"Sit down! The meeting's about to start!" Germany yelled.

"Ve~ B-but Germany~ not everyone is here..." Italy whined. Romano groaned and rolled his eyes.

"Oi Stupido Stati Uniti, you're quiet." Romano nudged him. Dull blue eyes turned to face him.

"Huh? Yeah I'm okay..." America flashed a fake grin.

"It's not like I care." Romano huffed. The brunette sighed. "What's on your mind?"

"I'm just worried about England and Japan." The Italian folded his arms and closed his eyes.

"They're independent, powerful nations. What's to worry about?" The Italian said as he opened his green eyes. America sighed as he covered his face with his hands.

"I'm worried about Iggy's health and I don't even know what Japan's doing. Iggy's s-sick..."America shoulders started to shake. Hot tears ran down his face. Romano looked around the room to see Germany still yelling to start the meeting. The smaller nation sighed and patted the sandy blonde's back comfortingly.

"Smettere di piangere. It's going to be okay." Romano spoke soothingly. The Italian quickly blushed.

"If you cry again I won't comfort you." He turned his head away. America smiled.

"Thank you." The sandy blonde spoke softly. Romano smiled.

"Ve~ But Germany~. Japan isn't here."

"England isn't here either ahen."

"Ve, ve... he's too scary..." America stood up.

"Dude. The HERO needs to speak." All eyes turned to the American.

"England's not gonna come." France silently snickered.

"He's sick."America bit his lip. "A train fell on the city of London."

"Didn't Japan make England a train?" Prussia asked as he petted Gilbird. China slammed his hand on the table.

"Don't blame Japan aru!" Russia patted China's shoulders. China's shoulders soon relaxed.

"Well if Japan made England a train and a train fell on London... then who do we have to blame?" France spoke. China lunged forward and punched France in his mouth. France held his mouth as blood trickled down his chin. The whole meeting fell silent. China looked down. Russia patted China's back.

"Sorry..." China muttered." It's just I care about Japan a lot."

Italy looked up and opened his eyes and turned too France. "It was wrong to assume him."

" What else do we have?" Russia threw up his hands.

" How about not blaming him?" Romano growled.

"Ja. It could be anyone..." Germany spoke up.

" You're only siding with Japan because he's was an axis!" France exclaimed.

"Then that's probably why you're against him!" Italy yelled. Canada shifted uncomfortably in his seat.

"Umm... guys?" Canada spoke. Everyone ignored him like usual as they argued.

" Hello?" Canada started again.

"Hey! My little brother is trying to speak!" America yelled. All eyes turned to Canada. "You can spoke now." America spoke softly.

"We can't blame Japan. I'm not saying I'm for him or I'm against. Its just that we have no evidence and it just doesn't seem like Japan. We just can't jump to conclusions." America folded his arms and bit his bottom lip.

" Are we really just going to let Japan get away with this? It's obvious he did it." France stated. " He built England a train. He brought it in a plane and it was attached at the bottom. He obviously released it on London." America nodded as if he was considering it.

" I think we should end this meeting before anymore conflict forms." Everyone nodded, picked up their things and left.

"Um... you coming America?" Canada spoke softly.

"Just go on without me."

"Uh... okay." America sat there for just thinking about now and what to do. He picked p his phone and dialed a number.

"Japan. We need to talk."
