressed my nose into the soft skin of his chest. His hands brushed my bare back gently, in smooth up and down motions. I smiled and pressed a gentle kiss to his skin, his hands felt so warm on my back, and I felt safe where I was. In Tom's arms was the place I felt the safest.

I bent my kness and curled into to Tom, causing him to chuckle. He tightened his arms and kissed my forehead. "You cold baby?" I nodded and he pulled the quilt I made over us and kissed my forehead again.

"I can't believe Ashlynn hasn't called yet too check on us." I muttered, feeling my eyelids get heavy. Tom continued to rub my back, applying a little more pressure. I closed my eyes, tightening my arms around his waist. He crushed me to him breifly.

"Don't worry about that, alright? I went and saw them last night, and Ash has it all under control." Although he didn't sound to sure about it. Maybe they were just trying to give the two of us private time.

"Maybe I should call..." I buried my nose deeper into his bare skin, and no sooner had the will to get up entered my body the doorbell rang. Tom groaned and pulled away from me, he threw on his boxers that were thrown on the floor near the doorway and headedto answer it. I climbed out of bed, deciding that it was time to get out of bed and eat, something I hadn't done since the morning before. I threw my robe on and walked into the living room, utterly shocked at what I saw.

Maureen was leaning heavily against Mimi, and Ashlynn had a shivering Joanne held in a craddle hold. Leah stood a little farther back, Izzy on her hip. Joanne's eyes were wide, and she was clutching Ashlynn's shirt tightly. Tom gasped and pulled the lawyer out of our daughter's arms,a nd laying her on the couch. I ran over, my hand on her forehead.

"What the hell?"
