"Alright, should be close by" Lucky claimed as he looked around for the spot, he claimed in his mind was so familiar to him, walking along the wide sidewalk as Pebbles followed behind him. The Orange Cat bending his ears closed from the large influx of noise all around that he was a stranger to. "There's so much noise on this street, so many cars passing by" He said as Lucky turned back to look at him with a bit of disbelief.

"You're not a city person, are you?" He asked, wasn't hard to detect at all determined by Pebble's not fond attitude toward speed junky teens on motorcycles and the constant blowing of horns by normal people in vehicles. "No, I grew up in a Rural place, Not Urban. I never stay in Cities this long before" Pebbles said.

"Go figure, you'll get use it the more times you walk to your work everyday" He claimed. "This stash of weapons you talked about, how much are we talking about" Pebbles asked, never really getting a clear idea the first time, it was mention back in the alley way bar.

"I'm not sure, but it's something we can work with" Lucky responded, quite a confusing answer the orange cat. How could he not know how many guns he had.

"How do you not know?"

"Because we're stealing them, that's why" The black cat said, his red cloth tucked around his neck as always as an accessory.

Pebbles back off a bit from the whole 'steaking guns from someone' part for the sake of his own personal plan.

"I know what you're thinking and don't worry, the people were stealing from never should have had guns in the first place" Lucky clarified, not wanting the bend the moral compass of his new partner in vigilante justice.

Suddenly Lucky leaned himself against the end of wall, just a few inches away which would have led down a dark alley. Lucky peaked around to spot the familiar sights.

"This is the place" he said, unraveling his red cloth to tie around the lower half of his face to act as a bandana. "What kind of people are we dealing with here?" Pebbles asked, leaning over across from Lucky to see down the alley way as well.

"Drug pushers, Gang bangers, edgy nerdowells that think you're hard just because they wave a gun on social media."

"I see them every when I walk past here, flaunting their stole guns and selling drugs on the block. They're destroying this community and it's still we did something about it" Lucky promised to himself.

"Well then Mr. Ex-Spy, time for you to put your skills in action. We're going to sneak in, find the weapons, and get out."

"You can sneak?" Pebbles asked Lucky.

"I did a few nighttime missions back when I was in service, not too hard for me" He claimed for himself.

"What about them?" Pebbles asked, before Lucky behind back at him to see the tens of other cats that had follow them, fellow believers in Pebbles speech that wanted part.

"Oh yeah, forgot they were there…Follow me" Lucky command, motioning his paw in a loop to stick close behind. Lucky crouching lower as did everyone else, the alley way was clear from previous observation, but it never hurts to be too careful when it comes to things like this.

Running and ducking behind several large alley items like bags of trash to old furniture tossed out by neighboring people of the surrounding apartment buildings. Including the one Lucky and Pebbles were going to sneak into. "Alright, all of yall don't get spotted and stand by this fire escape, Lucky and I are going to sneak in, find whatever weapons they got and lower that ladder to let all of you up" Pebbles commanded like a leader, before being formally recognized as one by his compatriots.

"Yes, sir Commander"

"Commander?"

"Yeah, You're like the Commander of this whole thing, you're like the leader"

"Huh, Commander Pebbles…I can get used to that" Pebbles contemplated as he reveled in his own ego for the sake of it, before being tugged by his fur by Lucky. "We don't have time for this, we gotta go in then go out, stay close behind me" Lucky recommend, popping off the vent close by with which was rusted and easy to pry.

Lucky getting down and crawling inside on all fours expecting Pebbles to follow behind, which he did. Throwing himself in with a bit too much, just nearly stopping before his orange furred head slammed into Lucky behind. Dear Lord, that would have been a terrifying experience for the two.

"Move up, this view is not exactly breathtaking" Pebbles pleaded, as Pebbles gifting his focus to anything instead what was a few inches ahead of him.

"This isn't exactly and Ideal position to be in for me either, just suck it up until I see something" Lucky insisted, acting more like a father figure to this orange cat that seemed like he was stuck in his senior teen years. "So what was like over-seas, being Deployed and all?" Pebbles asked, just wanting to kill some time and take his mind off the black furry full moon in front of him.

"Hot as Hell, Crappy Wifi Connections and Village people you can't even talk to because they think you're there to bomb their house or just can just barely understand their language. As for the run and gunning I did, like I said back at the bar, Everyone I killed deserved it" Lucky stated, no sense of remorse in his voice as he uttered that last statement about the people he put down.

"What about the other thing that you said, When it comes to the people you lost?"

