"What a fun school project, Marinette! Though I'm surprised you didn't pick something to do with fashion," Mama Cheng said. Marinette had a homework assignment of recording yourself doing something you love, and making it look like you were on TV.

"I wanted to show some of my sewing machine skills, but I can't since the needle is broken. Cat told me he'd help pay to fix it. Besides, you know Cat when it comes to food."

"Relax, Princess. Just talk normally to the camera and describe what your doing." "Easy for you to say, you love the camera," she muttered.

Cat to a nap in his box as Marinette helped her mother set things up. A simple cookie demonstration shouldn't be to hard, right?

"And action!" Her mother gave them a thumbs-up as the red blinking light came on. "Hello, this is Marinette and this is Cat Noir. Today, we're going to bake cookies."

Cat heard Marinette's words, but he was far more focused on the pink frosting spoon. Cat licked his lips. It was so pink and fluffy…. As Marinette talked, Cat spread some frosting on some dough in the bowl. Yum, chocolate chip! "And here we have some premade cookie dough…." Marinette's voice trailed off as Cat gulped, and realized the pink frosting had betrayed him, smeared all over his face.

Marinette glared at him. Oops, he was in trouble, wasn't he? But how do you resist cookie dough? Cat wasn't sure if he was allowed to talk yet, so he scribbled out a note for his viewers. "We'll be back when I get some more dough, and Cat has finished his timeout."

"I have Ladybug's number and she's not going to be happy," Marinette hissed. Cat held up his sign and grinned. "I ate all the unbaked cookie dough." "That's it, no scritches for you tonight!"

Marinette's mother came back into the room, holding a fresh block of dough. "Here we are!" she sang, unaware of the tension. Cat was still pouting as the light came back on. No scritches? This was terrible, and he had to make it up to her?

"Princess, why don't we make heart shaped cookies?" Marinette blinked in surprise. "Good idea, Kitty."

When the cookies were done, Cat gave Marinette a heart-shaped cookie. "What's this for?" "I'm sorry I ate the dough. Do you still love me?" Marinette could feel her eyes beginning to sting. "I love you with all my heart, Cat. The reason I got a little annoyed is Adrien will watch this." "I don't think you have to worry about that."

"Wanna share the cookie and have a glass of milk?" "Only if you give me scratches later." "Deal."

Whenever Adrien watched the tape, he thought of Marinette and their friendship that more special then any cookie. But the memories certainly were fun!
