In this chapter, I mention Prinnie, another female victor.
I also say that Blight is the only living victor fom district 7.
This has only been added for dramatic emphasis, so please don't complain.
Thank you,

Shattered Glass

I was sitting in the living room of my Victor's village house when it happened. The TV turned itself on and there was President Snow, looking as grotesque as ever. He explained the Quarter Quell, which happens every 25 years. He was celebrating the 75th anniversary of the annual Hunger Games. And then he pulled out that slip of paper...the very slip of paper that changed my life. He read it. He read that victors would have to go back into the games. "Hahaha! Good luck, Blight!" I laughed. Blight was the only living male victor from District 7. There were two living female victors from my district. Me, and Prinnie. Prinnie was a seventy-five year old woman who won the sixteenth Hunger Games.
I ran over to her house and knocked on the door. No answer. So I just barged inside. "Prinnie!" I called. Nothing. I went upstairs. And Prinnie was laying on the floor, seemingly unconcious.
I ran over to her. "Hey Prinnie! Wake up! You're going back in the Games!" I shouted into her ear. Now this might have seemed very selfish of me, trying to force a seventy-five year old to compete in the Hunger Games. But I was only nineteen! I was still young! But then I looked into her eyes. Glazed over. Dead. "No! This can't be! I don't want to go back to those stupid Games!"