"I don't want to talk about that part"

"Oh, Alright, thank you for your service by the way" Pebbles added, trying to add a verbal bandage to the wound he may have just accidentally opened.

"Thanks, at least some people in this world still care about the people that fought and died for this country. How about you, what was it like growing knowing your dad was some big shot CIA Spy"

"Actually, He never brought it up and never mentioned it, I was a bit disappointed that he didn't but now I know why, he was just trying to keep it all a secret, He didn't want to involve me in the things he promised not to tell anyone about"

"What about your mother?"

"Same with her, but there were times she would say something and when I tried to ask her what she meant, she would just say something different to distract me or just not say anything at all. She knew but I guess she was under the CIA's thumb as well, doing it for my dad's safety and mine too"

"That's rough man, it hurts when the people you know for the longest time have been keeping something from you" Lucky eased, Pebbles kissed his teeth as he recalled their actions and their words, but not putting it all on them.

"It wasn't all their fault, they were just trying to be normal and keep me from it all" Pebbles claimed, before seeing a large crack in the vent that shined into a room. Letting his curiosity get the best of him, the black cat peaked through to see something interesting.

"Aw man, You got to see this Pebbles" Lucky invited moving a bit more down so Pebbles could peak through as well to see. Inside he could see a small room, beamed up by a small white bulb in the center of the room. Inside were four men, one stood out from the rest as he wore a bright red and orange hoodie, with several expensive jewelry. Brutally beating on a man tied down to a chair as he was held by two other men. All dressed in similar colours like some sort of gang. Their handguns clearly sticking from their waistbands, no regard for the law in any way.

The man in the chair, his face bruised and bashed in in more ways than one, the crimson red blood dripped on his shirt, pants and floor which stained everything it touched. Duct tape strapped across his mouth to make sure he couldn't scream to alert anyone outside the building.

"DONT….TEST….MY…. FUCKING…. PATIENCE!" The Man in the Orange and Red hoodie shouted, striking the man consistently after each word and large huff of breath. "Dang, what do you think he did?"

"This is a gang, you probably did something mild, like look at the boss the wrong way or stepped on his shoes by accident. Something any civilized person wouldn't beat a man half to death for" Lucky silent exclaimed.

"You think that's the boss?" Pebbles asked

"Judging by his flashy hoodie and gold chains around his neck, Yeah, I believe so" He replied, giving quite the educated guess basing off the man's appearance compared to all other that looked like they just walked out of bed.

"If we get the chance, we take care of him before we leave" Pebbles stated before seeing Lucky move in further down the vent, following behind but not too close for obvious reasons. "Wait, you smell that?" Lucky asked, stopped suddenly.

"I prefer not to smell anything from right here"

"No not that, you smell like an oder, it's kind of familiar actually for some reason" Lucky recalled as he sniffed and snarled up left to right, racking his brain trying to mental pinpoint what exactly he was smelling. Pebbles rolled his eyes before taking a large sniff himself, trusting the black cat's sense of smell on this.

Soon finding out he was right, there was a bit of an oder in the air, surprisingly Pebbles found the smell very familiar too. "Oh, I smell it too, smells like…. Marijuana. Wait a minute how do you know what Marijuana smells like?"

"Okay first off, its none of your business what I take, second, I use the medical kind. It helps with the pain" Lucky justified, still crawling through the vents before hearing slight whispers of voices coming from ahead. Treading lightly before coming to another large crack in the side of vent to his side, peaking into another room.

Looking inside to see exactly what they were looking for Racks of Firearms all leaned up against one another, freely hung on the walls, on tables and even just laying on the ground with large green ammo crates lying right next to them. It was a gun lover's wet dream. However, inside the room were two men, one sitting down small pan of the devil's lettuce that Pebbles and Lucky had whiffed a few seconds earlier.

"Dude, I swear you need to stop smoking in the armory, the Boss doesn't like smell that shit since he's right upstairs" One of them men said, berating his friend for indulging his in his own pleasure. "Then where do you want me to smoke, outside on the street where the cops are?"

"I dunno man, but it's just really making everyone angry lately. Its starting to smell like a Jamaican Clubhouse in here"

"You say that like it's a bad thing"

"You know what, Finish up whatever you got left then guard the front door like you're supposed to, I'm sick of covering for you most days cause you like to get fried most days" He said as a final word, opening the door to the armory and walking out, unbeknownst to him receiving a middle finger by his compadre.

