HELLO! How are you? Well, here's another story. Thank you to everyone who has reviewed my earlier stories, I love the support! Anyway, I was talking with my brother when the idea for this story came to me. In a lot of the LOTR fanfics that I've read, I've noticed that Aragorn gets corrupted by the Ring and murders our favorite elf prince. Well, I had another idea. It starts out very serious, then gets weird. Very weird. But hey, it came from my mind! You expect it to be SANE? HAH!
Legolas, crown prince of Mirkwood, walked through the forest of his kingdom. The trees always worked to calm him, and ease away the stress of the work that he had to endure day after day. The training for being a good ruler, his father worrying over him when he went out on patrols, everything. It all just seemed to fall off his shoulders as he 'conversed' with the trees around him.
My Prince, something is near. One of the trees suddenly told the blond elf. He quickly turned and looked around.
"What do you sense?" Legolas asked.
I... do not know. It is just a feeling of... uneasiness. Legolas looked a little frustrated, and tried to see if he could see anything approaching. Nothing to his left, nor his right, nor behind him, or in front.
"Maybe you're just..." the prince faltered, trying not to insult the tree. He had done that before, and, well, it had taken a while to get all the mud out of his bed and sap from his hair.
What? What do you think I am? The tree pressed, obviously knowing that Legolas was doubting him. The elf sighed and sat down inbetween the roots of the Oak.
"You may just be troubled. After all, the darkness has not completely fled from the forest." Legolas told the tree.
Suddenly a crack sounded above him. The prince looked up just in time to see a giant purple panda drop down from the trees and squash the delicate elf underneath its big podex. (A/N: Latin for butt. Just wanted to add a little classiness. Fanc-ay!)
Told you there was something there. The tree replied.

You like? Huh? Huh? You likey likey? Gonna ratey ratey? And reviewy reviewy? Do it for Legolas. He's in the hospital. He appeared in my closet. He was all squashed. Took him to the E.R. He's gonna need some money for surgery. And the only way to raise money is by reviewing. (Heehee! :) )
