A/N: Happy Birthday England! Yes, it's our favourite English tsundere's birthday! A short one and pretty much unplanned but my dear readers, entertain yourself with this!
My dear readers, this is the first special I'm able to write and it might not be very good but please bear with it. And I still can't believe I am writing a special for England's birthday. Well after tons of laziness and slacking off...consider this the first...if I'm not mistaken. Short, sweet and simple.
Summary: Young Malaya gets England a present for his birthday.

Malaya paces around the room, trying to think of a gift for the person whom he calls Dad. Somehow, England will be receiving gifts from a couple of nations but Malaya wants his to be unique.
"What should I get for him? I don't have the money for fancy ones..." Malaya pondered about this for a while.
The maid, who had been working for Malaya and England, smiled and suggests an idea "How about something simple? Like cards and flowers? I'm sure Sir England would appreciate those, especially if it's from you."
Malaya lowered his head and repeats the idea the maid suggested. Cards and flowers...
"A gift doesn't have to be expensive to be special." the maid said. "The gift you are giving must be coming from your heart."
Malaya nodded. "I got it. Thank you!"

England lets out a relieved sigh as he steps into the house. He was of course tired from the trip and he wants nothing more than some good night sleep. He takes a glance at the small grandfather clock that distracts Malaya and Singapore when she came over at times, it has passed Malaya's bedtime.
"Welcome home Sir." the maid greeted with a small smile. "Would you like a cup of tea?"
"Yes please." Maybe a cup of tea before bed would be nice.
The maid did as she was told to, heading to the kitchen, coming back later with England's cup of tea and a plate of snacks. On the plate was a note with some local snacks.
England blinked before giving the maid a questioning look.
The maid simply smiled and gave her answer "A treat from the young lad himself. He spends the whole day in making them. Right now he's in bed, fast asleep."
England nodded as he reads the message on the note, a smile made its way across his face. While reading it, his hand reaches for the snack taking a bite from it. It's quite good he had to admit. He made a mental note to get the recipes from the lad.

When England enters the room to check on Malaya, the said boy was indeed fast asleep on the floor, holding a bouquet of what it seems to be hydrangeas (just think of these flowers being planted somewhere by someone and there's positive meaning to the flowers).
Shaking his head, he wondered whether the boy really go all the way for him. He takes the bouquet from his hand slowly to avoid waking him up but judging from the snores coming from him, he's very much asleep. He scoops Malaya up in his arms gently, the boy stirred a little before giving in to sleep and snoring. England chuckles lightly as he places the boy on the bed, covering the sleeping boy with the blanket.
As he picks up the bouquet of hydrangeas, he notices a small note buried inside. England pulls out the note and reads it. He smiled again as he reads it.
"Thank you Malaya"
"Ya *snore* welco-*snores*"
On the note was a simple "Happy Birthday Dad". Behind the note was the meaning of the hydrangeas he thought he heard from someone. The meaning of the hydrangeas in a positive light are gratefulness or something that can be put as a simple 'thank you'.
A/N: Oh I just love fluffs, aren't they the greatest? Who doesn't love fluff? Anyway, if this isn't enough my dear readers, here's another in the present. I SUPPORT FATHER ENGLAND AND SON/DAUGHTER MALAYSIA!
/Present Time\
After two huge birthday celebrations (one by America and the world, other by Commonwealth), England tiredly sighs as he enters the house. It was dark and quiet. Well, it is to be expected that everyone is out there having the blast of their life. What he doesn't expect is someone invading his living room.
"You're finally back."
Okay, he may have expect a few to invade his living room, mostly his brothers but not his ex-colony that had once called him Dad along with a few others.
"Malaysia? What are you doing here?"
"Supervising my present for you." Malaysia simply replied, glancing at the present on the table.
Standing up, Malaysia heads to the direction of the door. Walking past England he said, "Happy Birthday...Dad. May all of your wishes come true."
Then, he heads straight out the door. Yes, he acts cool. Inside, he is proud that he put on a cool appearance.
"You know that doesn't even suit you at all." Singapore pointed out, leaning against the wall.
Malaysia shrugged as Singapore walks towards him. "Well, as long as Dad gets the present I don't mind."
"Still doesn't suit you"
"Shut up lah."
The door opens, surprising Malaysia and Singapore a little. Leaning against the door frame, he asks "Well, are you coming in or not? I'll get you two some drinks."