Lucky looking back at Pebbles, giving him a nod before reaching through the crack in the vent to slowly pry it open just a bit more to squeeze through. The thin metal of the vent squeaked momentarily before Lucky found it an acceptable size. Zipping through and landing on the floor of the Armory room without a sound.

Pebbles doing the same, both landing right beside each other just as Lucky motioned his head toward the distracted man sitting in the chair still smoking marijuana, not knowing his fate was about to be set in stone.

Lucky continuously nudged in his direction, instructing the Orange Feline to finish him. Pebbles shaking his head in response, not wanting to end the life of a guy that could just run away and not be apart of this. Lucky gritted his teeth before pushing Pebbles out of his way. Hoping up on the man's back in a flash before slicing his neck with just his talons.

Now a dead man walking, holding his hand up to his neck as blood started to trickle down majorly down past his collar bone and onto his shirt. Calling to the ground as all that was heard from his were small gargles inside his through trying to talk out his last words. "You've got to be fucking kidding me, Pebbles" Lucky said in disbelief, already getting to work as he walked over to the nearby walls and inspected each weapon to use.

"I-I can't just kill people like that, He didn't do anything, and he wasn't even armed" Pebbles stated.

"We're in a room decked to the roof with guns, who's to say he wouldn't have reach for one and popped us both" Lucky replied, caressing each gun with care as he inspected each one.

"I-I-I don't know man, I just froze, I just don't want to kill innocent people."

"Listen to me closely Pebbles, this whole building is filled with people that have stole, killed, raped and sold drugs on the street. The police aren't going to do anything about it so we will" The black cat proclaimed resting his paw on the orange felines shoulder.

"Can I trust you to have my back on this?"

"Yeah, Of course" Pebbles said, gulping down a wad of saliva as he really had to buckle down for this, it was either his life or theirs, even if he didn't fully trust the word of his new found friend. He was adamant about that and was determined to see this through from now on.

"Good, here" Lucky said before tossing Pebbles an automatic rifle with a large magazine. Pebbles turning the rifle to its side, holding back the chamber to see it already has a round in it. Looking up to see Lucky already stacked to the side door of the armory. Walking right over to the other side along the door, giving a slight nod before see the Ex-Marine turning his Rifle around and bash the door open with the butt of the gun.

"Yo what the Fu-"One person on the other end looked over, surprised to see two Felines barging out of the armory with Rifles. Reaching into his waistband at the same time until being dropped by gunfire by Lucky. The loud muzzle flashes echoed throughout the whole floor and waved down below and above.

"Pebbles, cover me, Im going to release the ladder on the fire escape to let the others up" Lucky said running over to a window and looking down to see all his fellow felines down waiting as instructed. Hoping on the Fire, escaping and running down as fast as he could. Leaving Pebbles to fend for himself, Pebbles himself shaking a bit in this scenario. He was no stranger to violent, but all out loud and proud warfare wasn't his forte.

"They're up here!" Pebbles heard from nearby, he could hear bashing of feet against the ragged old stairs. The sounds coming in his direction and increasingly becoming louder. Pebbles trained on the corner, seeing a group of them turned the corner at once before Pebbles held down the trigger hard, letting loose a slew of rifle rounds flying in their direction.

All of them dropping like flies as the full metal jacket ammunition zipped right through their designer clothes and ripped into their organs.

They all groaned on the floor as Pebbles lowered his weapon, a strange feeling washing over him that he'd never felt. Before he could pinpoint what it was, he felt a tap on his shoulder. Slightly jumping before seeing it was Lucky and the row upon row of his fellow cars climbing through the window and running into the armory.

Lucky looked past Pebbles to see the small pile of bodies near the corner of the stairwell. "Good to see you're not a total wuss" He huffed before running around the corner up the stairs to meet face to face with the leader. Pebbles following alongside of course, Slowing down as they reach halfway up the stairs, Lucky's military training kicking as he leaned his rifle up above the stairs to check for any other assailants incoming. One peaking over the railing before being shot, his body falling over right onto the stairs right beside him. Enough force to grant a concussion for sure.

Lucky reach the top before turning a sharp right, walking down the hallway passing by other doors, slowly peeking into one just to make sure of no surprises. Lucky ran full speed ahead, catching Pebbles of guard before Lucky slammed into the door at the end of the hallway. Where the Leader stood there, holding a small pistol. "Watch out!" Pebbles shouted before raising his rifle and firing two shots.

One round slamming into the Leader's hand that held the gun, caught him to lose control and drop the firearm, the other tearing into his shoulder. Causing him to shout and pain and slump over against his bed.

