Senator Palpatine,
The Jedi have just arrived and are being briefed. I have met with them already and they have assured me that they will handle with situation. Their presence makes me feel more at ease with the situation because I know they will try to negotiate as peacefully as possible. I wish there was more I could tell you, but as I said before, the Jedi have just arrived and the negotiations have yet to begin. I will continue to keep you posted on the developments.