"H-Hey Hey, Wait a second, I'm unarmed now. Just take me" He insisted, throwing up his hands. Seemingly waiting for him to be cuffed and taken into the back of a police car waiting downstairs. Lucky spat next to him as he approached, lowering his rifle as he looked the leader of the gang dead in the eyes. "Take a look at both of us, you don't see any badges, do you?" He teased.

The Leader of the Gang looking at both, indeed seeing now badges or any clear indication of Law Enforcement on their person. "O-Okay, s-so you're that rival hang across the city. Listen take all the guns, all the drugs, all the money, just don't kill me, Deal?"

"You don't seem to quite understand, We're not with the Cops, We're apart of some prissy little rival gang. We're just people doing what needs to be done because some people don't have the balls to do it themselves. What we do here is not about us, its about getting rid of people like you, people that think they can just distribute poison across this city without any consequences" Lucky ranted before taking a step back, looking to his side over to Pebbles.

Pebbles looked back at Lucky, both locking eyes until Lucky gave him clear motions over to the Leader, almost expecting him to do something. "What?" Pebbles asked, a bit confused.

"Do it" Lucky heavily insisted, motioning with his head to the Leader who was still bleeding out, but not even to go unconscious. Pebbles looked a bit confused before fully realizing exactly what he was meant to do. "Wait, No, I-I cant, He's defenseless. Can't we just call the police or something?" Pebbles rambled before being grabbed tightly by Lucky, frustrated and agitated with this behavior.

"What do you think is going to happen if we turn him in, He gets put in cuffs, taken to courts, Gets put on bail and then he's back on the streets doing the exact same thing. There's only one solution to people like him, and that's six feet under" He stated, releasing his grip.

"Look at him, There's nothing he can do" Pebbles pointed out.

"You're right, threes nothing he can, but there is something we can do" He replied, grabbing the end of Pebble's gun and bring it up further until the end of the barrel pointed directly at the wounded leader, no shaking his head and trying to inch away.

Pebbles flipped the selector on his weapon, switching it from fully automatic to semi-auto. Only one bullet was going to be needed after all, no need to overdo it. "Pull the damn trigger!" Lucky shouted as the orange feline death gripped his rifle before aiming down sights, putting pressure on the trigger one moment at a time.

MEANWHILE IN LANGLEY, VIRGINIA

In the Federal Building itself, A man dressing formally as expected. Minus the stereotypical dark sunglasses indoors, but everything was done to tiniest detail. The Dark Suit with the earpiece and all, walking with a large envelope in his hand. Co-workers passed him continuously, giving a slight wave as they passed but he never returned the gesture. He wasn't in the friendly mood as he had urge news to deliver on time.

Making a turn and ending up face to face with a door, to the side was a metal nametag that held the name of the individual that was more than likely inside. No time for knocks as he opened the door himself. "Good afternoon sir, We have an issue"

"They didn't teach you to knock during training?" The man behind the desk asked, his table decorated with dozens of files, along that was a badge for his agency. "My Apologies but this is something that can't be waited on sir"

"Fine, Tell me then"

"Special Agent Pebbles, The Agent that was dispatched on the mission in Adventure Bay, We have reason to believe that he's gone rogue" He said, formally addressing with his hands held tightly behind his back. The man at the desk looked up and listen, his heart almost stopping as this was disturbing news.

"How?"

"We looked around the town and couldn't find him, we tried tracking him through his collar but…" The Agent said, reaching into his Large Envelope to bring out Pebble's discarded collar, putting it gently down on the desk.

"His Agency Pin was also found thrown in the sea, we also discovered partial remains of CIA Documents in a fire right near the scene. Documents about his father" He stated, making the superior slouch back in his office chair, letting all this information sink in.

"So…He knows about his father then" He sighed, as he covered his lips with his fingers in the thinking position. "I suppose so, What do we do about him?"

"Do we have his location?"

"We're trying to find him right now using Satellite, Nothing for sure has come up, but we have a suspicion that his time in Adventure Bay isn't done yet"

"Have a Tactical Team on stand-by, send out his information to other Agencies as well. The FBI, The NSA, The Marshals, Whoever. We cannot let him walk after learning too much about us and his father's actions" He commanded as he stood up from his desk.

"Yes sir" The Agent responded, turning himself around and walking out, On his way to notify every branch of the Government to be on the lookout, now knowing that on this day was the day Pebbles was officially marked as a terrorist to the United States and a traitor, like father like son.
